The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in an exellent location and we could walk short distances for sights, shopping, and dining.

It was a little noisy but that is really just Paris. There are frequent police/emergency sirens around. The elevators are small but again with these old historic buildings that is expected. It was a little expensive but our stay was wonderful.

Breakfast was great, spa is small but very nice.

Room that we got was nothing like the one in the pictures, less decorated, more modern, no bathtub. But it was clean and cozy

Very friendly staff on the front desk, beautiful rooms, great breakfast selection, good location for the Sorbonne University and the Seine/Notre Dame vicinity.

The telephone in the room did not display the number to dial to reach reception - to ask them to stop painting my bedroom door and the outer door when I was sick in bed recovering from food poisoning (not the hotel food!) - but that was an unpredictable event and they were very apologetic afterwards.

We stayed at the hotel for a whole week. I would like to praise the hotel staff who were very kind, polite and helpful and responded to everything. We received amazing help and service!!!! The hotel itself is small and charming. The rooms, shower and facilities were clean and pleasant. Walking distance from Saint Germain Avenue. Near the hotel there are many excellent restaurants and cafes.

The rooms and the bathroom are a bit small for three people...

The hotel was so cute, met our expectation of a French ambiance, old, renovated and well maintained! Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast could be a bit more fresh but the basic American carafe sized coffee for a family of 3 was very much appreciated but the sliced fruit salad was a bit old/tired/tasted sour when it was summer and had an abundance of fruits on the street/market. The OJ could have been tastier. But over all, a nice venue/selections!

Very clean and true French style room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoined SPA with exception of shower, controls are broken, and very hard to control. SPA needs ambient meditation music. This would really make your spa even better :)

Bed headboard is very important decoration. the one we had was old, and it did not look as good as on photos in booking.com. Sound isolation could be better. We could hear the neighbors. Also noise from the street. Very small rooms, was hard to open doors.

Everything honestly- A beautiful well maintained Parisian hotel with all the glamour of French traditions topped with modern conveniences Location was exceptional… Sorbonne on the street… Panthéon up the street…a beautiful bakery a few doors down… a florist on 1 corner ..2 exceptional restaurants on the 2 other corners… Notradame & the Seine a 5 minute walk… felt so safe Staff were so friendly & accommodating The spa was wonderful … just for 1 person - a wonderful time out

The location of this hotel was perfect. Saint Germain shopping district was a short walk away with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Also very close to the metro which is handy! We had a super cute room with a balcony that overlooked the street. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

Some rooms are tiny, however we paid a little more so we knew what we were going to get. The building is old so the lift was also a little scary at times.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near Pantheon, Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter and the Siene. Amazing restaurants within walking distance. Also very clean and comfy rooms and sizable bathroom.

The towels were a bit rough. Would be nice to have soft, plush towels. These were not.
