Location. Cleanliness. The room was larger than expected. The bed was larger than expected.

The lady at reception who checked us in wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. She didn't make me feel that she wanted to help with anything to enhance my stay. She did her job in that she checked us in ok, but didn't offer to help with any questions or make me feel welcome in any way. Then when we walked by her at reception during our stay she seemed to reluctantly say bonjour. I really enjoy people who make you feel welcome and want to help you get the most from your stay. The fridge in our room smelt when opened and it got extremely hot that the unit and items placed on the unit got warm too. The lift was extremely small, it says it can accommodate 4 persons but I wouldn't want to try that.

The hotel is located near the metro and also within walking distance to some of the main attractions. We were on the 4th floor in room 4stand really happy with cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Always happy to help and provide the best advice. We were a little cold in the room and they provided us with an electric heater. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy at the end of spetember ahadan unexpected snap of cold weather.

The only down side is lack of ventilation in the bathroom which gets a little steamy but apart from that everything else was great.

A clean, tidy hotel in a very convenient location in the heart of Paris, within easy walking distance to the Moulin Rouge, Palais Garnier and a multitude of local bars and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located equidistant between Gare du Nord and Gare Saint Lazare - about 20 min walk to either. Very friendly and helpful staff. A fantastic breakfast with a good selection of English and Continental food.

One minor item (a cupboard) in the room was broken. The entrance to the Hotel reception is in an alleyway (security gated) and steps within can be slippery in the wet.

Great location in terms of being 2 minute walk from a Metro station (Blanche) and the Moulin Rouge is also 2 minutes away. Also very close to restaurants, bars and shops. The room was clean and spacious, not particularly modern or luxurious but fine for what we needed, we didn’t really spend too much time at the hotel anyway. The staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke brilliant English.

The lift was tiny, you could fit two people with small suitcases in at a time - not an issue for us as there were only two of us but may be annoying for larger groups. The lift was also very old and clunky! The hotel doesn’t have any other facilities - no pool, gym etc. For a 4 star hotel I perhaps would expect a little more but again, it was fine for what we needed.

Location is great. Few minutes walk to moulin rouge. A few adult night clubs but no one really bothers you. Close to great restaurants.

It got chilly in the night and heating was not working in our room. Basically no heating connection. They gave us a portable heater next day and the staff was great but given its oct first week they should leave the heater in the room. It was by less than 10c temp at night.

Definitely worth the price. Perfect location and very kind and accommodating staff. If I return to Paris, I will absolutely stay again. It’s exactly what you need and we stayed for a week long stay. We even got surprised with a balcony with made the room even better. Thank you for a great stay.

Mattress comfort could have been better for my very tall fiancé but I had no complaints.

The room was spacious and everything was in working order. Breakfast was everything you needed to start your day. The location was perfect, steps away from the Moulin Rouge! As an added bonus, a phenomenal restaurant was right across the street!

Very little needs improvement there. It would be nit picking to find things. The only thing for me wasthat the bed was a little too firm for me. It wasn’t a big deal, I still slept like a rock! Seriously, I have to type more?

Location is good, room size is also good. Heating system works and it's warm enough during winter time. I recommend this hotel for both work and vacation.

there's a distance between the reception and another building (close to the main road) Since I wasn't allocated in the same building as the reception, I had to carry by luggage from the entrance to reception to check in, then walk the staircases again back to that building

The hotel is comfortable, the location is amazing, 200m from Moulin Rouge and by Montmartre (absolutely worth taking a tour around the neighborhood). The staff is really friendly and always ready to help out in whatever you need. If you need assistance, never hesitate calling the front desk first. Breakfast is fine with some bread and charcuterie, eggs, crepes and other things. Coffee is great! Absolutely worth the money, considering the location

Close to metro and good location. Friendly and helpful staff and adjoining room suited family with 2 teenage boys. While on the small side, rooms are more spacious than our accommodation in London. Had lots of eating options for breakfast and dinner within short walks. Would stay again if returning the Paris.

Rooms a little hot at night, but not a big deal.
