I liked the restaurant and the terrace. The food is good, the breakfast is good also and very diverse. Once you find the parking, there is an easy access to the hotel (from inside). Reception and bar personnel is very nice and helpful. The room AC was very silent. Pillows was plenty to choose from and beds very comfy. 30 min walk from old town, but for me was a nice walk.

Was quite difficult to find the parking entrance. Better to put the link on the automated message sent once one books in a room. I had to go round 3 times and spent several calls with reception as was not clear where was it. I was following the towel rule (to reduce waste), but everyday I had new ones being replaced. This defies the whole purpose of waste reduction. Parking exit pole is very difficult to reach by car to introduce the exit ticket. My room was just above the terrace, was noisy till closure time. Food and drinks are on the expensive range, even if the hotel is not in city center.

The quirky and a little hipster vibe of the hotel did not obscure the fact that this is a very well run establishment indeed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and quiet and the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. The centre of Lyon was within walking distance for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay we ate once in the hotel and the food was excellent

The drinks were rather expensive.

Really great location, next to metro station, walking distance to city centre. Comfortable bad and pillows assortment, small kitchen zone with microwave and coffee machine with good amount of capsules. Stuff is really helpful, speak English and very friendly

We were happy to stay in this hotel. There is a parking for electric cars, pets are allowed, the breakfasts was amazing. The space is nice and cozy. We are planning to visit other mama shelters in the world :)

In my opinion it would be nice to educate the staff. We felt uninformed in some aspects (about the parking), we ordered coffee and the staff forgot about it.

Our room was very clean. Loved the vibe of the restaurant. Everyone at the reception was always helpful. The hotel is not at the city center, ıt is around 30min walk to Vieux Lyon, but I enjoyed walking there. Also, there is public transport very nearby.

Only the pillows:( It was not good for my neck.

The room was spacious, very clean, warm, quiet. The staff was kind and offered recommendations on what to do in the city. Although it wasn't right in the city center, it is still rather close and convenient.

There was a bathroom smell in the lobby, right by the elevators and the reception. So when you come in, the first thing you notice is the smell. I'd recommend making sure the lobby smells really nice.

The staff is great, and fun. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-run. Our dog stayed with us and everyone was fantastic with her, even in the dining room.

We wish the rooftop space were open—it would be great to sit up there.

the location was a little further away from the centre with not a lot going on in the area; but all was fine as offered easy car parking.

The hotel has a young vibe… almost playful. Everything is modernistic as well as eclectic in style. The rooms are small, like all rooms in Europe. The decor is basic, though not garish. We really enjoyed the staff, the food, a comfortable room and bed.

I always have a hard time with the pillows at hotels because they are too hard and high but the ones at Mama were fluffy and perfect!

We had a difficult time finding the hotel because we didn’t see the sign easily.
