The apartment is decorated well, check in was easy (Franck is a very nice guy), the location is amazing, and it was great to have a large space to ourselves. There are a couple flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues please do take note. I loved pretending that I lived in Colmar. You honestly cannot beat the location as it’s right in the heart of old town. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops. We ate at Le Fer Rouge two nights as the food and waiters were nice and it was so close. There’s a washing machine if you need to do laundry and a full kitchen of course. The bedroom with the twin beds is quieter as it faces the inner stairwell rather than the street. The street outside the big bedroom can get noisy in the mornings so do take note if you leave windows open. There are plenty of fans and the decor was exactly like the pictures. The place was clean and the neighbors were all quiet. And again, you couldn’t ask for a better location! (I took a video not pictures of the place so I had to go back through my video and do screen shots)

This is beautiful accommodation with lots of character. There was plenty of room for a family of five, and everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The furnishings and facilities were high quality and the rooms really quite lovely. There were sounds from the street which added to the atmosphere, but were in no way invasive or disruptive. It was our teenagers favourite place to stay during our entire one month trip in Europe.

It would have been helpful to know that the apartment was on the second floor of the building (no elevator), with windy stairs and the bedrooms were on the second floor of the apartment - essentially making it 3 lots of stairs to climb with suitcases. After a long travel day and a walk from the station (no taxis), it was quite daunting!!

Great location in centre of Old Town, set in quiet secluded courtyard with outdoor seating area, with space for cycles if you have them. Well equipped for a small Studio apartment.

No easy chairs, only dining chairs. Close to Cathedral which had chimes on the hour all night, had to keep windows closed when hot.

My own fault because I didn’t inquire about stairs. My sister has mobility issues. She managed to do all the stairs but couldn’t carry anything. I made so many trips up and down carrying all our things over our three day stay!

Loved the property. The room was nice and we enjoyed the courtyard. It provided an oasis from the main street.

It was a little difficult to coordinate checking in the day we arrived. We had trouble figuring out where exactly in the courtyard to go to check in. Very minor inconvenience in the excellent experience we had.

Very central location right in the heart of Colmar. Within a secluded courtyard so was quiet and private. Well equipped. Excellent value for money.

Lots of steps and we had heavy suitcases! But the concierge helped us on arrival which was great.

Great apartment in the middle of it all. No parking but several parking garages near by and a quick easy walk. Nice big apartment with cloths washer and full kitchen. Very comfy beds and living room overlooking the main drag of Colmar. Prime location and very comfortable apartment. Check in was easy and the hosts were great.

It would be nice to have two sets of keys, or a lock box on some sort. Juggling access between two parties was a challenge. Perhaps request a second set of keys when booking.

The accommodation was exceptional! The location was perfect, situated in the centre of Colmar old town. The apartments were beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The concierge Franck was extremely welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

where you check in was a messy, dirty room, that back alley was dirty and dark (found another way on side street that was so much better), so many stairs were hard
