The rooms were clean and well laid out with a good shower. There was adequate parking. There were no staff that i saw, you check in on a machine to gain access to the hotel and pin for your room. We did not eat breakfast here as there were no staff to inquire about what was included and it looked like it would just be continental which we wouldn't have wanted. There are restaurants close to the hotel. There is a cold drink machine in the entrance which after a bit of faffing about we found you needed to use the hot drink machine next to it and select snacks to purchase the cold options. Good cheap option for us to break up the journey as we traveled from the UK to Disneyland Paris.

Would have been nice to have some staff present for reassurance but it was extremely good value (about £180 for 3 rooms/10 people) so cost cutting on staff is to be expected

Excellent location - walking distance to the Louvre Lens museum. The #1 bus takes you into the town centre if you wish to go there - a few minutes walk from the hotel to the bus stop. Just across from the hotel is a Volvo showroom - on a mezzanine within the showroom, is a very good restaurant offering fine dining at good value. Avoid the sushi restaurant in town - food a bit weird.

Our bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke, but that's not really the hotel's fault as it is a no smoking hotel. Breakfast buffet was a bit depleted on the second day, but the staff worked hard to keep it stocked up and for 8 euro it covered all the bases.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to the museum Louvre where we wanted to visit. Lovely town centre close by and restaurants near by too. The hotel was great for the cost. The room was a good size for 4 people

No coffee making facilities only a vending machine down stairs but it worked well for what we needed. The room was nice and clean except for dirty finger prints on the doors and on the wooden head board which I had to clean myself

This is a typical motel style hotel close to the motorway and perfect if you are looking for something cheap as you drive through France. It's about 1 hr 15 mins from Calais ferry terminal. Check in is using a PIN you get in your confirmation. You then get an electronic code for the main door and your own room. There is breakfast though I didn't have it and a machine dispensing snacks but there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. I tried one which was fine. Parking is well lit and secure. There are petrol statins nearby.

Nothing, this is exactly what is says it is. A well priced motel close to the motorway

It's close to the main strip in Lens with a Carrefour and quite a few restaurants. It's pretty close to the A26 which we were using to head down to Northern Italy so stress free Carpark is a good size and well lit so we weren't too worried about the stuff we left in the car overnight

considering its next to retail park eating options are limited was a restaurant two minutes away but were closed even through doors were open didn’t open till 6 was 3-30 we were starving they told us we’re Burger King and McDonald’s up the road ( not ideal but better than starving we walked five minutes then returned to hotel when we look on phones was 15 minutes walk where

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast both continental and hot breakfast available. Parking on site for our motorbikes. Vending machine for emergency food. Recommend Le Crocodile for dinner, good value and delicious. Lidl nearby for lunch provisions next day and petrol station nearby

No air conditioning, but window was big and could be opened fully.

Very handy stopover on way heading south. Good value, comfortable quiet room, nice big opening window for fresh air, easy self-check in, secure parking. We had a lovely meal at Crocodile restaurant, 5mins walk away, and 5mins walk to the boulangerie for breakfast in the morning.

Fan didn't work in bathroom so some mould on ceiling. Breakfast price was not as advertised in room or on other posters (only realised as we were booking, and subsequently didn't book it).

Our third stay here and standards are still excellent! Value for money and a high standard of facilities in a brilliant location close to the Louvre-Lens and eating places, the crocodile buffet is consistently our favourite. Staff were really friendly and helpful considering our French is abysmal.

There's nothing to dislike here.

We very much appreciated a clean, air conditioned room at a very good price.

We almost got locked out when we returned from breakfast before check out time. The code no longer worked for us to get back in through the front door and no staff were there. Fortunately, a guest exited the building and we got in that way. The code on the door of our room still worked.
