The location was amazing, it couldn’t be better! The stuff was also really nice and the room was very clean!!

There were just a couple of things that I noticed: first of all there was no iron in the room, and I could only get it by going to the reception, which was not really convenient as I lived some floors above. And also water in mini bar was 3€ per small bottle. Of course the snacks and additional beverages can be for extra charge, but water??

Comfortable

There was no smoked salmon for breakfast. The coffee machine in the room was broken and did not produce water. I reported it for repair for two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic and asked me to go to the kitchen restaurant to get boiled water every day instead of repairing it. This is a small pity.

The location is just perfect. There are more metro stations nearby, good restaurants and shops for food. It is really the city centre with many sights. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean and well-equipped.

Basically I liked the hotel a lot. If I have to tell things for improvement I would say that a coat hook could be somewhere at the entrance, and the breakfast was fine but I would appreciate some vegetables.

Lots of positives. We were upgraded to a balcony room because we were celebrating our anniversary. This was a lovely touch. Good sized room with enough storage and space for a short trip. Also had a mini bar and very good shower. Breakfast mainly served continental which was fine for us. Staff were lovely and polite. Hotel was about a 15-20 minute walk to The Louvre so in our eyes a very central location. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. We had a wonderful stay thank you!

The only thing that I would mention is that there are at least 3 late night bars on the street. Some slight noise could be heard from our room which faced the street but it didn’t bother us to the point where we couldn’t sleep.

I like everything about this location. Location is perfect, clean, staff very friendly and they are very helpful with all kind of information.

Breakfast was great and a big convenience so we didn't have to scramble around looking at expensive restaurants everyday! Location was very central to all things like shopping, transit, sights to see

Hotel was very small (lobby very tiny) and no private place to be outside ( we smoke and would've enjoyed an outdoor courtyard or terrace). We had to smoke on the sidewalk with much foot traffic from the adjacent bars and restaurants. This is ok except sometimes, when you're tired after a long day or first thing in the morning while wearing your jammies it's kind of exposing

The staff were so friendly. Unfortunately, I cant remember the names. At the time of check in, our room was not yet ready. However, when the reception lady noticed the i was alone with my little child, she immediately upgrade my room to a ready room. It was so kind and meaningful to me. On second day, I got my self with a strange problem. The man in the reception provides me with a great support, comfort me to not panic and solve my problem. The location was perfect abd safe. The room was clean and good space (for paris hotel). I will definitely stay again in Daunou Opera hotel in my next trip to paris.

Nothing

Everything about the room was great including small things like light in the wardrobe etc.

Only thing was lacking is a big french window about which I dreamed when planned the trip and when chosen more expensive room - however I got a room under the roof with just little windows in the room and bathroom, which was not sufficient during the daytime to light the room well and spoiled the impression a bit

I have not stayed at the Hotel before and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. The room was nicely laid out with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the breakfast was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was first class as was the warm welcome from the friendly staff, all in all a very nice stay. Well done to all the team.

Everything was fine, but maybe some English speaking tv channels would be nice.
