Milk with the tea and kettle in the room - but I know this is unusual in France!

It is a lovely Hotel in a very nice Parisian location a bit away from Centre and thus without crowds of tourists. Real Paris with amazing street market on Sunday. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was pleasant, not big, with a lovely town view and all the facilities. The only minus thing was the small fridge did not work. Breakfasts are not included in the booking price and are paid separately at the hotel but they were very good with a good choice of what to have. We'd defiantly book this hotel again as we loved the true Parisian area in which it's located

The only annoying thing was that you also have to pay separately some tax when you arrive and also pay around £70 by card for maybe some damage you do during your stay. If all good they return this money later back on the card. So it was quite a bit to pay on top at the hotel. The fridge didn't work.

It was a nice and cozy hotel with updated and clean furniture. A lot of Paris hotels are a bit worn down and this was not one of them. The room we had had also a small French balcony and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is right next to a police station so I felt really safe.

The location was great, but a bit inconvenient if you are looking at the normal sightseeing things as it takes about 20-30 minutes to all directions. We didn't, so for us it was exactly what we were looking for. The metro station is 5 minute walk away, so really convenient. The bus also is close, 6 minute walk.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Metro Place d'Italie, which is served by three metro lines (5, 6, and 7), making it very easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is beautiful, calm, and feels very safe with the police station right next door. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also quite large. It was spotlessly clean, with a mini fridge, kettle, and hairdryer available for convenience. The room's temperature was always just right, and the reception is open 24/7, which is great for any needs at any time.

there is one issue worth mentioning: the soundproofing. While the hotel can't really do anything about it, the walls are quite thin, and you can hear almost every movement throughout the building. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the metro, so every time a train passes by, you can hear and even feel the vibrations. If you're a shallow sleeper, this could be a problem. That being said, the location and other aspects of the hotel are excellent, but it's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.

The facilities of the hotel are nice, the room had a good size, was very clean and the view from the window was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets were of a good quality. Room and hotel were also very silent. Most of the time the staff was very helpful. Overall I would recommend!

The location for me was a bit far from the city center and main attractions, so always consider a 25-30 min subway ride. On the day of the arrival, the staff at the reception was very unfriendly.

The hotel was in a great location, not too busy of a street, and with a metro stop with 3 lines in walking distance. Staff were available 24/7, and were really nice and friendly and they acted immediately on any request. The room was very clean and comfortable, with housekeeping staff fixing the room, bed and bathroom, every day. The room was kept very warm (I stayed during the middle of winter and it was about 1 degrees C outside).

We were on the 5th floor and the views were a welcome change from previous visits to Paris. The room was a 3 person with only 2 of us, so space was not an issue. The bathroom was renovated and large. Water was hot, room serviced daily & the reception being manned 24/7 was nice for security. So was having the police station right next door.

Not too much, there was the low rumble of the underground but not sufficient to impact our sleep & it stopped before midnight anyway.

The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. They helped us if we needed something and were very kind people. They're at the reception 24h. The room was spacy enough, but there were no closed wardrobes, you can hang your clothes though. The table is very narrow, so you can't really work. There is a safe, a hair dryer and a small refrigerator. Compare to other facilities I've checked this was a very good choice. It's a nice building (next to police station, we felt very safe), very close to the metro station and it was really easy to reach all the important highlights in the city. Not extremely noisy although the building is on a big street. We had the room right across the service room, where the sheets were stored. The only noice we heard was when they were bringing new sheets, unfortunately at night. But it happened only twice.

Location great. Three metro lines close. Staff friendly and helpful. Air con in one room only worked intermittently. Fridge supplied though seemed to have a strobing on off thing at night which kept me awake. OK during day. Overall good basic accomodation. Friendly staff and easy access to metro so good value. Would stay again. Out sightseeing during day so had what we needed.

Hot days so intermittent air conditioning biggest issue. Kettle supplied and tea bags which was nice but paper cups a bit of a let down and hard to drink hot tea in paper.. I guess this is a left over from Covid regulations.

This property is located in the 13th Arr., it is flanked by restaurants, markets, bars and a laundromat is around the block. It is a great value for the price and I would stay here again. The staff was very helpful and polite.

They asked us to leave the hotel room key at the front desk every time we left the property; I do not know if that is a standard practice in European hotels but I did not care for it. Nothing was missing from our room, I just found it odd.
