Very convenient for the Le Shuttle terminal. Easy to find. Lots of free parking. Friendly staff. Good value evening meal. Good breakfast.

I've used BB Hotels in Germany and my experiance was definitely average so I was a little hesitant about an overnight stay at Calais. What a difference! we arrived fairly late but the bar was still open and food available. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was a good size with everthing we could want. beds very comfortable and lovely crisp sheets. Breakfast was very good with nice fresh selections. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay or longer

Not an issue but there are 3 or 4 BB Hotels close together and we were not sure which one to go to. By luck we chose well first time

We had a dog with us and still been allocated in a Really Clean room, which was easy to maintain, all things you need were available even a chair to put your clothes on. Great place to stay for couple of days with fantastic location near shopping centre , supermarkets and cinema. Nice breakfast but would be good to have some cucumber or tomato to choose from. Definitely recommend and thank you for keeping it in such a good condition.

very minor two suggestions:1. The curtains should be swapped with blinds as if you got a bed next to it you keep moving it all the time , 2. The breakfast could have a bit more variety , couple of cheese and ham to choose from and some vegetables ie tomatoes or cucumbers. Otherwise great place to stay.

Location was perfect for the Channel Tunnel, Ave too many routes and only a few minute walk to Le Cité shopping centre. The hotel is modern, well equipped and well run. Breakfast buffet is good and good value even providing some hot items such as bacon and scrambled egg. The latter was exceptional by the way. Creamed and with cheese added I believe, they were the best I’ve ever had!!

Only criticisms were that the mattresses are a little hard and the bread at breakfast was not up to the standard we expect of France. Otherwise it was perfect and we will use again without doubt.

Absolutely perfect for le Shuttle. Big carpark - very secure as the gendarmerie park their numerous vans there. Efficient friendly reception. Reasonable little on site restaurant. Bed very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for a transit hotel. Everything I I needed in the room (which was spotless) as I only stayed for an evening with an early start on le Shuttle - just 10 mins away.

It isn't pretty but that's not what you are there for.

We use these hotels regularly as they are close to the shuttle terminal. This is better equipped but generally more expensive. We liked having two pillows, a kettle and a proper separate shower room.

The door to the shower room needed adjusting. It was only possible to close it fully by slamming it shut. It made an awful noise just to push it partly open so woke anyone sleeping in the same room. The room needs routine maintenance and the lighting isn't great but it's cheap and cheerful for one night.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and efficient and spoke English well. The bed was comfy and there were enough pillows. The bathroom and shower were good, with the shower being particularly good, with a generous flow but no leaking on the bathroom floor. The location for the Tunnel is brilliant.

The English channels on the television did not work. There were not enough towels. There were just two medium sized bath towels which is not enough when one guest is female and has hair! Two sachets of coffee but no tea bags.

This B&B is in very convenient location for the Euro Tunnel and with safe parking. We have stayed here several times and with every visit here we found it's always been very clean, the beds are very comfortable with nice crisp clean sheets (no dodgy bedding). There's a fair choice of on the evening menu and the food was good. The petite Caesar salade was delicious.and enough for my wife. The Mountain burger I chose was excellent and tasty, no meagre portions here. On the evening we were able to enjoy a game of pool. Breakfast there was a reasonable choice of what you would expect, Continental and English, didn't see any mushrooms. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We have found them to be really helpful. The receptionist as we went to book in remembered us from a previous stay. Thank you.

The lighting was adequate but I would have liked a bit more lighting in the ground floor room we were in. I personally found it a bit too dim. The shower room was bright which was fine.

Toilet cabin unit was excellent, spotless and easy to use. Location was perfect for the tunnel. The food was above average for the hotels in which we have made overnight stays. The staff were very friendly and helpful both in French and English.

Directions to reception should be clearer from the car park. The site is huge with four different buildings but we will know next time where to go. These days I expect soft closure toilet seats in three star hotels, also a greater range of teas and coffee in the room.

Breakfast as usual was excellent with lots of choice of both hot and cold food. The room was excellent although it would be useful to have two chairs in the room which we had to share. the cleanliness of the room was excellent as usual. The location for our needs is excellent. Once again the staff were so welcoming and friendly and well known to us as we have stayed at this hotel since it first opened as an Ibis.
