Location was convenient

I recently stayed at Hotel Le Rayz Vendome Paris, and while the location was convenient, there were a few issues that impacted my experience. First, there was a problem with the bath leaking whenever I took a shower, which made the bathroom quite messy. Additionally, the view from the window was disappointing; it faced an office building just five meters away, meaning I had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy, which made the room feel less comfortable.

the suite was luxury and comfortable, bed and bed linen top quality. teh dame for all the facilities including the expresso machine.

Great location, beautiful part of Paris. Very easy access to the Metro, RER, and Roissybus (to/from the airport). Staff were very accommodating. Great size room for Paris.

Noise from the nightclub (particularly on the Friday night) made it hard to sleep. It would have been helpful to know about this on check in. TV controls were a disaster. Once we turned it on, it couldn't be turned off (even when we shut off the power). I suspect there was something very wrong with the central control unit for the tv. Other than that, the place was very nice.

Wow o wow - this hotel superseded all our expectations- the rooms were modern & huge for Paris standards, the staff were super friendly and the location is banging - lots of key places are within walking distance (great for shopping) and all the areas with top restaurants & bars are within a 10 min Uber - we will definitely stay here again on our next trip - highly recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed!

Small tiny comment (but this won’t dissuade me from staying again) - it would be great if there was an iron & ironing board in each room.

The location is excellent! 6 minutes to Galeries Lafayette, 15 minutes to museums. We had an upgrade to a bigger room with nice garden and terrace and kitchenette. Clean room with nice decor.

The rooms have only view to inner yard (but I guess in Paris for this price, it’s still good value for money). The entrance area to the inner courtyard is shabby and not very clean - that spoils the overall impression of this hotel. If that can be improved that would be excellent.

Location was excellent and size of apartment and rooms were great for Paris. Beds were very comfy and loved the separate full bathrooms for each bedroom.

There was a cooking/food smell pulled by the AC at the bedrooms (in the early morning), this need to be fixed. Also, I really did not like the separate WC cabin outside the master bathroom, who designs a bathroom like this nowadays!! this need to be redesigned and integrated inside the master bathroom. Finally, there was NO slippers in the apartments and this must be provided similar to towels. The apartment has wooden flooring and we need to move around a lot !!

great location and very comfortable king size bed.

Sofa bed is not comfortable. AC in bedroom was not operating. I was told the parts are on order. we had to blast the living room AC to cool down the bedroom. would have liked more storage space.

Location & cleanses

there was no door in the shower stall, the toilet plastic seat was broken

The location is very central, in the middle of Rivoli and Vendome. The entrance is a little hidden. The rooms are quite large and clean. We did not have breakfast because there are so many options around. Just walk for 2-3 minutes. Angelina Cafe, Immersion Vendome or Eric Kayser are all very close. The employees are Turkish. Mr. Mert is very professional, she sincerely helps you in every matter.

Entance is a little bit hidden and ı think there is a club or disco at the entrance because when ever we turned back from outside to the hotel there was always a crowded queue of teend waiting to enter ,you have to pass them everytime

I was travelling with my husband and 1,5 year old child. We chose this hotel because the rooms were of a bigger size, so that our toddler could have some space for play. The rooms were super clean and big, as we expected. The breakfast was brought to the room at the time we chose, and it was very convenient. Staff were super friendly and ready to help. The location is worth the price, making it a walking distance to all the touristic spots of Paris. It was all we expected, nothing less.

The rooms do not have balconies, which would perfectly complete all the facilities this hotel provides.
