The location is excellent! 6 minutes to Galeries Lafayette, 15 minutes to museums. We had an upgrade to a bigger room with nice garden and terrace and kitchenette. Clean room with nice decor.

The rooms have only view to inner yard (but I guess in Paris for this price, it’s still good value for money). The entrance area to the inner courtyard is shabby and not very clean - that spoils the overall impression of this hotel. If that can be improved that would be excellent.

great location and very comfortable king size bed.

Sofa bed is not comfortable. AC in bedroom was not operating. I was told the parts are on order. we had to blast the living room AC to cool down the bedroom. would have liked more storage space.

Location is excellent, the staff helpful, the property is clean and v comfortable. Rooms had AC which was a plus given the weather in Paris was hot. The suite was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed accommodating 3 adults. There were 2 bathrooms, a balcony with nice seating and a well equipped kitchenette as as well a a living area. All rooms with TV sets

The check out is mandated @ 11am and we thought it was at noon so we had to reschedule our Uber. There is a sofa bed downstairs but the 2 bedrooms r upstairs which maybe inconvenient for someone with disability. Also the lighting in the rooms was somewhat dim

The location is perfect. Right in the heart of vendome. Close to many shops & restaurants. There’s also a sixt car rental nearby if you would like to rent a car. The amenities are awesome since they use Clarins soap and shampoo. We met the owner Juliette, super friendly and down to earth. The room itself is very clean. Coffee machine, kitchen appliances, fridge, plates and cutleries are all available within the room. Quite spacious for 3 people. The sofa bed is also very comfortable in my opinion. Staffs in the reception are all very nice and welcoming.

Very modern and fresh. The staff was so helpful and lovely. Major thanks to Juliette and Tin for making our stay in Paris amazing and for taking care of us! We had one of the suites with a terrace. The room was absolutely stunning, modern, clean. Bed was comfortable. We also had a small kitchen with kitchen amenities such as kettle (boiler), coffee machine etc. Furthermore the location is perfect and ideal! Highly recommend!

nothing to dislike

I loved this location, great for first time visitor to Paris. The space was big enough for two adults and a baby. It was quiet at night, there was construction noise from the road during the day but it's not too bad from the room we had. The view outside the window faced the courtyard garden, nothing spectacular. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and shower.

The kitchenette has most things except for a kettle (hot water from coffee machine) and a microwave. Which I needed to use to prepare baby food and sterilise bottles. There Otherwise loved the stay!

I love the location! Opera place vendome rue saint honore and louvre so nearby! The studio was lovely! The staff super friendly, they remembered i would bring my dog, so they have us the downstairs appartement that would walk into the garden. (Malheureusement my dog died not too long ago) The room is nice, the kitchenette has everything! So many plugs to charge whatever you want! Shower and separate bath! Soaps from Clarins. Can't wait to come back Ps on the last day we spotted sweet cognac (?)

In general all was amazing. The only thing i missed while taking a bath was something to pull/drag myself out of the bath. Otherwise, it has minor little things that could improve and also to make the studio last longer.

Super clean Great big rooms with nice balcony, cool air blowing in nice hot sunny day. The gentleman at reception in the evening especially and the lady in the morning, both were so helpful and kind, went the distance to satisfy our needs and explained everything when checking in so clearly in English. Great place, posh looking and restaurant/bar in the same road as hotel which was super convenient. Lots of cuisine choices and we went with "ilang Korean restaurant " also lovely friendly staff and tasty food.

The suite was nice and spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and there was a small kitchenette. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful Hicham and Alexian were ( I hope I spelled the names correctly). They did everything from helping us get around, and make sure we had everything we needed. There is typically a person at the front desk during the night as well. Our arrival was delayed, and we didn't get to the hotel until about 1 am, and there was someone there to let us in and help with the luggage. The location was amazing, close to many shops cafes and restaurants. We are hoping to visit Paris again and stay at Le Rayz suites!

There were no cons

The location was perfect the staff were very helpful and kind the bed is comfortable and there was a shutter so we can keep our rooms dark in the morning The ac was working good and the kitchen is full occupied

The elevator was leaking water There were big noise in the morning starts at 8 because of the instructions beside the hotel we stayed two nights so it didn’t bother us that much
