-Decent size room -Comfortable bed -Location is very good, close to the city center -Room was clean, new towels every day -Hotel staff was always very attentive -Newer elevator, very small (however since the building was on the older side, it was nice to have it in the first place) -Minibar, TV, AC in the room -Our room had a very nice terrace with a nice view -Bathroom was a nice size, shower was good -Very good value for money

-Wifi had ups and downs -Very thin walls and no soundproofing, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway (this is to be expected in older buildings)

It is a nice, cozy (private) hotel in a great location (right next to the old town, the beach promenade and 5 minutes' walk from the tram stop). I could enjoy the southern sun and tropical air in the room with a terrace. Although the hotel is located right on the main tourist street, it was not very noisy in the room and on the terrace. This atmosphere was just right and enjoyable. Very clean. Very helpful and good English speaking administrators. Thank you :) I definitely recommend this hotel. Especially if you are a woman and traveling alone. It is convenient and safe choice. I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, but I would also be willing to have a longer vacation.

Just an observation! The hotel is located on the 4-5th floor and you have to take an elevator to get there. It should be taken into account that the elevator can only fit 1-2 people and it may be difficult for overweight people to arrive at the hotel.

It was great to get a family suite, comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom, in this central location on Rue de France. The restaurants and shops are outside the door and the Promenade is a two minute walk away. The rooms and bathroom were tastefully decorated and clean. A little more storage space would be useful.

The hotel occupies the fourth and fifth floors of a historic apartment building. Wouldn't be ideal for families with small children and buggies or long-distance travellers with larger luggage. The lift is small with enough room for one person and one piece of luggage. While the central location is great, the noise from the street below is amplified as it rises up to the hotel windows.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Jean's warm welcome made my first visit memorable; he even provided a map highlighting all the must-see spots. The hotel's prime location in the city centre not far from Nice Ville station allowed me to explore effortlessly. Plus, it’s close to top-notch eateries. I ate at Le Grand Cafe for breakfast and Rina for dinner. Both were great and added an extra layer of convenience and delight to my trip. The room itself was great, quite a large balcony, decent bathroom and room size. Highly recommended

The location is very central to main, coastal Nice and close to the beach, a multitude of restaurants and shops, and located within a short walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais, Hotel Negresco, the train station, the tram and main streets for taxi/Uber pick-up, Cour Selaya, Colline de Chateau, and Vieux Nice. The hotel itself fronts a pedestrian only walkway and is maybe 2 blocks from the Promenade des Anglais. Despite being located in a very populated area, my room was very quiet and noise was not an issue. I even had a terrace but that did not bring in more noise. The staff are wonderful! They can help with taxi pickup, restaurant recommendations, and upon arrival, Galina gave me a map and outlined major highlights. She is lovely! The hotel is more like a pensione or traditional B&B, so the room was small (I am a minimalist and live in a studio so it did not bother me). The bathroom is quite functional and very clean but also small. I stayed in a room typically for 2 people but I was alone. For 1 person it's perfect; for 2 I think it could be a little tight unless you are petite people and are also minimalists. The steps on the staircase are a little bit shallow so use the railing if your bag is heavy and your room is on the 2nd level. This hotel is a great value for the price!

Nothing!

The hotel is very well located, 5 seconds from lots of restaurants and shops, and 5 minutes from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, as soon as we arrived we were greeted and even had a tour guide on the map of Nice to help as see the best attractions in town. The view of the balcony was spectacular.

I liked everything, but would just advise that the hotel is in the 4th floor and the elevator is super tiny when it working. We travel light so was not an issue but if you do carry heavy baggage be prepared.

The hotel was centrally located on a pedestrianised street and this was very convenient. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom and terrace were very good. The instructions about access were fab. The receptionists were both very pleasant and very informative. The housekeeping was excellentm

It is on the fourth floor. The lift is very tiny and not great for a person with claustrophobia! Me! My husband used it all the time but I used the steep stairs. The room was very small and needs some decorative upgrading.

The perfect stay for one or a couple who prefer spend most of the time out. Great location with walking distance to almost everything. Old Nice in 10 min, sea shore - in 5. Quite small apartment but with all facilities you need. And all above balcony is lovely, to have there a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning is really enjoyable.

At weekends there is a quite noisy street down the apartment so if you are looking for quite place it could be a bit challenging there. But in other case it is completely manageable .

Great location close to restaurants and the beach and the old town area. Clean comfortable rooms in good condition. The breeze through the louvre windows and the view of the rooftops. Air conditioning & a fridge! Lovely helpful staff

The noise from the restaurants below was quite disruptive at night The hotel is 4 flights up and the lift is small. It was fine for us as we are fit and travel light, but it could be a problem for other travellers

The location is excellent, directly in the tourist center and surrounded by many restaurants. The tourist information office is just around the corner. The room was okay, and the balcony was large.

The bathroom is poorly ventilated and has mold. There is an elevator (which fits two people), but it doesn't go all the way to the last floor (sleeping rooms).
