Centrally located, walking distance to the main tourist sights. Parking is on site. Does share facilities with the old persons residence and this is also reflected in certain aspects of the hotel apartment, such as the bathroom which is a wet room with no curtain or screen separating the shower. Has a separate living/kitchen area from the bedroom. The small kitchen area in the apartment includes an induction hob and a microwave and a medium size fridge. The hotel allows dogs but not in the restaurant/breakfast area as this used too by the retirement home for their restaurants.

Despite reading some negative reviews we found the connected living areas between the retirement home and hotel was not a disadvantage, except for the fact the hotel residents cannot have breakfast in the dining room, but can collect breakfast items from there to eat in their hotel room. The kitchen area in the apartment did not have any pans to cook food in, only basic utensils and crockery. Not needed for our short stay, but would be a problem for longer stays if the hotel does not provide any.

The hotel is a residence for seniors but also they have some available rooms for tourists. The room had a kitchen and was very spacious. It was a big studio rather than a room and was very clean. The lady in the reception was so helpfull. I did not have a car but they have a parking spot. As it is a residental building for elder people after evening main entrance door was locked but possible to open with a code. The breakfast was sufficient but for the sake of health of the residents, tourists take the breakfast from the buffet and they eat in the room. I did not mind it. The people living there permanently were so friendly,too. The location was close to city center but also there is a tram station in a minute walking distance.

Spacious room.

Slippery shower floor. Lack of wall hooks to hang hats or tote bag or a shirt. Receptionist on duty only part-time, but I knew that from website (is actually some sort of elderly residence). Lighting and lamps could have been arranged more helpfully.

Spacious apartment, with comfortable beds and little kitchenette (which was rather unexpected but welcome). Good sized bathroom with very good walk-in simple shower and, best of all, lovely soft large bath sheets!! We were very pleased with the accommodation, which was really excellent at the price. The location is quiet with easy free parking although not really central.

The breakfast was disappointing: weak coffee, dry patisserie. Not worth even the 8 euros charged, especially as you have to collect it on a tray and eat it in your own room (understandably because there are fears of Covid for the elderly residents but really better not to offer breakfast at all in these circumstances).

The location is just a ten minutes walk for central streets, close by to public transport as well. Also has private parking upfront the entrance. The place itself is very quiet and full of old and friendly people. The apartment has big balcony with nice view. The breakfast was very ascetic but good enough to keep you going. This is a great place for price/quality ratio.

Zenao Mulhouse is a comfortable hotel for seniors that also offers accommodation for tourists. It has a spacious parking lot in the yard, which is a big advantage. The staff is kind, the room very clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The terrace of the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast can be served in the garden. Communication was easy. Overall we were very satisfied and highly recommend this location.

I had a stop on my way to southern France to visit the very nice car museum which is definitely worth a visit (while Mulhouse seemed like one of the less attractive towns in Alsace to me). Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, central location and a parking lot. The hotel is a shared place with a senior citizen's home which I wasn't fully aware of when booking but this didn't bother me at all for the time I stayed there.

This was a strange place, incorporated in a retirement village. The room itself was one of the retirement villas complete with wheelchair accessible bathroom. The room was large with a separate bedroom and large balcony.

Check in was a bit confused when I arrived one hour early but there was no-one available until the appointed check in time. This is not a criticism, just letting other travellers know not to come early.

Friendly and very helpful reception. Large room with kitchen and a big bathroom all very clean. It is very close to the main area but quietly tucked away with a garden area to sit out while having breakfast. Plenty of parking. Took me a while to understand the concept of partially shared area with residential home but think the concept is an excellent one.

Room was excellent very spacious. location very good too. Likewise staff were very friendly with excellent English.

location was difficult to find without clean sings to indicate that we were in fact at the property. also I was not aware that it was connected to an elderly persons residence.
