Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds. Beds made everyday. Clean and looked like the pictures. Price was quite good and they accommodated us checking in a little early. The cafe on the corner was amazing for breakfast and coffee. We took that back to our room every morning for breakfast. The neighbourhood appeared to be safe and there was always a staff on duty. It is located within walking distance to Jim Morrison’s grave site.

It was not centrally located so we had to Uber to many locations. The water temperature when having a shower was extremely sensitive. It ran very hot or very cold. The room was very clean except for the large toenail under the vanity/desk. I would recommend softer pillows. 2 of our pillows were extremely firm and gave us a kinked neck. . To be fair we didn’t bring this to their attention so they were not given a chance to rectify this issue.

Thank you Hotel Belfort for the lovely welcoming and continuous customer service. We were treated superbly with attention to detail. Our front desk expert make sure we had a private driver to take us to our airport one hour 1/2 away at 4am. No pressure at all from her just detailed making sure we as clients were taken care of. They were so sweet and accommodating. I would recommend staying here close to some wonderful restaurants,bars, bakeries, metro,bus,train station, laundry services and pharmacies.

Everything was wonderful

Cozy little room in a great part of Paris accessible by Metro and with many restaurants and shops in the area. The room was small and clean which was more than enough for my mother and I. There was heating and cooling which was necessary for our trip since we had very unpredictable weather. The bed was so so comfortable had the best sleep of my life there haha.

The walls are very thin, I could hear people snoring in the other room. The elevator is a bit tiny but manageable. No complaints otherwise!

Rooms were very nice for the price, located in a nice and quiet district of Paris. Nearby the hotel there is a metro station (line 9 is very well connected to city centre), bakeries for breakfast and lunch places very reasonably prices in comparison to city centre. Towels were changed every day, clean room.

Thin walls, a bit noisy (not too much in the month of october, but I feel it’s much noisier during the summer when the hotel is full)

the stuff were very patience with us because we need to be in the lobby sit down relax and speak loud sometimes and they have a lot of patience even that we disturb the clients in the first floor

we are still waiting to see if the TV will be upgraded in the rooms. this times we are living in a very technological century and it's essential to have TV that will connect to Chromecast and activate that will be at least 42 inch minimum

The hotel was good overall. Price performance was very good. The staff was friendly and the hotel was safe. The location is a little far from the city center, but 15 minutes by metro. There are places to buy snacks close to the hotel. The air conditioner always worked and the rooms were cleaned every day. On the last day, you can leave your suitcases at the hotel and pick them up on your way back.

Internet speed is a little bit slow, but generally okay. The elevator is very small but it's not a big deal.

I consider it was good for the value. The location is great, within walking distance to two metro stations and many buses that take you to the attractions. The staff is super friendly and they were very attentive to any issues we ran into. Also very close to restaurants and the bakery at the corner was very good.

The elevator is really really small. I really do not mind, but my parents complain that they did not fit with their luggage.

The ladies that work there were exceptional. Front desk manager, very helpful and kind, fluent in English and very knowledgeable, really helped explain how to get around. Also explained issues with deposit and kept up with the books of the place really well. Breakfast was really good and different coffee options, tons of food, specially considering prices in nearby places. The cleaning staff, kitchen lady were adorable, didn't speak much English but forced us to practice our rusty French and they tried really hard too. The place had a really personalized vibe from the staff and felt like they really cared about our stay and our experiences in Paris. The room worked well for us and just big enough, beds/bedding were OK. Same with bathroom. We didn't expect a huge luxury room in Paris within our budget. We were able to walk to the metro and pretty much get anywhere we wanted, even Versailles.

A bit of hit and miss with other receptionists who weren't full time or have as much knowledge or the area, regular staff was much better. We had some plumbing issues after using once, and had to switch rooms after unpacking, but we arrived late at night on the weekend (they didn't have a plunger). The explanation for deposit was confusing and was reimbursed once regular staff arrived since had already paid on booking.com. Again, I felt like the rest of the stay was really good and made up for the beginning with weekend staff, probably just need more training.

The hotel had what I expected. Cleanliness, warm water that works correctly and heating system. Everything above that is a plus for us so the hotel delivered what was expected.

The only thing that was missing for us was a working hairdryer. The one in our room didn't work and we had to ask for one in the reception that was also not so good. Also I think that getting in the hotel on the late night, after dinner, was a bit of a hassle because we had to ring the reception and wait the receptionist to open the door. We have stayed in many hotels that you can use the same card that opens the doors of the rooms that opens also the door to the hotel, so that would be a nice addition maybe, but this is cherry picking :) The receptionist at all times were fast to open and I understand that maybe this is needed for security

Very clean and comfortable room, me and my friends had a great stay there. Good location, excellent value for money, staff was very nice and friendly, especially the cleaning person. I highly recommend this hotel!

The lift is the smallest I've ever been in my life, not exactly a bad thing but for some people it can be a problem. It can fit up to 3 (thin) persons max.
