Amazing hotel for a stay in Paris! Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely french balcony. Breakfast was great but had a lot less greens than I’m used to, which seemed to be replaced by a large selection of pastries (how very french of them). Plus points for the coffee/tea/snack buffet that they have every day from 2pm! We really loved it here and I can not recommend this hotel enough :-)

By mistake the cleaning lady forgot to empty/check the shopping bags before throwing them away, and lost all of my receipts and tax refund forms..

My experience was really above all expectations. The room was ready before 15:00, I’ve got the keys immediately. There‘s a free bar with snacks and drinks throughout the day (very much like the concept of „executive lounge“ a là Ritz or Hilton, except that they put it at hilarious pricing). In case of Astotel, it felt very friendly and welcoming, and was much appreciated! The cleaning service was great, free mini bar in the room filled with drinks, the spa and relaxation zone was amazing too, recently renovated and very comfortable. The stuff was super friendly without being clingy or annoying, sometimes you go to five star hotels and all you get is golden keys concierge who wouldn’t even greet you when you enter the lobby, but in Astra they’re really one step ahead of you with everything, and it feels natural. Also, they were one of not so many hotels in Paris who currently take booking without prepayment, and I appreciate the trust they put in their clients. I’m super happy with my experience and I will certainly come back. Best price & quality you could find in Paris. Thank you!

The hotel was great and the quality of the service I wanted to recognize by writing a review. They are so accommodating to families, we booked the double family room with adjourned doors and it was massive. The kids loved the swing! The pool was also excellent for a cool down post sightseeing. Massi at reception went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and helped us check in a little early after a very long flight as well as organize extra activities for us. I can’t rate his service highly enough and I would recommend Astotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Paris. Thank you Massi and the team.

Just had the most delightful stay at this fabulous hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect - everything is within walking distance and it's super close to public transport. Our room was not only cozy but also beautifully decorated, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a treat, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff deserves a special shoutout for their constant availability and friendliness, always greeting us with a smile. And the little perks like complimentary hot drinks and snacks in the lobby were the cherry on top! Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The front desk reception staff were amazing, especially Anthony and another girl (I forgot her name), always smiling and willing to help with anything.loved the pool area and drinks facilities and also the snack bar in the room and in the restaurant area. Breakfast was delicious however the variety wasn't the same as Istanbul - Turkey 4 star hotels where I stayed last week. Also the lighting in the room is amazing! Nice and bright with different settings. Lovely and fresh new Towels!

The room was small however very clean. It's perfect for a solo traveller but not so much for two people in one room. You may have to book an executive room if you're staying in a room with someone. Size does not put me off when you compare with what you get, would use again if needed.

The staff is all positive and kind and supportive. After 24-hour flight, I dreamed only about a great spa and pool with hamam and early check-in The staff offered me a complimentary breakfast, organized an access into spa zone, and spent up cleaning my room as soon as her previous guesses left. in result I was able to check in at 11 am instead a normal 3pm. when you arrived at 9 am To hotel is a perfectly matched. The room is exactly what is photo and description. It seems that the hotel was recently renovated. A great breakfast with a variety of choices and cheeses with pastries.

The booking.com advertised the room with a bath and shower facility, but actually, the bath is not available.

Staff were friendly and professional, room and lobby were stylish and comfortable, and the breakfast quite delectable. But the location made our short stay here a total win! A walk to Parc Monceau or the Arc de Triomphe, shopping at Printemp, and scores of cafes and restaurants, especially the Place Edouard VII, are mere minutes and just a pleasant stroll away. We chose the Astra because of the indoor pool, which was quite lovely for a quick relax before dinner. Would love to stay at this bespoke hotel again!

Clean, comfortable friendly staff. Room good size for Paris. Location is good , I think next time we prefer the Invalides or St. Germain

Fitness Center. The pool is heated to about 100 degrees F. The heat and humidity make it import to use and affect the small adjacent workout room. We were during the Paralympics. It significantly affected our plans due to road closures. The otherwise friendly staff seemed oblivious to this. They also steered you to restaurants that are poor value

the hotel itself was super clean and bright. fresh and new. the amenities were amazing and the staff was so kind and helpful. the location was perfect, close to walk to Louvre and other key locations. the snack bar and coffee was wonderful and my son loved the exciting new snacks every evening. the breakfast is worth signing up for, so many options fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, traditional scrambled eggs, bacon and more.

Location is very good. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff are all polite and helpful, especially Mr. Massi, he is a great man and helped us a lot. Rooms are comfortable. Lobby is really nice, with free drinks all day. Three times in paris and this one was the best stay.

There were a problem with the spa so it was closed but the hotel deserves a 10/10 for the way they make it up for us, thanks to Massi.
