The location is superb. There is on street free parking and the hotel is very close by to the center but also a short bike ride to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great too.

The hotel is an old hotel which was renovated. High marks for the effort. Mini bar in the room, but you have to pay for it. Our tea and coffee box hasn't been restock after the room has been cleaned. We couldn't watch any TV/Netflix etc as the TV doesn't connect to WiFi.

Alejandra's warm welcome set the tone for our delightful stay. Her genuine hospitality ensured we felt at home throughout our visit to the hotel. The breakfast was pleasantly flavorful, offering a satisfying start to our morning.

I could not think of something that we would like to change. Everything met our expectation for our short stay.

this is a super hotel that looks like it has recently undergone a refurbishment to a high standard. The twin USB points next to the bed was a bonus, given all the IT stuff we all carry around these days. very comfy beds and good bathrooms.Breakfast was good also.

Good quality tea and coffee was provided in the rooms together with a kettle, but I couldn't find any milk. Not the end of the world, but some milk sachets would've been helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, family room was spacious and well laid out and recently decorated so very clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of selection. Easy on street parking and walking distance to the Operation Dynamo museum and beach.

Bedside lamps would have been helpful rather than just the pendant ceiling light. Otherwise, nothing.

It’s fabulous, clean, modern, superb location, free parking very close by. The comfiest hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. Lovely fluffy towels, nice toiletries. Excellent pleasant helpful cheery staff. I’d give it a 15/10 if I could. It’s so well located and very quiet.

Great location, lovely family room & friendly staff. Was concerned about parking but wasn't a problem at all; plenty on street free spaces. Within pleasant walking distance from town/restaurants, harbour area & Dunkirk 1940 museum. Easy run to Calais with nice stop off at Fort Phillipe 🏖️

The hotel was very clean and the staff really nice.The hotel is very close to the center and a few minutes away from the beach.

We could use more coffee and sugar in the room.We stayed for three nights but only had coffee for one morning .

The location was very good, the lobby is beautiful, staff spoke good English. Room had a nice view

The pictures on the room I booked didn’t look anything like the room we were given. So that was a little disappointing. When we asked for places to eat there wasn’t really a clear response.

Huge and very comfortable room including large kettle; fantastic shower; fresh orange juice making machine at breakfast and a range of teapots ; the best spread for buffet breakfast I have seen for a long time; free parking on the doorstep;

We had a newly rennovated room, everything was great, comfy bed, good AC, nice design of the room, great location

For some reason there was no cold water in the bathroom; there are no mirrors (only decorative ones but it's not possible to use them)
