Well maintained property, Well mannered staff, Aptly located for travellers who are touring France since its right at the door step of the train station. Trams stops, taxis are all available 24hrs at the doorstep. Don’t think twice if its for 2 - 3 days visit to Lyon. All main squares and important monuments are just around 10 euros away by Uber ( We are a family of 3). Safe and clean property. We even walked back from Viuex Lyon.

The cleanliness, The big room (30m.sq), Big bathrooms ( toilet and shower is separate), even the CLAIRE’s toiletries made a huge difference, a comfortable separate single bed for my child (12yrs) and it had a comfy queen size bed for us, sufficient breakfast for 18 euros, otherwise just walk through the station to the nearby mall. Fantastic mall for shopping and food ( breakfast,lunch and dinner) - Don’t miss PANASIAN restaurant! There are heaps of loads of options for different cuisines.

Spacious accommodation, clean and very comfortable beds. The location is superb. Adjacent to the train station, the opposite is the big shopping centre and beyond its building is a really great area for dining out.

I would give 10/10 if the hotel would provide proper glassware for cups for tea/ coffee, instead of papercups with no utensils such as teaspoons to make it!. Also, I had to ask twice for extra toilet papers instead of providing enough after cleaning it is a small issue, easily fix. It's a really good place to stay, regardless for a few days or over a week. I highly recommend this hotel

Big rooms and comfortable beds. Big bathroom with separate toilet. Friendly and helpful staff. Kids got welcome bag with colouring and sweets. They loved the pet lizards and fish in reception! Location was pretty good but no metro running from the station behind the hotel. Meant we walked a fair bit to a bus and then caught the metro, but worked well in the end. Convenient to have shops nearby and Westfield shopping centre behind the station.

Room smelt like possibly someone had been smoking and this had been covered up by strong smell of air freshener.

This should be a 5 star hotel!! Breakfast simply amazing, variety and quality! Room on the 9th floor, huge, superb bathroom and everyday cleaning was exceptional! Room service helpful to have. Staff so polite. Last but not least location of hotel close to train station and tram. But not noisy at all. We stayed almost 2 weeks so we got a good feeling for the hotel and we loved every minute!

I loved how spacious the room was it reminded me of an American hotel. The facilities were very nice as well along with all the extra features provided by the hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional, and they were attentive to any and all needs.

I didn't like how you had to press a doorbell button in order to get into the building, instead of being able to just walk in or using your room key to get into the building. I also didn't like how the elevator didn't work unless you put your room key into the card slot.

Staff was very helpful, provided us sightseeing and restaurant recommendations(which was indeed great). Room size was reasonable. Location is prefect, situated right beside the main train station to other cities and the tram station which takes you direct from the airport.

Shower room is big comparing to the size of the room, could give the room slightly more space to open our suitcases. As there is no shower curtain or door to enclosed the shower area, the water spills out, resulting a puddle of water just beside shower area which may cause others to slip.

The hotel is located with easy access to the train station, metro, tram and bus lines, which made touring the city much easier. The little amenities like cold water as you come in, or the mini-croissants as you leave, made for a welcoming sense of comfort. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating

nothing about the hotel; only negative relates to the city in the problems of getting taxis with ease other than by the train station.

Comfortable beds. Nice modern room and bathroom. And very quiet despite being next to the train station. Breakfast was delicious but lacked any vegetables. Parking is right under the hotel. But...

Entrance to the parking is very easy to miss and there are no signs. The staff also failed to explain or point out location exactly. Note that it is in same building and you have to turn into what looks like pedestrian street heading to train station.

I like the location and the cleanliness. It was a little fancier than I am accustomed. I am from America so getting used to how the French operate was odd. (toilet in a separate room from the shower).

The room was pretty dim for putting on make-up. No outlet in the bathroom for converter /american curling iron. I was charged for 3 people ($214 and we had 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed in the room) however my parents got a similar room but they were charged for 2 people (even though they also had a queen bed and 1 twin bed). The worst part was that I paid for 3 people but there was only 2 bath towels provided and only 1 key . We were placed in room 716 so we had to go through an entry door and then into the room so if one person had to go to the room first and the other 2 came later, they had to call from their phone to get the person to come out and open the entry door, they could not just knock on room 716 door.

The room was much bigger than we expected, it was very close to station which worked well as we were leaving from the station the following morning. Everything you'd need in the room in terms of shower gel and soap etc, and a welcome pack with water and tea. Staff were very friendly, the room was incredibly quiet so we had a really good stay.

There wasn't much we could complain about!
