Room was a good size for one person and bed was extremely comfy with very good quality pillows. Room was very clean too. Aircon was perfect as rooms were hot after getting back for the day. Great bars and restaurants around the area with lots of places to get food to go too. Staff were very friendly too! Close to metro with easy route with one simple change to get to Eiffel Tower. Also close to Toot Bud hop on hop of bus tour. Close to RER B station link too for airport (10 minute walk). For the price, it was good value for money but be prepared to use the metro or bus tours to get around the city.

Rooms at the front can be a tad noisy but wasn’t an issue for me. If noise is an issue, bring earplugs or ask for a room at the back. No safe in the room but brought my own portable safe but this should be made clear on the booking as this is a big anxiety factor for solo travel.

The staff is very friendly, they gave a lot of advice on how to travel best/destinations we should see, etc. The breakfast was great, always a wide selection of typical breakfast food (eggs, toast, sliced cheeses, yogurt, tea/coffe/juice, some dessert), especially for the price. The location is exceptional - lots of great cafes and attractions within reach, and the metro is 2 minutes away. The area is very safe, we felt comfortable walking there late at night. Clean room, including the bathroom.

The room was a little bit small, but it wasn't an issue for my partner and me, as we only slept in it. Plus, we expected that. All things considered, great experience, especially for the price.

Location is brilliant, located within the Latin quarter only a ten minute walk from Notre Dam, the hotel is located in a small one way street with plenty of bars and restaurants on its doorsteps, shops and takeaways next door. We heard very little noise once in our room which was the penthouse on the top floor with dormer windows to look out to the night sky. Breakfast was fine although supplies had run out by the time we got there but we managed through. Staff were all excellent.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I was able to check in much earlier than I had expected to as I arrived early, just hoping to leave my bags there. Great advice on places to visit.

Nothing - I was very happy with my stay. I was abit concerned when my visa card didn't work when I went to pay. Not quite sure why as it worked everywhere else and had worked to book the accommodation.

In general rooms in Paris hotels are generally small by comparison to hotels in the UK. The room we stayed in met our expectations. The bathroom was a comfortable size and a high standard of cleanliness was maintained. The staff were attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is located in a fantastic vibrant area of Paris. I would stay there again.

Prior to our visit I sent an email to the hotel requesting that 6 Red Roses were put in the room for our arrival and the cost added to our room charge. Our stay was to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. I received an email reply stating this would be easier to arrange when we arrived. We did get the flowers requested after arrival and these were placed in the room whilst we were out, so the element of surprise was achieved. Maxime made the arrangements.

The location I would say is the best area in Paris, you have everything around in walking distance. busy area without being noisy, lots of restaurants and cosy places around definitely the area is what attracted me first. the hotel itself is super clean the room is very spacious for Paris standards. the night receptionist was amazing very kind and chatty he even offered us a hot lemon and ginger drink while it was freezing in Paris was very nice of him. Merci pour la discussion et votre gentillesse a nos offrir des tisanes :) everything was ok I recommend this hotel and will definitely book again on my next visit to Paris. FYI Emily in Paris building was 6 mins away by walk from the hotel.

We took the standard double room and it exceeded expectation. I read some reviews that the rooms were small and could not even open up a luggage so we were dreading the visit. But once we arrived we were shock to find out that the rooms are adequately sized for two and the heating was just perfect. Prior to staying here we were staying in a four star hotel nearby champs Elysees and the room was dated and was double the price. So in comparison, Hotel Apolonia Paris is one of the best and most value for money . Lets not even get started on the hotel being just a few mins walk from the best metro line (Place Monge metro) and the best crepes restaurants around. Will def recommend this hotel to everyone

We loved the location of the hotel. It is surrounded by many restaurants and has a great night life. down the street is a little local market on Wednesdays and Sundays. It is very close from all popular monuments in Paris. It is close to several metro stations. The staff was exceptional, were very helpful in answering all our questions.

the shower was so small that it leaked and flooded the bathroom every time someone showered. the room is rather small but was still comfortable to move around.

No hairdryer in the room - this is quite unusual and came as a surprise in the morning when already in a hurry
