Our first experience at Hotel Astrid exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The room and facilities were delightful, and the breakfast was top-notch. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel's prime location, just a short 3-minute walk from the Grotto Sanctuary. This convenience was especially beneficial for our family, including my 83 year old mom. The staff's helpfulness further enhanced our visit, leaving us eager to return. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Astrid to anyone planning a trip to Lourdes.

The staff were so helpful & kind specially Benedict from the reception and Romane in the restaurant. 👍👍👍 The hotel in general is clean, the room & batroom/toilet.

The bed linen because I am kind of sensitive, but they find me a cotton linen which was good enough. And also the air condition on my 2nd night was not working well but they fix it. Maybe next time I will ask them to put me in the higher floors because its a bit noisy on my window room.

The location is perfect for families visiting the Grotto. The staff is amazing and the room and the room service is awesome.

The only downside is the breakfast, lunch and dinner onsite. Unfortunately this is not up-to the mark, to be honest for 15 euros per head one can get better breakfast outside. I suggest the hotel really evaluate the food options as the near buy ones provides superior food options for similar rates

The staff were nice, hotel was clean, location was good.

We came from Canada and did not get the shuttle bus service from Airport, and we waited 1.5 hours for shuttle bus and found out no more shuttle bus after 9 on Sundays. Then we got the taxi for 80 euro, way too expensive and we could not join the parade at Louders church as we were very late, really disappointed. The purpose we came for this but could not do it.

Hotel Astrid is a modern comfortable hotel located within a short walk of the entrance to the Lourdes grotto.

Internet reception was sporadic.

Location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was at a walking distance. Breakfast had good choices and we both enjoyed it. Room had a balcony and we did not use as the weather was so hot. Will be visiting here next time.

I booked for 2 nights and then changed for 3 nights. They did not have the updated details in paper. Although everything was paid for 3 nights. Eventually it was confirmed for 3 nights.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choice : fruit, pancakes, pastries and cooked breakfast. The staff are friendly and some speak excellent English. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The location is safe and very close to St Joseph's Gate.

The pillows were a bit too soft and bouncy for my liking.

I included breakfast in my booking but unfortunately you cannot choose where to sit as it’s already allocated I beloved you should be able to make a choice where you feel comfortable

Location was perfect, accessibility to the Loudres sanctuary was good. Close to restaurants, shops and local transport (bus).

Breakfast management needs improvement. Refill was not managed promptly.

The hotel was wonderful. The location was amazing and the facilities were great.

We did request a room with shower only for my elderly parents so they dont have to step into a bath but our request wasnt met which was a little disappointing.
