A remarkable building close to the magnificent Place Stanislas, where is situated the musée des Beaux-Arts and myriad restaurants to choose from. It gives the impression of staying in a chateau; a slight feeling of faded elegance was made up for in our comfortable and well appointed room - there has obviously been a lot of money spent on the renovation of the building and we would have enjoyed staying another night if time permitted.

Trying to find it with all the road works diverting the traffic - no fault of the hotel but unwelcome after a long drive from Germany. The city is undergoing considerable renovation at the moment of writing, but that is not to be put off by a visit to this remarkable city.

Very clean, close to major sights, lovely ambience.

It would have been nice, especially in this extreme hot weather, to have a bottle of water and a couple of glasses in the room. There was nothing. Also, a hot water cooker for tea would have been nice. There were no complementary soap or other toiletries in the bathroom. When we stayed at this hotel in 2018 they had these things in our room. We chose a smaller size room this booking, but still it would have been nice to have it these things.

I stayed there for one night, en route from our second home in France to our house in Holland, we usely stop half-way, mostly Metz, sometimes Nancy, a friend advised this hotel, it is the fourth place we stayed in Nancy, by far the best

The only slightly difficult thing (for me personally) was the parking nearby, advised by the same friend, it was so narrow, but the hotel can’t help that… And the breakfast relatively pricey, but the food was perfect, and the space were we sat was rather limited, but because of the quality of the food (the best croissant I had for years) I probably would do it again.

It is central, the staff are kind and helpful, and it is unusual, in a good way. We did not take Breakfast, as we went out for Coffee etc. I really liked the fact it was a bit "old school",and very French. I would really like to stay again.

It was noisy the first night, due to a City event. The other nights were Ok, but being as central as it is there will always be a bit of noise. The shower really needs attention, a mould spray would solve the problem.

Loved the location of the hotel, just around the corner from the Place Stanislas, and immediately opposite a tram stop to take you up to station, which is practical if you are travelling by train as we did. Despite some minor complaints, I thought the hotel good value for the money.

I didn't like the washing/shower setup. A narrow bathtub with a hand-held "pomme de douche", and no shower curtain to prevent spraying water all over the place. Worse, the bathtub has a very rounded bottom, making it perilously slippery. And not even a hand grip on the wall to grab to stop a fall. Not good.

Historic building in the center with very nearby paid and secure parking. Rooms renovated without loosing the old touches, like beautiful wooden floors and staircase, lovely panelling, some old furnishings, but very comfy bed and bathroom. Lovely view from our room on the second floor, reached by the elevator.

Breakfast only possible by reserving a time slot, which was not practical for us.

The hotel has an ideal location, just a short walk away from all of the main sights in Nancy. It has a very laid back atmosphere and pretty rooms that are very well maintained by the staff. The people here truly seem to care.

At the moment there is construction going on a few blocks away that is affecting the tram line that connects the hotel to the train station. (There are NO teams.) That is a big minus for me at the moment. When the construction ends, all will be well again!

This hotel was so lovely. Perfectly located in the right in city centre. Nancy is a very charming city and hotel des prelats made the stay even better. The room and hotel has a old fashion aestetic. It was very cute Staff was super nice and helpful! It was clean and the room got cleaned everyday Wifi was good

The only thing was that the electrisity was hopping a bit on and off. Some of the contacts wasn’t working all the time but we managed<3

This is an absolutely excellent hotel, placed slap bang in the middle of fabulous Nancy, just a couple of minutes from the glorious Place Stan. It could not be better placed. The interior is beautifully maintained. There's a modern lift, and our room was both charming and spacious. The staff are friendly and kind. We'll be back. There's no parking for the hotel (there's nowhere they could put it!) so if you're coming by car, parking is two minutes away in Parking Stanislas.

So yes - if you're coming by car, parking is two minutes away in very convenient Parking Stanislas. But the parking spaces are minuscule, prices are not cheap, the car park is pretty grubby, and getting to it by car is a nightmare: the centre of Nancy is one-way and pedestrianised, so you *will* get lost and you *will* have to go round and round again. Basically, they don't want you to bring your car into the city, so come by public transport if you can: the tram stops right outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel with cozy rooms and very pretty decor. The location is perfect for seeing Nancy on foot. Very close to Stanislas Square. Unfortunately, there was a great deal of road construction taking place just outside the hotel. But the construction is all over the city and we cannot fault the hotel for the inconvenience. We would be very happy to stay here again.
