Very nice, clean rooms. The hotel is just a few meters from the Moulin rouge, we really loved the location!

The receptionist was too chatty and too nosy. When we checked out he said that sometimes it’s better to not write anything that to give a bad review. And when we told him that he talks too much, he said that it was just our opinion…

We liked the apartment. The location is great, very close to the metro, Moulin Rouge and other cool restaurants. The area is safe. The staff was very helpful, especially Fabio, who helped us get tickets at the Moulin Rouge show at the last minute, which was amazing! Thank you!

The only thing we didn't like about the apartment was the sofa bed which was a little unconfortable and would creak at the minimum movement and wake me up.

I liked the feel of living in Paris. I’m

since I’m very sensitive to noise, it was very well insulated. One could barely hear the people parting on the streets. At night it was considerably louder. But this is I think important to know if you need absolute quiet.

The room is spacious and comfortable with a little kitchen and cutlery etc to use when we wanted to eat in. Bed was comfortable too and water pressure was good. It’s also very close to the metro and a good spot for exploring Montmartre and surprisingly quiet at night - we slept very well while we stayed here.

Accomodation in Paris is expensive and we had to pay further “city tax” when we arrived which we didn’t know about. We also found the floor very dirty even though they serviced the room every day they didn’t seem to vacuum etc. There is a coffee pod machine but no pods provided and none of the teabags are topped up once used. Also one night we got back to the hotel and we were extremely tired and desperate to go to bed when Fabio (staff) wanted to tell us all about how much he knew about Paris and did not listen when we said we wanted to go to bed. I think he was trying to be helpful but it was actually a very unpleasant experience and made us not want to go through reception area.

It is located in a safe area, between two metro and bus stations. There are a lot of option to use for the transportation. It is very close to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. The hotel is absolutely clean and it was kept clean during our stay. You can ask any assist about your room for 24 hours. All the hotel representatives were very kind. Especially Fabio was the best. He was always ready to help us to plan our holiday on daily basis. If I were to plan to visit Paris again, I would definitely ask for the hotel where Fabio works and consider choosing it. Wonderful hotel , wonderful people. I highly recommend to choose this one.

We stayed for four nights. The location is excellent. Great to have an apartment with a kitchen and more space than a hotel room. A huge thank you to Fabio for his welcoming, fun and friendly attitude. He is very knowledgeable about his city and gave many useful recommendations. It was lovely to chat to him each time we passed through the foyer. And thank you to Laila the lovely housekeeper for keeping the room clean and restocked with pride in her work. We would love to stay again and we hope to see our French friends here in the future. All staff that we met were very friendly and welcoming which is important when you are away from home and it is nice to receive when you are in a big city.

Great location for Pigalle, Montmartre and if you are keen to walk and soak up the Parisian vibe, you can walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine etc. Very funky fit out and very roomy for Paris. So close to Blanche station too. We absolutely loved Fabio who was at the desk on each of our three days there. Enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and a real character! Be aware there are a number of sex shops in the area - walking past them may not be to everyone’s taste.

Please provide a few coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room. It is an act of hospitality and doesn’t cost management a lot.

Fabulous location in Montmartre. A lovely apartment with more than enough space especially for Paris. It even had a lift, so no stairs. It also had opening windows, which I always love when visiting a city. The kitchen space was great with supermarkets and bakeries just round the corner. We were spoilt for choice. Moulin Rouge is 3 minutes walk in the same street. There are lots of places to eat within easy walking, and a very pretty little cemetery just up the road which was a find. Fabio in reception was very very helpful. He made the whole experience just that much easier and more enjoyable. We will be back!

I honestly can’t think of a thing we didn’t like about the apartment, or the service.

As a former boutique hotel owner, my expectations are probably unrealistically high. As I travel the world, I seldom find what I refer to as an elusive triple crown hotel excelling in each of the three areas of property, service, and location. BeYou is one of those rare gems. The property itself made me feel like I was staying in a true traditional Parisian structure rather than just another commercial hotel type property. I stayed in the top floor unit, which occupies the entire floor, and later, one of two units on the floor below with double balconies, and originally in one of the standard rooms on the first floor. All were uniquely decorated and were far larger than European standards. They were perfectly clean and in amazing condition. This is not a resort, so I rate it for what it is, the chance to stay in a Parisian type apartment like and among the locals. Superb. The service was over the top, and the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly, Grecia, Jordy, Drago and Fabio they were amazing , What I didn't expect was Fabio. At first blush, I thought he may be a bit too assertive, but I decided to take him at his word and ask for anything as he said I should do. The wealth of spot-on and helpful information he provided ensured that my family and friends enjoyed Paris beyond any level a hotel could ever hope to provide from a staff member. Fabio is now the high-level measuring mark I will judge every future hotel JB staff with. The other staff members were superior as well, the house cleaning staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and always asked if we needed more with smiles that were both genuine and friendly. Finally, all of this is wrapped up in great value. The price point to achieve all of the above is usually astronomical. I feel the value received far outweighed the price paid. Another rarity in boutique hotels.

The location was chosen to be close to the nightlife, such as Moulin Rouge, which is steps away, but the daytime cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops within walking distance were equally amazing. The only caveat here is that it's worth noting that there are several sex based shops immediately around the street, however, if those aren't of interest, they just fade into the glitzy background of the area.

The room size is spacious in Paris hotel and it’s located just diagonally opposite train station and very near to Moulin Rouge & Montmartre as a first timer tourists might want to pay a visit. Fabrio the hotelier is very humour and friendly and make us feel at home.

A little noise during night time but overall is ok
