This hotel and its facilities were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was also of high standard and the best thing about it was the air conditioned rooms and hallways which were a constant relief when coming in from the summer heat outside. Proximity to the grotto area was also very convenient.

There was nothing that I can say I didn't like. Maybe it would have been convenient if the dinner time was a bit longer since we had wanted to eat at the hotel but were a bit late. Some assistance with day excursions would also have been welcome.

It looks like I was charged £42.40 Ref 55658977 for a taxi supposed to pick me up at Lourdes airport but never did.After waiting for 45 minutes I had to make my own arrangement with a Lourdes company and was told that the company originally booked did not operate in Lourdes. Regarding my trip to Florence,I was called by a Taxi driver waiting for me at Florence airport 4 days after my return!I am appalled that my complaint / querry was not addressed...What on earth is going on? is my transfer a company linked to your?

Perfect location, very good breakfast, parking on site.

Love this hotel, although it's difficult to locate at first. Once you know where it is located, you will love that it is on a quieter side and it is less than 5 minutes' walk from the entrance of the Santurary. I love the room as it is newly renovated. Even the window, railing, and the floor of the terrace are spotlessly clean. The room is generous in size, toiletries, air-con, and wifi both worked fantastically. Special mention that the bedsheet n pillow cases are ironed. The little gift shop is mended by a lively French/Italian lady. She is warmth, caring, and doesn't hard sell at all. Unfortunately, I didn't get to say fairwell to her as she was off on Sat, the day I check-out.

Just one point: hopefully, the hotel will be changing the towels soon. The towel looks and feels like dry leaves. The fibres had no life after years of use.

Our family room was on the top floor and had two levels, which was great. The kids had their own upstairs room with the bathroom. The breakfast was in the beginning a bit confusing with many different breakfast areas for different groups, but once you knew which room/area to go to, it was fine. The breakfast buffet selection was good and was constantly refilled by the staff. The hotel is located next to the main cathedral in Lourdes. But for us it was a good base to explore the Pyrenees. The hotel has a car park.

Very busy during breakfast and dinner times

Facilities were good. The bar and reception areas were comfortable and the bar staff were pleasant. Lifts were very efficient.

The hot food at breakfast. The scrambled egg was somewhat unfortunate and unappetising. The gluten free range could be more creative. E.g. the g/f bread was not wonderful and I accept it's not easy but Carrefour has a line of g/f bread that is of higher standard. It might be worth providing a g/f muesli or cereal at breakfast. It's not difficult to source.

Staff were nice and helpful This hotel was a fantastic value! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was good, but a little more variety would have made it excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend (and re-book) this hotel!

Very close to the grotto and shops

No fridge. The room though it was large and was cleaned everyday. It felt unclean as it gave off this smell that lingered.. the room given to 3 people.. Was for a mobility/disabled room. The shower curtains were disgusting and made the shower space small despite the large bathroom. The shower curtains didn't stop the bathroom from flooding as it was just a completely open floor space.

Love the spaciousness and it's nicely tucked away from the bustling main street to the sanctuary, yet, it is minutes away that I could bring things back and forth between the Supermarket, Grotto and The Basilica a few times a day. Love the convenience and quietness.

The towels are washed out. I do hope there will be sufficient light in the toilet and the mirror is magnificent but it's too dim with a single strip of LED.

Love the hotel, Decor, rooms, VIP room for breakfast and dinner. The fact that It is near the Church, Sanctuary and shops. The hotel staff absolutely amazing.
