Room has its years however it was very clean. Breakfast fine but machine for fresh orange juice did not work for two first days. Very helpful and friendly staff!

I think that the parking could have been a little more cleaner...

Breakfast very good and fresh on Saturday but not so good on Sunday when very busy. Fantastic location in Montreuil with lovely restaurants and bars and easy metro access for Paris.

No tea or coffee facility or water in room.

Greeted by the staff member Sid Ali upon arrival, he had been truly welcoming and provided outstanding service through our stay. He is a genuine warm hearted person and is a true asset to the hotel and ibis brand. Any future bookings would be arranged around his working pattern to say hello!

Toilet flushing mechanism got stuck in our room 308, few pushes of it and it released. Didn’t report during the stay.

No Bed Side Table in the Room - overall the view and our stay was great.

The Reception Team are not friendly enough, not acknowledging the guest in a correct manner...

friendly staff, great breakfast, good location between the airport and the expositions parks (where I needed to go for work reasons) and the city center. Metro station just 2 minutes walking from the hotel and a lot of commerces, restaurant and even a mall

Stylish room, very good location with the end station of metro line 9 close nearby. The ambiance of the room was really nice, I loved the decors of the movie/showbiz theme. The breakfast was nice though the breakfast room was really crowded both mornings (it was a weekend stay). Interactions with the staff were all nice and positive, though there was some discrepancy between what one staff member promised regarding parking and what turned out to be the reality the next day.

The parking spaces are limited and very, very narrow in the basement. In the first night we had to use street parking as all the hotel parking spaces were taken (there are a couple of streetside parking spaces reserved for the hotel too but not guaranteed either).

The BEST thing was Celia at the front desk! She was kind and helpful! I’d come again and tell others just because of her!

Close to metro, but most of properties in Paris are in proximity to a metro. Location is calm and comfortable breakfast was good. Staff was very supportive. All were good in English

Room size was too small. Bathroom was too tiny too. Rest all good.
