The service we received was absolutely brilliant! The hotel was always clean, with nothing ever out of place. Staff were always welcoming no matter what time of day or night and always more than happy to help. The location is fantastic - you are just far enough away from the major hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into the main centre of the Latin Quarter (or metro anywhere else), and still close enough to loads of really good cafe/bars, restaurants, local amenities, and cultural sites! The rooms are wonderfully clean and come with all the needed tools and facilities. I’d previously seen people comment about the small sizes of the rooms - ignore these - they may well be smaller, but for the quality you get they are spot on. Whether you are staying for a romantic break, or touring Paris, you won’t need any bigger room! Breakfast was a mix of pastries, eggs, cold meats and cheeses, fruit juices, hot drinks, cereals, and other bits and pieces. Classical French/Continental breakfast the ticked the box. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all of the team!

Location was amazing. Staff was incredible. Pool was very fun. I left something behind and they offered to ship it to me. Been to Paris a few times and this was by far the best place I stayed.

Room size. But that’s because we’re overgrown Americans.

Nice en clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken and we had a room on the 5 floor . They informed us two days before departure to Paris and there was no alternative. We had no problem with taking the stairs but a nice drink for the inconvenience would have been appreciated.

Lovely hotel, location is perfect, staff are friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well decorated. Bed very comfy, bathroom well equipped and the room was very well soundproofed (you could only hear upstairs guests a little). We didn’t use the pool or gym, they looked fairly small but nice atmosphere and very clean and inviting.

No real negatives at all, but it was a bit strange to have the bathroom split in 2 and on opposite sides of the bedroom, the room was quite small and they could have made a lot better use of the space.

Beautiful. Minimal. Very feng shui. Felt the harmony. Spa is wonderful. treatment splendid. Staff very helpful.

This is a repeat visit to this property. We like the location, proximity to bakeries, restaurants, landmarks, shopping etc. The hotel was spotless clean, our room and public spaces alike. Our room was attended to daily and housekeeping deserves a good word for a job well done. Availability of a heated indoor pool is a nice gimmick. Staff was pleasant to approach and work with.

This time our (standard) room felt cramped, had no view whatsoever except for the facing wall of the inner yard. Half of the jets in the pool did not work, but we didn't stay much in the room and used the pool only once. There's so much more to do on the streets of Paris!

The hotel has great facilities and the rooms were spacious and of a high standard. Excellent location for getting around Notre Dame and the surrounding areas. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast buffet was basic and not reflective of the price

Absolutely lovely in all ways! Great room w comfy bed, wonderful spa and an absolutely excellent location in a charming friendly neighborhood with local restaurants where we felt at home right away. Walking distance to lots of Paris highlights and Métro very close by. The staff gets 10/10 for being accomondating, friendly and service minded! Thank you - you made our christmas in Paris unforgettable ❤️

Only thing we missed were some more hangers in the closet and some hooks to hang coats when you enter the room since it’s pretty small - but in all other aspects has smart solutions.

Great location, super close to metro which can get you to major destinations. You can even walk from the hotel to Pantheon, Norte Dame, and hotel de ville. There’s also so many good restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff is thoughtful and friendly. They reached out before my arrival and helped me booking transportation service, understanding my room preferences and offering recommendations on food and drinks. The hotel is clean and well equipped. The room might be small by US standards but I found it adequate during my one week stay. The hotel has good breakfast option too. And don’t forget to check the super cool underground swimming pool with the vault ceiling!
