Rooms are great; localisation is perfect; lots of restaurants and cafes around; subway stations in 3 minuts walking; for tourists, Louvre and great shopping is there ! and on the top, in this hotel, every one is so welcoming ; it is so nice to feel at home when you are far away from home. This is my spot when in Paris…

Everything! Very welcoming staff, the room was very clean, comftable, nicely design and has everything we needed.. even the towels were very high quality . Next time in Paris we are coming back for sure.

Location is very convenient, efficient and central for us as we like to walk to sites often in opposite ends in the city. Lèo greeted us warmly and enthusiastically gave us useful information. He was amazing and continued to provide help when needed and anticipated our needs as well. We couldn't have asked for a better reception! The rest of the staff also were very polite and helpful. The common spaces and room were immaculately maintained despite our many shopping bags! The lobby is small but comfortable and never felt crowded. We enjoyed the amenities for coffee and honor bar there as well as the hammam.

The bathroom could use 2 more hooks for the robes they provide. Also could use a larger shelf near the sink to hold toiletries bags. Rooms are well organized but typically not as large as you'd like. They make up for that with a big heart.

Hotel de Sèze is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The team was friendly and helpful. Close to a lot of good dining options, shopping, a supermarket, and metro stops. Within a 30 minute walk to major attractions like the Louvre, the Palais Garnier opera house, and the Galleries Lafayette. The Eiffel Tower is also an easy metro trip from here. Very nice place for the price.

The location was central, and the rooms were clean. They kindly compensated us for having to use stairs up and down 6 storeys with free breakfast. Leo at the front desk was friendly, funny, and super helpful – what a great host! We were situated on the top floor near the attic, where we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. Thank you for a convenient stay!

Unfortunately, the lift was broken for the first 2 days. I felt bad for the staff who had to carry my luggage up and for the cleaners who had to use the stairs to move their equipment and stock.

Upscale boutique hotel with only 22 rooms. On a quite side street. Close to shopping, restaurants and the metro. Nice continental breakfast, in room espresso maker. Beautiful shower and room appointments. Friendly and helpful staff.

Given its small size, it can’t heat and cool different rooms. Sadly, some of the guests during our stay found Paris to be too cool and wanted to heat their rooms. That meant we were unable to cool our 5th floor room and we were extremely warm and uncomfortable.

Location is perfect, lots of major places of interest in 10-15 min walk or up to 20 min by metro. There are several metro stations nearby. A lot of restaurants, cafes nearby, a supermarket is really close as well. The hotel is situated at a nice little street which is calm and not too noisy. The room has all the necessities, great shampoo, shower gel, etc. The hotel staff is great and very helpful, thanks!

Pillows are not comfortable. Also there were quite a lot of stains on the carpet and curtains, but the room cleaning is very good. The room is small for the price but that’s normal for Paris - just something I noticed.

Leo greeted us at the front desk upon arrival with friendliness and exceptional communication. Each time we saw him he remembered my name and which room my family and I were staying. He is a true asset to the hotel. The room was larger than expected and the location is right in the middle of the "action" so to speak. Great access to several metro lines and walking distance to many attractions.

Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was great. However, the carpet in our room showed signs of wear and dirt. It was the only detail of our stay that could use some attention.

Room has an excellent size for the Parisian standards, hotel location is fantastic, steps away from Place de Madeleine and from a subway station. Bathroom is bigger than most hotels of the same category in Paris. Staff is very helpful and all facilities very clean. Also very silent rooms.

The only problem the hotel has is that the in room control of the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. Although we set the temperature at the minimum, it was probably central controlled.

The location was excellent. Very close to two major metro stops and easy walking to shops etc. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful. They offer two kinds of breakfast which was nice. Would highly recommend this hotel and very happy to come back again if we come to Paris.

Since they offer two kinds of breakfast it would be a good idea if the hotel took note each day of what type of breakfast the customer takes and ask the customer to sign for it to avoid any confusion when checking out.
