Lovely design and great location between key neighborhoods. Quiet at night but steps away from restaurants and shops. The building redesign was clearly done with care, and the staff were very kind and responsive.
Some small design features were frustrating—having to walk completely through the bedroom from WC to sink/shower area. Would love a small side table by the bed for electronics, water, eyeglasses etc—the headboard shelf was pretty but not always useful. Air conditioning was good to have (it was hot when we were there in October) but didn’t cool the room enough. Bit better lighting in the bath area for makeup etc.

The hotel is located a few blocks downhill from a metro and uphill from a tram line, so getting around sans car is easy. The location is secure with digital keys. Our room was on the ground floor and had a door leading to an enclosed leafy deck accessible to all and full of orange trees. Windows opened and closed to let in fresh air. The room featured a tiny nook with a small refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, and hot pot. The bathroom featured a great shower with plenty of hot water. Best of all was a towel warmer that allowed these long journey travelers to do a little laundry washing and drying. Downstairs is a common room with a lounge area and stacks of books and reading material, all in French, of course. Best of all was a coffee machine that made every beverage known to man. Yeah, I can still taste that cappuccino. The bedding and towels were soft and comfy. Everywhere was clean and spotless. My partner wanted me to say that his only criticism is that the glass door to the elevator was kept so spotless that he kept forgetting it was there and smashing his nose on the glass. Finally, the only thing better than this excellent hotel is the staff, who were friendly and accommodating and took excellent care of us. I can read a little French, but I can't connect the written word to speech. But no problem, the staff are multilingual. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel for your stay in Marseille.
We liked everything.

The room was a good size, nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The little kitchenette was handy, especially the kettle (there were teabags available in the lounge). The location was good - very central and close to the metro.
The app to unlock the main and room doors didn't work consistently (they gave me a key card after the first night) - I have a fairly new, high end phone, so I can't be the only one who's had problems. It's a bit unnerving when it takes multiple tries to unlock the main door, especially as I'm waving my phone around on a dark, empty street in an unfamiliar city. The street outside was fairly noisy at night, lots of motorbikes. The price is a bit high for what you get, especially considering the lack of on-site staff.

I was a little worried about the contactless key entrance feature, I even had to charge my phone in a cafe at some point - but it all worked out and was very convenient in the end. I was also a little nervous as a solo traveler, but the place is modest and tucked away, very secure. I really liked having some distance from the Old Port, but still being in walking distance. It meant the area was quiet and safe at night. The hotel itself has a mixed hostel/hotel vibe, but it was very pleasant and clean. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. P.S., if you are a writer, this place has good breakaway spaces (with free coffee refills) in the basement and garden. I will return if given the opportunity.
There aren't many food options in the hotel proper, but I suppose that encourages you to get out and figure it out.

Location was great. Staff were very helpful. The app was really useful to keep the key card on. Might be a disadvantage if your phone runs out or you don’t have a smart phone so keep a charger handy :) We had the ground floor double room which opened onto the terrace which we loved sitting and having breakfast on. Bathroom was great and spacious.
There was only one steamer (for clothes) for all rooms and we had trouble getting hold of it. I think a couple more might be needed to go around. Would have liked a tv in the room too but not a massive issue. Also bowls in the room for breakfast weren’t provided.

The lounge room and free coffee were excellent- it was great to watch my husband and son play a game of chess in the lounge. The staff taught my son how to use the record player and he enjoyed exploring the vinyl collection. Given the temperature was about 30 degrees during our stay, the air conditioned room was a welcome sanctuary from the heat and we slept well. The app to check in/out and for the door key were intuitive to use.
The queen bunk bed was ok, but a bit tedious to climb up and down. As we are travelling for some time, washing facilities would have been useful. The app to get in the door was easy to use, but you had to make sure you didn’t run out of phone battery at the end of the day.

We had a lovely stay here in Marseille. The room was great, facilities were excellent - nice shower! The location was really convenient for the old port and the centre. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend it.
I hadn't realised there wasn't a TV in the room but we found a great bar to watch the rugby World Cup! The outside appearance is deceptive - as soon as you're inside the front door it's lovely and welcoming. A second chair would be great too

This is a great little hotel for family or business travelers. I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.
Nothing to point to that isn't a feature of French hotels/apartments in general - the interior is actually fairly accessible for prams/wheelchairs (there's a very modern lift) but the main entryway has some big steps which can be difficult if mobility-restricted (or carrying bags + pram).

The design of the room (very modern and stylish), the staff was vey nice, helpful and friendly, the beautiful terrace (which also gets some sun in the afternoon), the common area with free coffee, the bluetooth speaker in the room, the charging station by the bed.
Our room (number 3) opened up to the common terrace which on the one hand it's great because it's a really nice terrace, but on the other hand it felt like everyone could see inside our room unless you closed the curtains. However guests tend to stay on the terrace for very short periods of time so most of the time we just benefited of the great terrace view without any inconvenience. The shower is modern and great but water gets splashed everywhere, it would be useful to have a floor squeegee to simply direct the excess water into the drainhole, that would solve the problem in one second. But in general it was a great stay!

Contactless service. L'occitane cosmetics. Patio.
Location is not so friendly but walking around I noticed that the whole city center is not so modern and clean.
