GREAT location! It can't be beat -- central to everything you need in Paris. Surprisingly quiet and dark at night. Bed was comfy. Host provided more toilet paper after asking for it twice.

The smell of mould was everywhere -- the bathroom and kitchen reeked of it and it was very uncomfortable to breath in all the time. The door didn't go all the way to the floor so everything could be heard and seen while you were in the bed from the hallway. Host never responded to requests for extra pillows and the pillows provided were not enough.

Great location, above average in terms of room size for Paris. Easy to reach, close to Metro station and a short walk from Louvre, Notre Dame, etc, clear instructions to access the apartment. The room has a kitchenette and the host send us a bag full of groceries for "breakfast" the croissants were superb.

No complaints or downsides for me, but I can understand that for many people, especially those traveling with families or with sleep issues, the apartment can be too noisy at night as it is situated near a very active quarter at night with bars and restaurants at night.

The place is wonderfully located.. very well connected to all parts of Paris if you walk or take travel passes.. it was clean and comfortable.. in the center of the city.. it is worth booking for the location alone.. the bath is the only complaint I have and I expanded blow..

The bath stall entrance was very odd sized.. even a regular sized person has to slide into it sideways and it's slippery and high.. so falling is a real possibility.. and if your heavy set then you simply might not fit at all..

We were skeptical about living in a Apartment Hotel in Paris. But this place was miles better than the matchbox "Hotels" we lived in. The room is spacious and comfortable for 2. The place has a great location, tucked away from the main street. It's close to all the restaurants and activities with just blocks away from the Seine River. The room is easy to access and with multiple coded doors. Bonus tip: There's a huge Zara store right opposite the apartment.

The windows open to a common balcony, and the smell of someone smoking can creep into the room sometimes.

We have read all the negative comments, and we had doubts about our stay. However, everything was good. The location is indeed perfect, the room was clean and warm and in the middle of our stay they asked us if we need new towels, bedsheets and more toiler paper.

This is an old building, so you can not expect to be without the smell of mold in the staircases. You have to use many codes but it's okey. If the studio had a street view it would be a really great value of money.

Location is incredible. Super central location and felt very safe. Very near to the metro so easy to travel the city and explore. The property was simply furnished, it has basic cutlery and plates. We didn't cook, but you could if you wanted to.

We found it a little difficult to access the property with the keys. When we arrived we realised the instructions weren't very clear. We called booking.com and were able to quickly fix the issue. It was mostly our mistake! The kitchen facilities were very small, but this is to be expected with a three room flat for 6!

The property is very nice, located in a very convenient place, you can feel the vibe of the city and you can reach the "must sees" in less than 1 hour

The "apartment" it's actually a room, the shower protection window was not very nice, it had some marks(something was taken off from it and it wasn't cleaned correctly). The cabinet is very small, we couldn't fit our clothes in it. The balcony is connected to all balconies(all the rooms)

The apartment was really nice. Failry clean. Relatively comfy bed, decent shower. Coffee machine was great. The location was in a great position. The hosts responded to questions, offered a towel and bed sheet change.

The wi-fi did not work after the first day, and they offered a small refund due to this inconvenience. The hosts were very communicative, and tried to assist with the issue, but unfortunately it was not resolved by the time my stay ended.

It was everything you want your Paris stay to be. A little mystery, and very Authentic. I rented a classic bike and felt like I belonged. The location couldn’t be better. Everything is right out side. lots of night life. The Louve and Notre Dame are just blocks away. the river nightlife and public Transportation are very close.

Nothing. It’s not a fancy hotel. this is a Parisian apartment.

Value cannot be beat! Family of 6 stayed comfortably for 3 nights. kitchenette was a nice bonus for breakfast in the room each morning. Location was accessible to all sorts of shops and restaurants within a minute’s walk. Metro was <5 min walk.

wifi didn’t work the first two nights but host got it working eventually, and an unsecured network was available. Space was tight but to be expected so close to city center, and we were not on top of each other. ask for extra towels-bath and kitchen.
