The central heating of the hotel only worked at the reception, we had to heat ourselves in the room with an air heater, which due to the noise had to be turned off when we were resting, and once it was turned off, it automatically became cold in the room (I specify that we were staying during the holidays of winter ).

Friendly personal willing to help you with all the questions. Very nice location close to a metro station and number of restaurants from different parts of the world which provide you with excellent choice for your budget. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet small street, so nothing bothers you during the night. The room is being cleaned on a daily basis.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The issue here comes from the idea that you are filling the personalised breakfast questionnaire at the moment of the checking in and then you have exactly the same breakfast for each day of your stay. Can't state that it was a huge disappointment but if you stay for a longer period it's something to consider and maybe improve.

Easy walk from and to the train station from CDG airport. Close to metro lines, lots of restaurants around and pretty central to things we wanted to see and do. Easy to walk back from Notre Dame, Saint-Chapelle and Louvre. Close to little mini-marts if there were no restaurants that we wanted to eat at. The staff were super friendly and are there 24/7, lift was working which was nice. Bed was made up everyday.

No hand soap, toilet was strange, it would flush for ages and we had to press the other button to stop it? Also the shower clip that the shower head was on was broken and we could not manoeuvre it any other way so that was difficult. Also it was small so water would get everywhere, otherwise it was a really comfortable stay and the staff were really nice.

The staff! Fernando specially. He solved all our problems with a smile. Unexpected things happened to us, like it usually happens on trips. Our trip was great thanks to his help The room was super clean, comfy bed and nice shower. The breakfast was nice. Not too fancy but good. The location is super, lots of bars and two lines of metro close. Our room faced the street at it wasn't noisy at all.

There is one big problem with advertising this property on booking. It is being advertised as dogs allowed, charges apply. Unfortunately, IIT means we only accept dogs under 5 kg. So when we booked and paid we received confirmation it says only under 5 kg. Eventually we found arrangement as an exception.., only because it is one night and we have children and it was evening. Hotel is also not suitable for dogs, with its wall to wal carpeting

Very comfy, very clean place. Nice reception with sofas and tables for breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Receptionists are very kind!!! Location is super good. Not far away from Louvre and a lot of bars around.

The rooms are a little too small, but it is all right for Paris.

On the morning of Friday, September 22nd, the beautiful receptionist was very friendly and very enthusiastic to help me contact a taxi. I failed to get a taxi for several times, but I was in a hurry to catch the plane and was very worried. With her help, I finally got a taxi and did not miss the flight. Thanks again

Fast check-in, 24/7 available, very pleasant welcome, equipped rooms, good internet, ok mattress/pillow, bathroom with actual bath

It feels a bit too rustic, but it has its charm. Breakfast is standard french, so if you expect eggs and ham it's not happening.

We had a great stay at the Pavillon Opéra Grands Boulevards! Nice little hotel room with an interesting decoration. Very clean. Great staff! Very nice neighborhood with a great nightlife! Best area to explore Paris.
