The property is very nice and modern, and the rooms are very well equipped and have comfortable beds and nice modern bathrooms. The location is great because it is right on the edge of Nice’s old town, but still on a street that allows taxis to pick you up when you need to go to the airport. (this is important!) The staff was very helpful and gave recommendations for restaurants. Additionally they were there 24/7 at the front desk, which is very nice to have when you’re traveling. I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend it to any friends and family. In fact I will be back to Nice and so I will be staying here again! :)

The hotels location and facilities were ideal for our trip. It is a one minute walk from the front door to the beach. The beach club was a great place to watch the bastille day fireworks. The hotel is on the doorstep of the old town and we spent most of our time in Nice in this area. We booked parking via the hotel for an underground car park a very short walk away. This was ideal. The staff from reception, concierge and bar staff were all excellent

On check in the reception staff where very busy. The lady checking us in had to continually answer the phone and deal with enquiries. This made our check in experience disjointed and things like breakfast time, lift access and car parking were not explained fully. This was not the lady's fault as she should not have had to answer the phone a deal with a busy check in time.

It is very well located with 24/7 front desk , we arrived with no reservation and the lovely lovely lady at night shift was the most patient and helpful , really really change my exhausting problematic day. The next day the breakfast was okay , I’m celiac and they promptly took care of my dietary restrictions . The hotel is good for the price , the location and the season . Their team really makes is great

The room is quiet small for 300 a night , but , the air bnbs around werent dar from This cost and the facilities the hotel provides makes it well more worth it

- the location is very convenient in going to the sea and exploring Nice Old Town. Being near the sea and main road would be very noisy. In fact, the hotel has its back to the sea so it avoids the noise but is still very convenient when going around. - very pleasant music is turned on the lobby. sometimes I don't mind sitting down in the lobby checking mails while listing their music.

Checking out/in takes very long time than expected while there are not many guest waiting, because the number of staffs is not much.

Welcoming - clean, tidy, light and comparatively spacious. ALL staff consistently polite, helpful, smart looking. Lift quick! Bedrooms very comfortable, good shower and towels, light and airy, air con worked well - cleaners excellent. Location is perfect.

Breakfast arrangements could be improved. Some foods not replaced or not always on offer - honey, eggs, pears, oranges, yoghurts, orange juice watery): staff were good. Limited seating for number of guests.

Location is very very good, you have everything nearby (beach, restaurants, old town, attractions). We have executive room, which was big and there were lots of space (its good for family with small kid). Room was quiet if you close the windows. Breakfast was almost perfect, only thing we missed was porridge :) And the personal was very friendly and polite.

Its not the big thing but probably important for families with small kids- on daytime you can´t darken the room, curtains are not very thick.

Close to old town and the beach

I was not informed that I had to book beach umbrella, etc before noon in order to get one. Additionally, Ironman event totally ruined at least one of our 3 days there. We could not get access to the beach and beach restaurant because barricades cut off access. Loud speaker noise boomed on all day starting before 8am. Had I been informed of this I would not have booked our only 3 days in the area at this location. Our visit was ruinged.

Great hotel right in the middle of Old Town and steps from the beach. Delightful staff as everybody is very polite and accommodating. Special thanks to Sonia Pereira for showing us rooms to choose from and joyfully responding to all of our needs. Superior room is spacious with large bathroom, windows are soundproof, bed is very comfortable with orthopaedic mattress and good linens. Breakfast has very large selection to choose from with fresh fruits and muesli, salads, eggs & bacon/sausages, dessert bar, coffee etc. The restaurant staff is very nice with cheerful attitude what makes the morning for the guests. Truly satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers!

Central location was very convenient for our short stay. Could even see the water if we stuck our head out the window! The room was great quality - very comfy, clean, spacious bathroom + robe. There was a festival on nearby but still quiet.

Staff were not very forthcoming with any advice or info for first time visitors to Nice. Beau rivage Beach club is not run by the hotel and make sure you book one if you're visiting on a Sunday - we were not able to get in anywhere.

I was delighted that after requesting a different room than the one originally assigned to us, the staff immediately managed to accommodate us in a proper room. When booking, we decided to include the breakfast, and it was a good decision; it was exceptional. I liked the availability of a private beach across from the hotel and the delicious food they served. There was an additional charge, but it was worth it. We also liked the terry cloth robes avaiable in our room.

That we were initially assigned to an area of the hotel that did not seem like part of the main hotel and that it smelled musty. However, we were very happy that all we had to do was asked to be moved.
