We were amazed by the apartment in Paris! Extremely modern and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Access was easy, and the instructions we received were very clear, making our arrival smooth. It's near to shops, restaurants, main attractions and metro.

We were disappointed that all the codes for the rooms were the same, which wasn't ideal. We didn't feel safe leaving our belongings in the room or sleeping without worrying that - someone could enter the apartment. Additionally, we missed information about the restaurant hours, instructions for using the washing machine and dryer, and the smart TV wasn't working properly, as it had issues connecting to the phone or mainstream apps. While the apartment itself is incredible, these issues did affect our overall experience.

The location, close to the Opera and many stores and restaurants but on a quiet street was very good, so was the facilities, that was branc new with a very nice shower and bed and quite spacious for Paris. It was also appreciated the early check-in.

Location was great. Very close to site seeing, local eateries, bars, metro, grocery store, and shopping. Theres an actual gym and 24hr concierge. Extremely walkable location.

The TVs in the room offer streaming via casting from your phone. However, the WiFi is not strong enough to handle this. I work in AV, and while the set up for the system to work is great - the WiFi is not strong enough to handle this. If they upgrade the WiFi it would be very top notch.

It was a fabulous property.very very walkable to many good attractions.great cafés around,fabulous stores around,global blue office for tax refund just down the road,the staff was young and very cheerful and helpful,Never a lonely street.the sheets were clean,the tv was internet friendly,it made our stay in Paris worth it.All the staff members were very helpful.Perfect instructions given before arrival and no hassle of carrying the key around..all digital

They need to give a long mirror at a strategic location in the apartment,so that one can dress up properly.the mirror in the cupboard is not functional…rest was perfectly fine

Location is superior! Perfect minutes from anything you need ( cafes/ restaurants/ grocery etc ), the staff was the highlight of my stayed friendly collaborative s unfortunately I forgot their names ☹️ sorry! Their cleanliness was great we had one time service and she was so quick & professional. I stayed for 7 days so thanks god everything went smoothly and perfect if am visiting Paris next time definitely I will come back!

To be honest nothing maybe needs some vending machines in the lobby specially at night but in the last day of our stay I saw some fridge installments down next to the receptionist!

The one bed room apartment seemed newly renovated and fresh with completely new appliances, crockery and utensils. Whilst the apartment size is not large, it is well designed and totally suitable for a couple or three at a pinch using the sofa bed. We appreciated the 24 hr front desk and the high level of security for the building. The building has a laundry room with 2 large washers and 2 dryers - all appliances were sparkling new. The apartment itself is located in a smart area of Paris between Madeleine and Opera, very central and well served with RER and Metro lines. It is not cheap to stay here, but you get what you pay for.

One small quibble was that our apartment was not ready at the specified 16.00 hrs. A half hour wait ensured. A minor problem I know, but annoying after arriving in Paris following a 15 hr flight.

We recently stayed here. The location is perfect and close to several train lines. There are many places to eat nearby, a pharmacy 2 minutes by foot, and lots of shopping. If you desire to cook, just a few doors down is a small grocery store. For something bigger, head to the Monoprix that’s within 6 minute walk. The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Each room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The living room/dining area also had a balcony. Both come equipped with outdoor seating and greenery. The place was impeccably clean. I even checked the floor corners to see if dirt had just been pushed around. Nope. It was spotless. One bathroom had a nice tub with rain shower, sink, and toilet. The other was a sink and shower combo. The second toilet was down the hall. We liked this feature because it was 5 of us and having the option to use the restroom while someone was taking a shower was much appreciated. The apartment itself was not overstuffed with unnecessary furniture which I often see in many Airbnb’s. This made things much easier. We had plenty of space to accommodate our luggage. Closet space was plenty for us. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Overall, we would visit again and hope others will too.

My one and only gripe is that we opted for the late checkout which was first offered to us but then we received a message stating that we’d have to leave a bit earlier. We paid for the entire “late checkout” option and would have benefited from the extra time. I wish they would have explained that we wouldn’t be able to have the entire time slot before we were charged. In the end, the housekeeper showed up early. We didn’t want to impede her schedule so we exited earlier than expected. Small nuisance that I hope can be addressed for future stays.

My new favourite hotel in Paris! Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony and a little kitchen on the hallway. Very clean and spacious compared with other hotels I've stayed in before in Paris. One of the best things of is that the toilet and bathroom are separated, which makes it more convenient. Great location - very close to 3 different metro stations. Around 5 minutes walk to Printemps and 7 minutes to Lafayette. Rue Cambon is literally down the road so you can do your shopping and drop them back at the hotel before going out again. There's also a Carrefour on the same road if you need anything. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. :) Highly recommend this place to you all! :)

We loved how clean and well decorated the apartment was. It was also such a lovely size! It was perfectly located to walk to everything and all of the key sites. We were surrounded by lots of overly restaurants options and all of the amazing high end shops. Conveniently had a supermarket a couple of doors down which was perfect. Also very close to the metro for train access to the airport. I would definitely be staying here again, it was a beautiful way to spend my 30th birthday and our baby moon :)

We turned up early as our flight got us in to Paris by 10am so would have been nice to be offered early check in if possible. But the reception staff stored our bags for us which was very helpful

I liked the size of the rooms, private bathroom and balcony. The location of the apartment was very close to the metro line with quick access to Gare du Lyon. The location was excellent, supermarket 1min away. The neighborhood is very luxurious, great for an anniversary… I even did a little home cooking here as well. The keyless entry was top class and anonymous; they send you a link for check-in to access your authentic passcode. The receptionist explained how it can be done in advance before you arrive to save time. It takes about 5min to fill out the form; so, I suggest doing it before you arrive.

I loved the TV in the living room, but I didn’t like that there wasn’t a TV in the bedroom. As a result, I used the pull-out-bed from the sofa and it made things better. I like falling asleep to french television because I speak Freanch as a second language
