Our first experience at Hotel Astrid exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The room and facilities were delightful, and the breakfast was top-notch. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel's prime location, just a short 3-minute walk from the Grotto Sanctuary. This convenience was especially beneficial for our family, including my 83 year old mom. The staff's helpfulness further enhanced our visit, leaving us eager to return. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Astrid to anyone planning a trip to Lourdes.

Location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was at a walking distance. Breakfast had good choices and we both enjoyed it. Room had a balcony and we did not use as the weather was so hot. Will be visiting here next time.

I booked for 2 nights and then changed for 3 nights. They did not have the updated details in paper. Although everything was paid for 3 nights. Eventually it was confirmed for 3 nights.

The location is perfect . The room was not the one shown when booking but still was okay

I included breakfast in my booking but unfortunately you cannot choose where to sit as it’s already allocated I beloved you should be able to make a choice where you feel comfortable

Breakfast was good with a lot of choice : fruit, pancakes, pastries and cooked breakfast. The staff are friendly and some speak excellent English. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The location is safe and very close to St Joseph's Gate.

The pillows were a bit too soft and bouncy for my liking.

The staff were all extremely welcoming particularly the front desk and in the dining area where we had breakfast and dinner on all days. The food was excellent and a good price compared to the restaurants in the area. The position of the hotel is very close to the sanctuary a few minutes walk away.

On a particular night the room was very cold since there was very bad weather outside.

The hotel was wonderful. The location was amazing and the facilities were great.

We did request a room with shower only for my elderly parents so they dont have to step into a bath but our request wasnt met which was a little disappointing.

The location was perfect. The manager was super sweet.

The fact that the air conditioning could not lower more than 77 degress F. Which is insane for a Hotel with air and during the summer. I had to complain and the manager was nice enough to lower it for me.

I didn't have breakfast...but the location was very convenient to visit sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Because of this location I liked the place. I liked Assia..she was a great and helpful person.

Location was great shops and restaurants all over the place less than 2 minutes walk work the sanctuary. Very good A/C system. Staff are very accommodating.

there was no mini bar in the room.

The location. It was within walking distance from the shrine and all the shops.

The elevator. There was only one functioning at the time. With many guests staying there it made it difficult to get to and out of the hotel.
