Wonderful hosts, brilliant breakfast, magnificent settings. Thanks for being patient with the late check in!

The road to the site is somewhat bumpy and difficult to find (at night at least). However, there are signs, and the hosts were easy to reach on the phone and helped find it. I would suggest making the signs a little larger, and perhaps provide a map through email. The site is wonderful, and well worth the exploration!

This accommodation is a bit above our normal budget but it far exceeded our usual accommodation in quality and service. The décor in the room and the bathroom was excellent as were the facilities. Cosy and inviting. We also had access to the lounge area in which breakfast was served and full access to the garden with numerous seating areas and a small terrace area outside the bedroom. The service was personal and the continental breakfast exceptional with multiple types of breads and pastries, homemade and local jams, cheeses, honeys, butter, yogurt and juice plus ham, cereal and fruits, some from the property. Way too much for two people to eat so plenty to choose from. The hosts were very friendly and engaging and it was a pleasure to share their property with them. The location was lovely and quiet and close to the local village of Bergues with plenty of historical interest in addition to the fabulous cheese shop, bakeries and butchers.

This is an exceptional B&B just outside the city walls of Bergues, five minutes from Bluegreen Golf Course and fifteen minutes from Dunkirk. The gardens are lovely and quiet (see photo). The guest room is at the very end of the house with its own terrace. The bedroom, bathroom and breakfast room were spotlessly clean and the linens freshly laundered. The breakfast - of homemade juice, jams and yoghurt, along with fresh bread, patisseries and hot chocolate (see photo) - was one of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten. Very welcoming host.

Nice quiet location. Lovely homemade jams and yoghurts and local honey for breakfast with a vast selection of breads. Good, safe parking space. Nice gardens. Thoroughly enjoyed our safe. Claudine was a great host.

Our hostess was very friendly. Our French is very limited along with her English but had some lovely conversations with Google translate. Lovely garden. Very nice breakfast.

Nothing, a very pleasant stay.

We arrived much later than anticipated, but were still met with a warm welcome from Claudine and Bruno. The room and bathroom were lovely and spacious, with free tea, coffee, water and homemade biscuits. The breakfast was wonderful - beyond expectations- homemade jams, fresh loaves of bread, baguettes, fresh fruit, yogurt and pots of coffee. The gardens are fabulous, calm and private. We would recommend Les Jardins to everyone and will definitely stay again - a great end to our holiday

I stayed here after a day of cycling. I enjoyed verry much ”my” livingroom to relax and read. The hostess was very friendly and nearby to help. And the beautiful garden was a wunderful surprise. Everything was quality: the bed, the hot shower, the breakfast.

A friendly reception on arrival. The owner booked a good restaurant for us. Breakfast tailored to our needs with home made preserves. Beautiful gardens.

Loved the place, what a gem.

It is a great place to stay, owners are amazing and very sweet people. Property is very clean with fantastic garden. Breakfast was fabulous: lots of food, a lot of homemade jams and yogurt with very tasty regional cheese and soft bread.
