We stayed 5 nights, and we really enjoyed the trip. The room was clean and comfy. It is small but well equipped. The bad was comfortable, and we slept well. The personnel were nice and helpful. The neighbourhood is great: restaurants, supermarkets, fast access to 3 metro lines, and quiet, we felt safe. The hotel seems to be open for a long time, and I really appreciate the maintenance. The building is small and cosy as usual buildings from Paris. We booked without breakfast.

I don't know why Booking shows the "bad" section first. Overall everything was ok for us. I recommend deleting the sound isolation icon from the Booking presentation because we heard the louds from the other rooms and how the personnel were cleaning the rooms. It was not disturbing for us. The hotel does not have slippers in the rooms, but this was not an inconvenience for us.

Great breakfast - good coffee, freshly baked croissants and baguettes, fruit juice, some cheese and cold cuts; it was really more than I expected. The baking smell is really there in the morning, even in the top floors - a fantastic appetizer before the breakfast! Location - very convenient, about 30 mins on foot to the center, 5 mins to three metro stations. No street noises (it's a small local street). Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well-equipped - good Wi-Fi and A/C, good water pressure, thick curtains and window blinds; all what's needed to spend evening and night comfortably.

The room was very small, 12 sqm means there was hardly any space to move around the bed without tripping over the suitcase. It's kind of normal in Paris, though. If you are going to leave the room after breakfast and not come back until the evening then it's not a big deal, but trying to use the room for any daytime activity might be challenging.

The staff was very friendly. The location of the place is also comfortable, but if you have a car or will use a bus / metro / taxi. If you prefer more walking, it'll not be the best idea as the distances to the best sightseeings are big. Breakfast for the price they offer is great.

The Room is super small, and I don't know how many square meters it is, 5-8? The carpet inside the room did not have so a pleasant smell, and the overall idea of using carpets in hotels, especially in a budget one, doesn't seem to be good.

The check-in was quick and the price already had the daily tax included. Our room was ready before 3pm, which meant we could go straight upstairs to our room. The room was big enough for the 2 of us and the bed was very comfortable, even though the pillows were quite soft! The shower pressure was great and the hot water was lovely after a long day of walking around. Rooms are only cleaned and bed made on request, which wasn’t an issue for us. You can have it made everyday if you’d like, just hang the sign on the door. Breakfast is the morning was simple, but tasty. There’s enough choice to fill you up to get ready for a long day in Paris!

The bathroom didn’t have a handle on the window, so we weren’t able to open it. The lift is very small, but that’s quite typical for Paris buildings.

Great location, easy access to the major tourist spots and close to several Metro lines. Room was exactly what we needed, perfect for a long weekend. Staff was super helpful, great service all round. Easy no-fuss check-in and check-out, all the details were correct in the system on arrival. Very accommodating to my dog, she enjoyed the stay enormously! I didn't book with breakfast so cannot comment on the food.

The only thing that could have been improved was the mattress : )

The room is compact rather than small, it has all the required services and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and the location was great. Less than 5 min walk to the metro, Place d'Italia , restaurants, shops etc. Beautiful view of the Eiffell tower each morning. Aircon was lovely as the temperature was 36 degrees. We didn't have the breakfast as we wanted to explore local restaurants.

Nothing, the hotel met all expectations and we couldn't have wanted more

The hotel has a very good location to main city and also the airport. Small hotel, but everything you need for a short stay in Paris. Rooms are clean. Rooms are bit smaller, but it was not a problem at all for us for three nights stand.

Breakfasts are simple, but absolutely fine and satisfying. The only small issue was that breakfast is every day the same. Not a problem for a short stay but it could be enjoying for longer time.

The staff was good, cheerful and helpful.

The WiFi was pretty much non existent. I had to use a hotspot from my phone. The bathroom was small, especially the shower. The lights were outside.

Unlike in the summer, in December there were plenty of tables available in the breakfast room. The choices for breakfast were ok, but not super. When we arrived, it was very cold in our room, but luckily you could easily adjust the room temperature yourself. The room and especially the bathroom was small, but as my mother and I are small-sized, it didn't bother us at all. All the people working at the hotel were nice.

It was far too cold in the breakfast room. The elevator was the slowest that I have ever seen, and maybe also the smallest.
