My wife and I are not spoiled by five-star hotels and decided to choose an apartment that would benefit the family budget. Upon arrival in Paris for Christmas, we were pleasantly surprised by the service at the entrance: the staff at the reception desk, who is also the security guard. The entrance to the apartments is open until 23:00, but by calling you can get in without any problems. A small compliment of chips, candy bars and bottled water in the room also added extra points to the service rating. Also, treating us to wine every evening was just a lifesaver, because it was difficult to buy alcohol after 17:00 and going to a restaurant after busy excursions in Paris was tiring. friendly and sociable staff, happy to help in any situation. if your departure is after 11:00 you can leave your luggage at the hotel until the desired time. The location of the residence is very convenient to metro stations, train station, bus, shops and restaurants.

Of the shortcomings, but they are not so insignificant: the room is too small. I would like it to be at least a little larger. Perhaps this is due to the fifth and last floor under the roof. The view from the window is not very picturesque. And probably poor sound insulation.

Lovely friendly staff. Great welcome. The rooms are clean, very well equipped and excellent value for money. Loved the kitchen area and the unexpected extras of water, crisps. chocolate. Comfatable beds, clean towels on the 3rd day and located in a very quiet area with no traffic noise. Close to metro and not far from the Nord train station.

Bathroom needed a little attention to detail but nothing major to make it perfect. Loose toilet seat stained grouting and shower curtain a little to short.

The Aparthotel was very conveniently situated, close to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, and to the Metro Stations at Gare de l'Est, Magenta and Jacques Bonsergent. These give easy access to the whole of Paris, and the centre can be reached within 15 minutes, as well as making the Aparthotel very convenient for Eurostar travellers like ourselves. We were welcomed at the front desk by Walid, who spoke excellent English, as did the other staff we encountered. The online check in helped make it a seamless experience. Walid was efficient and friendly, and showed us everything we needed to know within minutes, and we were soon in our room. The room itself had everything we needed. Although compact, there was a small dining table and chairs, a large bed, a kitchenette, and a shower room and toilet. We chose the Aparthotel mainly for the self catering facilities (I often have trouble with food in France, due to my milk allergy and the French love of cheese, cream and butter). Although small, there was everything needed to cook simple meals, including a small hob and a microwave. The fridge was very useful too. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower room, again compact, had everything we needed in a small space. Air conditioning and a heater made it easy to achieve a comfortable temperature in the room. The room was very clean, as were the corridor and lift, and we saw staff cleaning under the beds in other rooms every morning. The area around the Aparthotel, the 10e Arrondisement, is cosmopolitan and bustling, obviously up-and-coming, and has everything a visitor could want. There are a very good variety of shops and restaurants, selling both French and international goods and cuisines. The Canal St Martin is not far from the Aparthotel, and there are several small parks and public gardens within easy reach. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and should we return to Paris, the Aparthotel will be our first choice of accommodation

The view from the room was of the Passage from which the hotel is accessed. It's not the best view from a window, but what should we expect? Herds of wildebeest galloping majestically across the plains? To be honest, it's such a minor fault, I wouldn't even say it was something we didn't like. I just wanted the opportunity to make the Fawlty Towers reference.

Is in a good location for 2 railway stations gare du nord 20 minutes walk and gare de est 10 minutes walk. Plus, metro stations and bus stops are nearby. It is in a back street but easy to find. Staff welcoming and friendly. There is a breakfast area that provides basic French breakfast items and soft drinks and snacks available 24/7. The double room we had was reasonable size. The bed was very comfy. Aircon and a heater if needed. There was a small kitchenette with appliances that included an integrated fridge. Everything supplied in cutlery, plates, and cleaning items. The bathroom was very small. Toilet, handbasin, and shower in approx 4ft square box room. Adequate but small for a xxl size person. The apartment was suitable for our needs, and I would stay again. I would recommend it to anyone because larger family type rooms are available.

This hotel is a compromise and offers value for money. The location is not super-central, yet you can reasonably explore Paris on foot from the hotel, and the subway is nearby (as is the case everywhere in Paris). The area around Gare de l'Est can be a little dodgy at night, but we didn't have any problems. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby. The room was on a small side, but OK. The bed was comfortable. The room also had a little table, two chairs, a TV, and, of course, a kitchenette, which was fully functional and allowed us to save some money by having breakfast in the room. It was quiet at night except for one night when some sort of alarm was heard through the night, but I hope it's an isolated case that won't affect other guests. The bathroom was small but functional. Everything was clean. WiFi worked fine. The staff was very friendly and polite.

There are definitely nicer and better-located hotels in Paris, but they are also more expensive. For its price, this one is a good choice.

The location of the hotel is about 15 mins from Gare du Nord (Eurostar) and 5 mins walk from Gare de l'Est. We had a few concern with the rooms but the hotel manager, Xavier, was fantastic and resolved these at the time. Great metro links and lots of resturants and supermarkets in the area. The room is equipped with everything you'll need and the kitchenette, giving you the flexibility to cook your own meals. We hope to stay again when we visit Paris soon!

Location of the hotel is on an alley off the main highsteet. The showers are a little on the small side.

We loved the staff, they were very helpful and we felt safe in the hotel. It was easy to get to places from the hotel, with only 7 minutes walk to the nearest bus/metro station. We also liked that they had 24h reception, since we at some nights came home late and succesfully got into the hotel by pressing the doorbell and the staff letting us in.

This is not the hotels fault, but there was a few homeless people sleeping almost right next to the hotel. Despite this the homeless weren’t threathening, but still something i felt was worth mentioning. Also stay cautious while walking in the area since it felt a bit unsafe at times, but still this didn’t affect our good vibe about the hotel itself. Aswell if you are a girl and want good lightning to do your makeup - bring your own mirror since the bathroom lightning wasn’t the best.

We stayed for two nights and from arrival staff were very friendly and warm. We went to drop out bags and by the time we were ready to leave the concierge told us our rooms were ready so we could relax before heading out for the day. The room met our expectations and suited us comfortably with everything you could need from kitchen utensils etc to a hairdryer in the bathroom. The only reason I rated it 4/5 is because the bathroom was quite small. You could use your bathroom door to close off part of the room for more space which was handy. The location is probably the best for everything a visitor could want with food, shops and metro links on every corner it’s very central. Overall cleanliness was up to par and I would stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff.

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always smiling. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and croissants. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space for clothes, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals. The heater worked perfectly, keeping the room warm during the cold nights. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Room is clean and spacious for paris and good value for money. Close to train station and shops and restaurants. Also close to a bakery that sells great croissants!

Entrance is through an alleyway it's ok but personally wouldn't feel comfortable if I was travelling solo. They only provide 2 towels for 2 people. Would be better if they give you more towels without charging you for them. Not an issue for everyday people, but if you are sensitive to fabric softener, I have a feeling this place uses it as I have some rashes from my stay.
