Well maintained and clean. Great location in Latin Quarter and near to everything, although a bit difficult to find the first time. Good breakfast with good price.

Nothing in particular, perhaps no lift is the downside of it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to St. Michel Notre Dame station, Ile de Cite and the Louvre Museum. In fact, one can see most of Paris' attractions by walking/cycling if one stays here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and because they spoke English, communication was not a problem. The hotel was clean and quiet with all the basic necessities one would need.

There was nothing that I did not like. Do note, however, that the hotel does not have a lift, so if your room is on a higher floor you will need to pull your luggage up the staircase. Or keep it in safe custody with the hotel. Its Paris and such things are not uncommon. You just have to live with it. The advantages of this hotel far outweigh this one disadvantage.

Super clean place with comfortable beds. Our room had a beautiful view and the location was superb. Very close to metro and bus stops and many destinations are easily walkable from the hotel. The staff were also incredibly nice!

The only downsides (none of which were a big deal): there is no elevator so you'll have to carry your luggage up a spiral staircase. The shared kitchen closes in the evening so access to hot water or the fridge is limited at night. The rooms are fairly small. We had a triple room with one double and one single bed in it and there was not much room for anything else. Not an issue for us though since we were out most of the time.

The location is the very best at this hotel. We were able to visit a lot of turistic points just walking arround. The Metro Station and RER C Station were a 5 min walking. The shared kitchen and fridge were very helpfull. We travell with kids and was very simple to get all that we need for a simple meals. The neighborhood was very secure and plaisant.

The breakfast could be more completed, only have milk, tea, cofee, juice, bread and croissant. It could have frit iogurt, cereals, etc. the stairs, if you have problems to climb stairs, be prepared.

The most significant advantage about the hotel is definitely its excellent location. It's within walking distance to two different metro stations and also situated right in the heart of the city. I was easily able to reach many tourist attractions such as Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre Museum on foot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer complimentary laundry service where you can wash and dry your clothes for free.

I know it's not worth complaining about, but it wouldn't hurt if the rooms were a bit larger and had TVs in them :)

The location was exceptional - the hotel was within a 5-10 minute walk from the RER B train station, so was easily accessible from CDG airport. There were also several metro and bus stops in the area. Many sites such as Notre dame and the Louvre were within a short walk. The staff were kind and friendly. They were happy to help with recommendations if needed. The room was also comfortable and well kept. The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general was also great. There are laundry facilities available if needed and a kitchen is free to use if trying to save on eating out costs.

The shower room in the corridor was very small, but this is probably due to being in a central building in Paris! There is also no lift available, which could be an issue if you have a lot of luggage or very large bags.

The location is excellent. The staff is incredibly helpful and pay attention to every detail. The bed is nice and firm, and the room has everything you need.

The shower door needed a little fixing, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, if you're a light sleeper, you might have difficulties here, as you can hear people in the hallway and in the adjacent rooms. Also, there is no elevator, so it isn't accessible-friendly (but that seems to be a Paris thing, with the old buildings). There is no air conditioning in the room, but they did provide us with a nice fan.

The room is very clean, quite and located at really good location. Feel really safe and comfortable with the neighborhood. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. Especially I love their breakfast - sitting in the cute dining room enjoy the sunlight of morning with very French style cafe and baguette is the best memory I had this time. I like everything of this hotel and will definitely recommend to any traveller who is looking for a quality place to stay with fair price and good service.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near the bus and metro stations, a short walk away from Notre Dame, Seine, Louvre etc. There's a variety of restaurants, brasseries nearby. Rooms are quite moderate and a bit outdated, but clean and comfy and bathroom was pretty new and fresh. Breakfast was ok.

The rooms were a bit noisy, we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. The rooms are quite small, but that's inevitable in older Parisian buildings. The interior could need a fresh coat of paint, but on the other hand, the rustic look adds to the charm :)

Location is perfect, in the heart of quartier latin, with excellent links to the whole city by metro, RER and buses. It's just a short walk from Pantheon, the Luxembourg gardens and the lovely Notre Dame de Paris. The hotel is located on a solely pedestrian pathway and is quiet. Everyone at the hotel speaks good English and other languages too. I can't praise the staff highly enough, very lovely people. It's amazing that they allow you to sit on the breakfast area during the day and evening and eat your own snacks or just chill. There's a small kitchen and free laundry to use. They also stored our bags for a while, before we fly back. We had a good experience overall!

The room's size was quite small for four people, however the bathroom was of a good size. The four flights of stairs was quite tiring, especially after going up the staircase of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was nothing special, comprising a small baguette with butter and jam plus a croissant per person, with coffee and orange juice. However, it was just enough to get you going especially if you need to wake up early and leave, at a good price. Many places for breakfast open later in the morning, after 10.30am during the weekend.
