The size of the room great for reorganising our suitcases for the return home. Bed was large and very comfortable for us, although a little hard for my father apparently. Mini Kitchen for drinks. Sound proofing for outside (didn't hear a thing once the window was closed. Lifts working. Nice Bathroom and separate toilet. Even though my husband and I didn't have breakfast as they said it was continental, my family had it and said it was really nice. The receptionist in the morning was lovely, (even though she had just had an awful Brit being really rude and bad tempered, thanks for the reputation boost!!). We are looking at going back and spending a couple of days in Lille so would book again.

Receptionist was a little cold when we arrived, although it was after 10pm, think he had had a long day. Our rooms weren't as requested initially but in all fairness he did everything to make sure we were accommodated, so not really a dislike.

very spacious - huge table , sofa-bed and comfy bed. nice bathroom with both shower and bathtub separated. Separate toilet just next to entrance. really nice staff , much appreciated their politeness and friendliness. just located in front of the Lille Europe station - 10 to 15 min walk to the city centre - shopping centre within 2-5 min walk

just would be nice to have wine glasses as well in the room and to replace the not convenient hairdryer for a modern one - very small gym with almost no equipment except from 3 cardio machines of which one taped ( you would think that now we learned to live with the pandemic that all should be in use again ) , bending machine but no dumbbells and a water machine but no cups

The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Location is wonderful, especially if you come into the city by bus (in our case, Flixbus dropped us across the street from the hotel) and it takes only 13 minutes to walk to the central square. The hotel has useful amenities like a nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The toilet is separate. The whole formation of the kitchen/toilet/bathroom is very interesting, like a self-standing unit in the middle of the room. The price of the room was quite reasonable.

We didn't opt for breakfast because the price seemed a bit high (17EUR/person). Having a look at the buffet the next morning, we saw that indeed we could eat much better for less money in one of the many places in the city center. Also, unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have parking and the area that it is located is a bit run down due to it being close to bus stops and trains.

The beds were fine. The bathroom was excellent with separate room for toilet. The location was very good too.

The reception male staff in the afternoon and evening were friendly and helpful with good command of English. However, the female staff in the morning shift (a white young lady and a black lady by her side) were awful, unfriendly with little English. All answers were just a blunt, "NO, No, No." when I asked if I could get two tea bags from her. There was only one tea bag for three of us provided at the time of the check in.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and fully equipped with amenities and the housekeepers did a wonderful job each day. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on, location to the centre was perfect and just a minutes walk away from the Eurostar was super handy! The lobby is also a comfortable place to relax.

Nice and spacious room with curtain divider between queen bed and sofa bed. Beds were comfy and room was generally clean. Nice birthday addition of balloons for when we first entered the room. Great location 2 minutes from train station and large Westfield and 12-15 minute walk into main town.

Tea making facilities felt unclean as cups had a weird smell, the tap had loads of limescale and the water tasted funny and the kettle leaked .

Very convenient location next tot Lille Europe station and a brisk 15 minute walk to the heart of town. Spacious room with handy dividing curtain for families, albeit with a bit outdated decor. Good sound insulation from outside noise and other rooms. Value for money French breakfast.

The overall temperature in the lobby and the rooms is way too high (for the end of October). The air conditioning in the room doesn't seem to be able to remedy this. And just one small operating elevator in an 11 story hotel amounts to waiting time for a lot of guests...

There was no shower gel and shampoo in the shower cabin for three days of rest. Upon our request in this regard, the reception promised us these means, but they did not appear. The water did not drain in the bathroom and sink, it was problematic for three people to wash themselves in a row. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. The room has excellent soundproofing. If you want to open the window - the noise of the cars is too loud, I had to sleep with the window closed, there was not enough ventilation.

Lack of shower gel and shampoo, water did not flow in the sink, ventilation does not work perfectly.

The lobby was family friendly with games to play and comfortable seating . The family room was very comfortable with a curtain divider to give us privacy from the children. The bathroom was nice with a separate bath and shower.

The parking was expensive at 18€ and was from 6pm till 9am or after 9am was 34€ any time after so we checked out early. Also we could not use our firestick with the TV.

We changed trains at Lille. We stayed the night in the hotel beside the station. The hotel provided a huge room for the three of us, with excellent facilities. There is no restaurant at the hotel (and we weren't expecting one because that had been made clear) and we arrived late in the day but we conducted a supermarket visit and used the 'kitchen' facilities to make a supper in the room. It's a five-minute walk to the station and London is half an hour away: ninety minutes on the train minus the sixty minutes you added to your watch when you arrived in France a few days ago or more.
