My wife and I are not spoiled by five-star hotels and decided to choose an apartment that would benefit the family budget. Upon arrival in Paris for Christmas, we were pleasantly surprised by the service at the entrance: the staff at the reception desk, who is also the security guard. The entrance to the apartments is open until 23:00, but by calling you can get in without any problems. A small compliment of chips, candy bars and bottled water in the room also added extra points to the service rating. Also, treating us to wine every evening was just a lifesaver, because it was difficult to buy alcohol after 17:00 and going to a restaurant after busy excursions in Paris was tiring. friendly and sociable staff, happy to help in any situation. if your departure is after 11:00 you can leave your luggage at the hotel until the desired time. The location of the residence is very convenient to metro stations, train station, bus, shops and restaurants.

Of the shortcomings, but they are not so insignificant: the room is too small. I would like it to be at least a little larger. Perhaps this is due to the fifth and last floor under the roof. The view from the window is not very picturesque. And probably poor sound insulation.

Lovely friendly staff. Great welcome. The rooms are clean, very well equipped and excellent value for money. Loved the kitchen area and the unexpected extras of water, crisps. chocolate. Comfatable beds, clean towels on the 3rd day and located in a very quiet area with no traffic noise. Close to metro and not far from the Nord train station.

Bathroom needed a little attention to detail but nothing major to make it perfect. Loose toilet seat stained grouting and shower curtain a little to short.

We spent two nights at Staycity Aparthotels. The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance (5-10mins) to Gare De Nord and Gare De L’Est station as well as the metro tunnels. As it is not exactly central to Paris it was great value for a modern and clean apartment. It was easy to see all the sights (Nortre Dame 35min walk away) (L’ouvre 35 min walk away) (Sacré Cœur 30 min walk away) (Eiffel Tower 40 min away on the metro). We loved that there was a kitchenette in our room with a coffee machine, and kettle e.c.t meaning we could start our day right. Down in the lobby they have drinks and snacks you can purchase which is super convenient if you’ve had a big day out and need a treat. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Xavier always greeted us happily and made us feel so welcome! We will be recommending Staycity Aparthotels to our friends and family and cannot wait to visit again!

At the time of our stay there was construction taking place at the building across from us. Meaning there was some noise during the day and unfortunately our view was of scaffolding. However, we can’t wait to come back and see all the further developments done to the area!

The bed was huge and very comfortable even for 2 adults and 1 kid. The kitchen is well equipped. The roomsize is okay for a family of 3. The staff was very kind and helpful. There are good restaurants, convenience shops and metro and train stations nearby.

The Google map did not show the correct entrance. It was a little bit cold for us even after I turned up the heater. The TV was not a smart TV, I was not able to log into my YouTube or Netflix account. But these are minor things only.

Well-equipped studio - cramped, but that's Paris. Comfortable bed, good shower, two rings to cook breakfast and a microwave/oven Coffee maker, toaster etc etc Big, comfortable bed , actually could easily have been 15cm narrower to better fit the room. Extremely helpful staff - creating the right invoice for my client, storing our bags etc etc Walking distance of Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est

We liked everything

The room was clean, with comfortable bed. Also in the kitchen set was everyting that was required. The bathroom was good as well. We appretiate the friendly and helpful staff and great location. Had an amazing holidays in Paris.

Noise from the construction opposite the hotel (starting 8-8:30) in the morning.

The hotel is well located, nearby the train station and also not very far from center. The supermarkets, metro and bars are all in walking distance. The room is pretty big compared to other hotels of the same price and has everything you need if you want to get something to ear inside. The hotel serves a small breakfast or a coffee whatever you need for a reasonable price.

The bathroom’s door has not any locks

Great place to stay , near the station so easy to travel around , also close to lot of restaurant and places. Place was clean and easy access. But the most important part that made our stay better was the staff , really friendly and helpful , even let us check in earlier as the room was ready and let us keep the lagguage on our check out because our flight was at night

Conforto

A homeless man sleeps outside the hotel. He uses the hotel door to make two needs and the entrance is extremely smelly. We have to avoid the times that the midfielder leaves at the hotel's entrances. The shops near the train station are full of pickpockets.

Good price, good location (not too far from most attractions, good staff.. would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom could have been done better. The soap dispenser fell off the wall during our booking. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, all was okay.
