The receptionists were REALLY nice and helpfull. Even when they said they couldn’t speak english well they tried a lot to help and explain to us everthing we needed. The rooms were quiet, the bed were confortable and the a/c was amazing.

The localization is good because is next to the Train Station and you can have a médium walk to the Port, the only problem is that at night looks a little bit dark to walk around and the neibourghood doesn’t look really so safe. But at least nothing happen to us and it was ok tô Walk around.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Marseille! It is a perfect location to get the bus if you have an early flight in which we did. Really simple check in and check out system. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room!! This was so lovely as we got given a balcony. The room itself was so nice, the bed was VERY comfortable!! There was a kitchen with microwave, kettle and hob. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Can't recommend this place enough.

This hotel is a bit far from most attractions/beach. However, walking is very nice if the weather is good as you get to see more of Marseille. Alternatively, you can use the app "bolt" which is a taxi system like uber and can pick you up and drop you off wherever you wish! The highlight of the location is that it is so close to bus/train station only a 5 minute walk which is ideal and that is why we chose this hotel!

Very friendly staff who were very assessable if we needed something. The location is ideal with a very short walk to/from the train station and to the Marina. There is also a grocery store close by. From our room we had a great view of the Arc de Triumph and a small part of the Mediterranean Sea. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio which was enjoyable. The room had a mini-kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, small dishwasher, although we only used the refrigerator.

The rooms showed small signs of wear and tear so an update to the painting could be done. The A/C wasn’t on when we first arrived so it took awhile to get the room cool. We called the front desk and someone did come immediately to check on it and verified it was working. More counter space in the bathroom would be nice.

The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a terrace which gave out onto the plaza with the Arc de Triomphe, which was a great view. The wifi worked really well and the reception was super accomodating, they were able to store our suitcases for half the day before our room was ready!

The entire stay was lovely, but the night we stayed in the hotel (June 30) there was a concert on a rooftop nearby that made it impossible to sleep since it was so loud. It is not the hotel's fault, but we wish we had known about this beforehand because it was a day after a flight and we needed rest!

Clean, comfort, amazing workers,safe.

There was construction happening right in front of the hotel, so I woke up 2 straight nights at 8 in the morning with very loud noises. Good idea to verify that before renting any spot! Also the laundry machine has a known defect, so I wasted 1 hour from my night with 2 of my sons waiting for clean clothes.

The rooms were quite large and equipped with a little kitchen and a small balcony. The hotel itself is conveniently located close to the train station and within walking distance to the old port. Some rooms could do with a little renovation (a tile on the side of the bathtub was missing, the paint on the walls was stained and the towels could be renewed), but given the room rate the hotel is a good option for shorter stays that we would consider again next time.

Overall the rooms could be a little cleaner. To be fair, I am a little picky concerning cleanliness, but there were hair on the matress and on the bathroom walls and oily stains on the doors and the chair. Nothing catastrophic, but not very nice either.

Location was excellent, very close to the train/bus central stations and walking distance to the old port. The hotel reps were so kind and provide us with upgraded room with balcony - thanks them. The kitchen in the room was convenience, tea and coffee waiting in the room.

It should be better to arrange cleaning services 3-4 days at least without extra fee, instead of 7 nights.

The hotel has 24hour reception and the receptionists are easy to talk to and willing to help. The mini appartment is good size and there is also a small kitchen with some kitchen supplies which allow you to prepare a basic meal.

The room smelled like someone have been smoking inside for a long time. Even leaving the windows open was not enough to get the bad smell out of the room. The bed and pillows were not very confortable.

The Hotel was central a few hunded yards from the railway station and also close to the old port and pulic transport. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good and the rooms had cooking facilities and a fridge.

I was concerned regarding the request for a card to cover any damages this made me take photographs of a few scrapes here and there in the room since i did not wish to be blamed for these.

The hotel is located just 4 minutes walk from the train station and 12 minutes down to the old port or 15 minutes to the Terraces du Port shopping and several Museums taking you through the lovely Panier district so ideal for investigating the city on foot. The room we had was excellent as we had asked for a quiet room and were upgraded to the top floor with a patio and wonderful views of the city. The room itself was spotless and large with a handily equipt kitchen making eating in easy.

The supermarkets, shops and resturants close to the hotel were pretty limited and you did have to go down to the old town and terrace du port for supplies and resturant choices which at night would be best done by taxi.
