The Duty Manager, Yazmin together with their Health & Safety Manager (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) both provided exceptional service. Thank you so much to both of them!

The cleaner who cleaned my room (ROOM 970 - Executive Room with terrace, sea and garden view) kept forgetting to replenish coffee supply things like milk, wooden sticks (teaspoons no longer seem to be supplied) and even Room Service Breakfast Form! These are very basic things so can't understand why the cleaner kept forgetting these things which was only rectified after I complained.

We had booked a ocean /garden view king. When we arrived Oliver was kind enough to upgrade us to a ocean view. The room with the floor to ceiling windows, balcony and view of the ocean and the promenade was amazing! The room was spacious with plenty of extras - ironing board, coffee maker fridge, deck loungers, inside seating, and great double sink bathroom. Definitely a spectacular room! Service was wonderful with Daniel at the hotel bar mixing up real American martinis.

Had trouble accessing the hotel bikes and the bell hops didn't know how to or seem to want to take the time to assist us. We had trouble finding the gym, the ice machine etc but after a few attempts it all worked out.

The location is excellent, across from the beach, big parking garage underneath hotel. Restaurants in hotel and around hotel, heated pool, house keeping was excellent and roof top bar with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious, American, Parisian, Asian, lots of assorted French cheeses, smoked salmon, and you could order omelets or eggs cooked differently at no cost.

Our room had city view, balcony was great to see beach, but near bars and nightclubs. Lots of noise from 0200 to 0530 on this side. We let staff know on check out and advised us next time let them know and they would change our room. I wish we had done that, opt for garden or seaside view maybe less noise. Also, I would have liked to have a place to place my stuff in bathroom in room. only places are underneath sink or on top of toilet seat.

The property was in an excellent location, within walking distance of the promenade, shops, markets, the bus and train stations. We had a waterfront view that was magnificent. Our rooms may have been remodeled so everything was perfectly cleaned. The staff was friendly in all locations (check-in, concierge, restaurant). I would highly recommend the location. We also thoroughly enjoyed our daily breakfast. A great way to begin our day, charged with energy.

Settled in Le Meridien as last year. We liked everything, everything is on a high level. I would especially like to Тhank the Hotel Administration for the staff who not only perfectly do their job, but also help visitors. Personal Thanks to Goar - Room Administrator. Goar is very pleasant, friendly and sociable. We had a lot of questions and Gоаr helped us insanely. This is a huge benefites for the hotel to have such trained informative workers.

Stayed for 2 nights - Thursday and Friday in February and were upgraded to a lovely room just under the "D" of the roof sign. Big terrace with a great view of the bay and the old town. Huge comfy bed and a good shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Underground parking with a lift direct into the lobby although parking space was quite tight, I'm glad we didn't take our Range Rover.

We ate in the restaurant on the Friday night and there wasn't much choice on the menu. What we had was very nice but It was all red meat and I would have preferred some chicken.

This is the second time we have stayed at Le Meridien and as before, it was a lovely experience. One feels very looked after by the staff and the whole hotel has been designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. The views from our sea/city view room were beautiful, as are the views from the roof top terrace, the lounge and breakfast areas. The breakfast is fantastic, with a vast array of quality foods and friendly servers on hand to help with anything you might need.

The air conditioning was set to a winter format so that it didn't get too cool at night but unfortunately for us it was far too warm. This was quickly altered the next morning by the extremely helpful staff but I think it might be a good idea to give customers the option to have the the air conditioning changed on arrival.

The room and location was amazing. Sea and park view was fantastic. The size of room was also as expected, large!

Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast in the dining room was below standard. After complaining to the hotel the front office manager Olivier went out of his way to provide an alternative solution and ensure we were happy. Sophie on the front desk was also amazing.

They upgraded us to a room with a view of the city and the sea. That was a good surprise. We did not see a room with a full view of the sea, but I am guessing the the city+sea view is more interesting. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and since we arrived early we always had a nice table with a good view of the Promenade des Anglais. The room was well laid out with a very large and comfortable bed.

Good location, clean and comfortable, lovely bar on the roof, friendly staff.

Our room wasn’t ready although we arrived after 3pm. There was a very loud concert right outside our room throughout the afternoon until 23:30 on all 3 nights we stayed with you - you had warned us by e-mail the day before but not much we could do about it by then. We paid for a sea and garden view but the garden was a construction sight when we visited.
