The location was perfect. It was a 10-min walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and Bernadette’s grotto with many cafes and restaurants nearby. There is free parking available but it is a complicated drive and a 15-min walk back to the hotel. You can drop your luggage first. It was raining so we opted for the parking garage across the street. 12 Euro per night, I think. The front desk staff is fantastic. There is a very nice bar off the lobby. The room was well equipped and very clean with maid service every day. We stayed two nights. Highly recommend.

Hôtel Padoue is in a prime location to the Sanctuary. It is in walking distance to the Sanctuary, local restaurants and shopping markets. I highly recommend the restaurant Asian Delices, a 1 minute walk away. The room had a great view of the Pyrenees Mountains which was lovely. The establishment was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. The staff overall was wonderful. I only had one experience with a staff member in the hotel restaurant who was not as friendly as I would have liked, but we all have our moments. Overall my stay here was amazing.

The hotel is near and short walk distant Lourdes Sanctuary. Parking places was nearby especially for big cars.

Wifi wasn’t really working well. I booked room with breakfast. First day was really good breakfast. My room number was on the table. The servers were serving many things. Second day was worst. My room number wasn’t on the table and when I told them my room was included the breakfast, He kept charging it to my room bills. The milk taste was sour. The servers didn’t put everything out and boiled eggs was really overcooked. They should arrange nicely.

The hotel is clean and excellent. Staff was very nice, ready to answer all the questions. We had a very nice family room , excellent deal for the price. The only issue was air-conditioner was not working properly in our room. We opened the windows, which are very good at noise canceling because the happy Christian croud was singing quite loud when we opened the window, which was not not heard with the windows closed. Overall we loved staying in this hotel. Thank you very much

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was also a short walk to the Grotto of Lourdes which made our pilgrimage very worthwhile. There was also an Asian restaurant - Asian Delices, serving Filipino food which was just a few steps away from the hotel. We visited Lourdes in mid Novemver which is the off-season for tourists so we could spend more time at the Grotto praying. The disadvantage was almost all shops and even hotels were closed so not much choices for outside eating or shopping.

I have been using this hotel for many years now. At least 25 years. It is one of the best in terms of location. Quite but very close to the main entrance of the sanctuary. It might have changed hands or at least the staff. I have come back after 3 years and the staff seems a bit less personal and friendly. Still good and still pleasant but for my experience lost a bit of personal touch. I hope to keep coming back. It will be, eventually, my 30th time I will be staying in this hotel.

its about 100m from the sanctuary; the room is in a comfortable size and in a good condition, clean, has a balcony too. The check in lady was very attentive, informative and friendly. She gave all kind of information that we need such as mass hour and so on.

during our visit there was a road closure caused by the neighbour of the property, gmap didnt work well due to some one way streets, so we parked quite far from the hotel. Basic amenities such as dental kits were missing, not sure if they were supposed to be around or they didnt provide. Please provide water station or otherwise we were not too sure whether the tap water is safe to drink (no signage)

Great Hotel in a perfect location to see Lourdes. 5 minute walk to the main areas. Room was nice, Hotel wasnice. Staff were well informed and spoke great English.

Cold water in room was slow, so shower was boiling hot. Parking was on the square infrastructure of Hotel so was a slight worry.

Lots of room with 2nd bathroom in loft, vey clean. Good options for breakfast in hotel

Parking…although free, looked isolated and sketchy. No other car or people there. Decided to pay for the metered parking in front of hotel. Bathtub…absolutely unsafe for seniors, high tub wall without any handholds, slippery. But upstairs bathroom was a walk-in shower stall.

The staff was lovely. Room was very clean and freshly appointed. The location is so close to the grotto it is wonderful. Lobby and bar area great for hanging out with friends. Breakfast was plentiful and many options. Very mice room too

The only negative was it was unseasonably hot during our visit and the air conditioning was a bit spotty so ok. The windows opened however
