Great location, close to everything. The room was spacious and there is also a kitchen. It was clean and comfortable.

The location is great but was very noisy during the night due to the train station. Staff were okay but felt like we were a nuisance for the guy on Reception.

Closeness to the euro star and a ten min walk into the city. Was really worried reading all the reviews we was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment it had everything we needed .... it was not as bad as some of the reviews. Massive supermarket 2 mins away. It's on top of a large shopping centre. Was not too noisy despite being inbetween 2 railway stations.looked like we had new mattresses all cleaned.... hot water and clean towels.

It defo needs an upgrade some of the windows you could see daylight through ....

Excellent location. Very good facilities. Very conveniently located close to the supermarket if you want to cook your own meals.

Not usually the case but the room I had this time didn’t have any shelves for clothes, just a wardrobe with 5 hangers. Also not an issue for me but beware that, if located on the train station side, you can hear the announcements. Although they are not frequent, they start early in the morning.

Great location - as you went out of the door, the next door along took you into a side entrance of the Lille Europe shopping centre right next to Carrefour. The place itself was fine - room very clean; shower very efficient; kitchenette well equipped. There are no frills here - you don’t get your bed made, and we had to ask when we needed more loo paper, but the staff are very pleasant and accommodating; the heating worked, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

For budget accommodation, they do well. In winter, though, we had to keep the curtains closed because otherwise there was a drought from the windows.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was really good! The quality/price is very reasonable, as well as the location is great and close to everything you might need. There’s a tiny kitchen inside so you can prepare/heat the food easily, and also a fridge to keep your food fresh

We had tiny inconveniences with the hair on our pillows and mattress and the smell of canalisation while flushing the toilet. But the rest was really nice

Although the hotel looks grim from the outside, it is very practical and convenient. We had an overnight stop between trains so it was perfect. Being able to do our own food worked well for us, especially as it was easy to shop in the next door supermarket. Some extra crockery and cleaner glasses would have been nice.

The apartment was clean. The location is very good. Close to transport and supermarket. The staff were friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here. I would definitely recommend it.

The shower was not very good, especially for young children, no cubicle/ bath, so it was quite difficult for them to shower without getting the floor wet. The shower head also kept sliding down the shower rail.

Location it is next to the mall and city center and it is between two train stations 5 minutes walk.

The toilet is too small specially the shower you can hardly move, the guy in the reception guy is unfriendly but the ladies were very helpful.

The location was great - very central and close to the station. Shoppinging centre less than a minute away. The staff were extremely helpful. I was a bit worried because there were some negative reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a clean, good size apartment and had just what was needed for our stay. I will definitely return to this hotel. Enough space to hang and store our clothes for a family of four. Large fridge for fresh food. A very pleasant stay.

The mattress sometimes kept drifting apart as they were two mattresses that were put together to create a double bed. The kettle was on the draining area of the sink, I had to be careful that I did not splash water on the plugs. The cable for the kettle was also very short. Maybe it was longer and I could not figure it out.

Friendly reception, warm room, comfy bed, not too noisy considering there is an enormous railway station outside the window. Location was 2 minutes walk from a huge supermarket and also from the gig venue (L’Aeronef) that we went to. About 6 minutes walk to the smaller Eurostar railway station that we arrived into by coach and left by train. We were only in the hotel for about 15 hours but it suffices for our needs.
