The staff very friendly. 24/7 desk. Close to 2 main Tram lines and to the main train station with a connection to the Metro system. The room is well isolated from any noise. It has an electric shade for a complete darkness and silence. It's an apart hotel, so there is a small kitchen with everything you need. The price is low, and the value for money is wonderful. If you only need a good place to sleep and rest in the noon, it's perfect. The bathroom is big and convenient. The bed is a standard (small) double bed. I wish it was a bit bigger. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I don’t know how good the 12.50 euros breakfast is. We had a coffee and pastries for few euros in one of two close artisan boulangeries. More than enough for us.

Come on guys. I can understand the need to leave the room clean. That's fair. But asking me to deposit 200 euros to force me to throw the garbage at the end of the stay is ridicules.

It was very hot when we visited there and there was no air conditioner in the room. My room was getting direct sun light and room temperature 🌡 was close to 36 degrees, super hot 🙃 😩 . Couldn't stay in the room.

Because parts of the property are student accommodation it sometimes felt a bit "regulated". Swimming pool disappointingly small.

No welcoming / early Checkin even for one room (we had four rooms and one of our friends was sick and wanted to stay at the hotel)

We spent one night only to break our drive journey . Apart hotel was good size , perfect for families , pet friendly. We really enjoyed the swimming pool after a whole day on the road.

I understand the concern about the planet, but im greatful for the good weather we had this week. I wouldnt have been able to handle proper summer heat without aircon.

The room was clean and comfortable

The two pillows provided for a couple were thin and inadequate. When I asked politely for extra pillows the receptionist had to pass the request to her supervisor who subsequently refused. As a consequence we had to buy two pillows for our use from a local market.
