Super friendly staff, very helpful and added a personal touch. Early check-in was possible for me so I got lucky but it felt like they were very accommodating with fitting in that request. Luggage storage would have been possible also. Great location - walking distance from metro station with three lines, le Marais, Chatelet les Halles, gare du nord, gare de l'est and there were many restaurants nearby.

There is no lift to reception which is on the first floor so if you have a suitcase you will need to carry it up one set of stairs. I found leaving the key at reception a little unusual but it's not the only hotel in Paris with this rule.

The staff are super-helpful, going so far as to help you with luggage on the first flight of stairs before you are able to access the lift. They were very knowledgeable, finding answers to questions they didn’t have ready answers to. Lots of eateries around the corner made it handy and, whilst not the most stylish of addresses, it wasn’t noisy at night and was well maintained internally. Breakfast offered great variety and the rooms included a mini-fridge, which is miraculous as the rooms are small.

The Arrondissement is not touristy - which was a plus - and the many congregations of men were at times intimidating. There was a bit of rubbish on the streets. None of this, of course, is a fault of the property itself.

The staff were great! François and all the other staff were so kind and helpful. They were able to provide transportation information, helped us with our luggage, and provided us with amenities such as adapters which was fabulous. I even requested a kettle to use before I left for the day and when I arrived back at the Hotel from our day of sightseeing they had a kettle, coffee cups and some packets of tea and coffee, etc. all ready for me at the front desk.

The hotel is old and has many stairs but can't be helped because most buildings in Paris are old. However, coming back each night to our hotel room was nice because we knew that our rooms would be cleaned and bed made.

The hotel staff are so nice. everyday they clean the room and change the towels.

The surroundings of the hotel Is not safe please be aware. My cousin's phone was stolen. It was snatched while waiting for Uber outside so be careful.

The guy running this place in the mornings was the most helpful, most friendly, most knowledgeable person we encountered on our 2 week trip. He was the best. The room was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed, and the location is on the edge of the hood but also where the best, non-touristy restaurants are and was very economical. Plus they have a parking garage (if you're driving a Paris sized car). AC was cold.

The room is tiny. Like, walk around the bed sideways tiny. Also the bed was a bit firm for my husband (I didn't mind that).

The hotel staff were absolute best from the check in to check out. They allowed me to keep a kettle in my room and provided some sachet of coffee and milk which I thought was really thoughtful. As it was a single room, I was on the top floor of the second building with a room overlooking other buildings. Despite it's centrally located, I could almost hear nothing outside during nighttime even if the windows are open. I like the practicality of the single room they provided me because it is everything I needed for my stay. The bed is on the firmer side so might be a minus for other people, but for me it was perfect. It is typical for Parisian hotels to leave the key at the reception when going out as guests could lose them and may fall on unwanted people. So for me, that was normal.

The location is a bit off for me, as it is close to the gare and I tried to not walk too late into the night

Service. the attitude of the staff to the customers is unparalleled. Very responsive, friendly. They help absolutely on all issues. The hotel is old, but everything is perfectly clean. The room had everything needed for a stay. The rooms were cleaned every day. We were very happy to find such a wonderful place. Perfect accommodation. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants near the hotel. Safe area. Parking 18 euros per night, in the covered parking lot. If we return to Paris again, we will definitely stay in this hotel. If you are not a picky tourist, but like comfort, this hotel is for you.

All was brilliant

location was better as estimate. grocery, food courts like restaurant, cost spectrum from very low and high are all available. subway is 1min. far. Actually recommend to walk. because, the subway take much more times. the distance between the station is too narrow and have to frequently to stop. that's the reason why walking is faster and efficiency. Parking lot extreme to tiny. to avoid any scratches, you should be a best driver with lot of experience of super ultra narrow spaces. But, the parking cost is very 50% cheaper versus public parking lots. who have a nice driving skill, the hotel should be a best option.

the hotel elevator is not available from ground level. really strange that the elevator is operating from 1F. have to lift the luggage by self until 1F.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful offering valuable advice. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. We were even given a slightly larger room so that we could be next to our two teenage children. The breakfast was great value for 9 euros p/p. The hotel is really well situated walking distance to the Notre Dame and the Louvre and a 3 min walk to the metro. With many small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Thank-you -we had a fantastic time!

The location of the hotel is great, the entire staff, those working at the reception and the boss of the hotel are amazing professionals, they can all help you start your holiday in good spirits. You can stay in a safe hotel with peace of mind. You can easily reach anywhere by public transportation. A very clean hotel. In short, if a clean, reliable and well-located hotel is enough, you can stay in this hotel.

There is nothing I don't like about the facility, but I would like to say something as a recommendation; It wouldn't be great if there was bottled water and a few cups of coffee in the rooms.
