This was a fantastic stay during the Olympics. Wonderful front of house staff, lovely air conditioned rooms, a good size too. The breakfast delivered to the room every morning was just brilliant, fantastic produce and service. Check out was smooth, kept our luggage for us before check in and after check out. Also great location in the 11th, easy 2-3 min walk to a metro station, with a quick link to Gare de Lyon and easy to get to from Gare Du Nord. Thanks so much!

Nothing, was a flawless stay, will absolutely stay again when next in Paris

The room is small, but contains everything you might need. It is clean, and has comfortable bed. The location is convenient since it was close to my business school and to Charonne district. The metro station is 50 meters to the hotel

The hotel is located in the yard, where also the restaurant is. The noise from the restaurant (tables outside) is quite strong so you can’t open the window. There is no telephone to the reception, so if something does not work or you have some questions, you need to go out from the building and go to the reception which is in another building

We stayed here for 6 nights and we enjoyed it. It is not a hotel but it feels more like a nicer airbnb with lots of helpful staff and room cleaning service. The staffs were all very helpful and very responsive. They also let me put my luggage at the reception after checking out. They also allowed me to shorten my trip after I realised I need to fly back a day earlier than what I've planned. And the bed is super comfortable. There's no lift, but at least the stairs are quite big, it wasn't too difficult to carry them.

The room layout is a bit odd ( the shower and the toilet is separated). Since the toilet doesn't have a basin inside the room, you will need to go out of that toilet cubicle and wash your hands. They have a kitchenette, it is nice to have it but since the garbage can is too small, it can filled up the trash can very quickly. ( all the packaging and not to mention the leftover...etc) I find the space a little too cramp to cook, so we only did very simple stuff for our breakfast every morning. There's a restaurant downstairs and it could get a little noisy at night time. ( visitors can probably check the opening hour of the restaurant before booking the rooms.)

Location within the city is great. Close to the metro and quite well connected to the main locations in Paris. Rooms are cozy but confortable. They include everything needed for a comfy stay. Extra silent location, and very confortable beds. If you arrive late at night, the room has everything to prepare a basic pasta dish! You will receive your breakfast every morning: bread, an apple, a piece of bakery, a juice, and butter/ham or spreadcheese. Staff is really nice! They will help you with every single detail. It also includes 2 hrs-access to the co-working space!

Depending on your taste, breakfast could be a little bit top basic. For instance everyday includes an apple, no other fruit. Juice is not natural, and this could be also improved. Rooms are not very isolated, and if you have a noisy neighbor, you will hear them. Towels are a little bit old, they could start thinking about replace them. Some extra kitchenware could be included: kitchen towel, a good knife to cut cheese or aomething harder…

We chose this option as it looked pretty good and the price was affordable which is a rare thing for Paris. What can I say? For this price the hotel is very good, but I wouldn't say so if it cost more. 1. Location is fine. It's not in the center but the neighborhood is very nice and calm. You have a supermarket right in front of the hotel, many cafes, stores, a metro just 100 m from the hotel... So it's very good and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by metro. 2. It's not just a hotel, it's the whole complex where you have a spacious lobby with the space to work or study at. We didn't use it though, as we came to explore Paris, but you can check what this hotel can offer, maybe something will be very useful. It looks very stylish as well! And I liked that we needed to have a card to get to all of the facilities + the main gates were closed at night, so you can feel safe. 3. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Thank you guys! However, a ring in the main door would be super useful as when we arrived the door was locked and there was no one in the registration desk so we were worried. Maybe if we could ring the staff would let us inside faster. 4. I loved the breakfast idea here! So at 6 - 6:30 in the morning the staff hangs a bag with breakfast on your door. Once you wake up, you can take it. As we had a kitchen in our room, it was really cool to have a breakfast inside. However, it's also possible to get to the reception as they have a dining room there as well with the same food. Breakfast consists of some bread, cheese, jam, croissants, juice and you have tea, coffee and chocolate in the room. Of course, we thought we would miss ham, eggs, sausages, etc. But once you get in Paris you get used to such French breakfasts and they are super delicious! 5. The room itself was very nice. It was spacious, the bed was comfy, it looked cool and it was clean.

1. There was no elevator. Luckily we were living in the first floor so getting to it was not that difficult as we needed to use stairs just once. But if you have issues with the stairs, keep that in mind and ask to live on the 0 floor. 2. Once they forgot that there are 2 people in our room and brought breakfast for just 1 person. It was fine that day for us and when we talked to the staff they apologized and offered to take anything from the dining area. So it's not a huge problem, but if you're in a hurry such a mistake can be serious. 3. It was clean in general, I think that the cleaning lady did her job incredible! But the ceiling itself has few holes and there was a spider in our room... Luckily it was small and ran away later.

We booked a garden room - it was a great size, with an equipped kitchen area. There was ingredients there to make a pasta dish too. The bed was massive & everything so clean. Huge bathroom with masses of hot water. Breakfast was a bag we collected from reception - it changed each day but could contain a baguette, butter, jam, soft cheese, croissants, fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice etc. So lovely ! Had our own part of the garden where we could eat our breakfast surrounded by fruit trees. Even had a young cat who visited us daily. Called him Claude !!! The hotel itself looked lovely - it’s a place to eat, sleep, work, work out, eat, sleep & do it all over again.

The room opened to a calm and silent backyard and the bed was comortable so if you prefer a good sleep, it's a perfect option for it. There's a restaurant and a gym in the garden. Checking in and out went smoothly, we left our luggage at the reception on the last day. Delivering the breakfast to the rooms (it was hanging outside on the door) is a very good bonus, we could have it in our room as we woke up. We didn't use the kitchen much but it's well equipped. The bathroom is really clean, the room was cleaned and the bed was made up every day while we were away (the safe was easy to use to keep our valued stuff there). The temperature can be set on your demands. The neighbourhood is not too romantic, but definitely safe in daytime (we didn't go out by night), subway (line nr. 9) is on the next corner. Wi-fi was good enough for Netflix. All in all this place made our stay convenient in Paris and it was good to arrive "at home" after a long day in the city.

There could be more storage for clothes, but we could deal with it.

Very good location – metro is just one minute walk from the hotel. A little bit further from the city center and main attractions, but it is not a big issue. The room was very clean and comfortable. Small but good breakfast – perfect to start the day. The room was cleaned every day, new coffee capsules every time which is a great bonus! The toiletries were high quality as well. No trace of bed bugs.

The toilet and shower could have been bigger, but that wasn't a big issue. Our room was next to restaurant outside and it was a bit noisy, but also not a big issue.

This was a really clean and thoughtfully layed out property. It was reasonably spacious for Paris and the location was good for what we wanted to do. It was quiet as the studio apartments are in an internal courtyard with comfortable beds and good linen. We appreciated the coffee machine in the room and the breakfast pack delivered each morning. There is a common area which would be a great place to work if you need to and you can also enjoy a coffee or eating your breakfast there. We also enjoyed s meal at the restaurant in the courtyard - friendly staff, nice wine and amazing desserts!

Our room was up 2 flights of stairs so a little challenging with luggage but otherwise fine

The rooms are quite spacious you can do some yoga in the morning beside the bed) and the bed is comfortable. The highlight is the kitchenette, furnished enough to use it for simple cooking also complemented by the fridge and a microwave: perfect if you do not want to go out eating every day. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby for supplies. Very comfortable the check-in and checkout process via the phone and i valued the access to the co working space to take some work calls. The staff is very friendly. The WiFi was also very fast and easy to access. The location is great if you want to stay out of the tourist's mass and in a very authentic part of the city with small cafes and restaurants nearby. Still comfy to reach the centre by metro. Also easy to get to Gare du Nord and du l'Est.

The room was on the second floor with no elevator option. The breakfast is provided (baguette, butter, marmelade and a pastry), not very suitable if you search more proteins in your breakfast, would be good to provide yoghurt or an egg and less pastry. Shower floods easily if you do not beware.
