The position of citadines Austerlitz is perfect for visiting Paris. The room is big considering it is in Paris and allows you to work inside. The picture reflects what you find in a minimalist space with a minimum inside for a nice stay.

The cleaning could be better.

The location was less than 5 minutes away from a metro stop in a safe and quiet area. The rooms were quite large with an equipped kitchenette. Everything was clean as well and the bed was quite large and comfortable with a warm duvet!

The only thing was at night you could hear some of the plumbing from the pipes but it would pass after a moment and never actually disrupted our sleep or stay.

We had a great stay here - great facilities, super comfy bed and a decent location. The free coffee and water in the lobby was a particular highlight for an afternoon pick-me-up after long mornings traipsing around the city before heading out again in the evening.

The only issue I could find with this place is the room looked absolutely nothing like photos on here! Which wasn't a problem ultimately as the room was fine, but it's a little misleading. The room we had was huge and the bed was comfy, so we were more than happy, it was just very dated compared to photos shown on booking.com so be aware you may not get what you see here.

The location was very good - close to a few metro stations and in a calm, quiet location, which allowed us to rest well. It's maybe a bit far from the touristy attractions, but still in walkable distances and you can definetely explore the right side of Paris by foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they consulted us on how to reach the airport, since strikes were taking place on the day of our departure. Also, I received treats and greetings for my birthday, which was a pleasant surprise. Though the best thing for me about the apartment was the bed, which was extra large and comfortable, with four pillows and super big blanket. It's a compliment I very rarely give out to hotels, since in most of them beds are very hard and uncomfortable, this one for sure stood out and we slept really good, with no wakings for 8 hours per minimum (a possible help for this was our 25k steps every day, but still - did not expect to have beds this good :) ). Bonus - TV had not only french channels, so it was nice.

The room was a bit worn off compared to the pictures, but still clean and nice, spacious for Paris standarts. The only thing I missed was a lamp from the ceiling, since I prefer well lit places and there were only 3 table and one floor lamps.

Very comfortable room, spacious for Paris, spotlessly clean and really really quiet! We both slept very well and the building and area feels very safe and secure. The room decor is basic but it's clean, spacious, plenty of hot water etc. everything you could need. We didn't get breakfast and found it a great base for work and getting around Paris, also SUPER close to Orly Airport (like 12 mins in a taxi, roughly €20 for an uber).

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Location was excellent and very convenient. Facilities were good and room was clean. Free wifi which is a great thing while traveling on data limits . We had everything we needed. Refuse disposal was also a great bonus. We loved the balcony too. Staff were friendly and happy to help with any questions and didn't mind us coming and going. Coffee machine and water cooler was also a great addition. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Merci beaucoup!

The location is great. You have a couple of metro stations within a 5 minute walk away from you. The apartment had a kitchen which was great and Citadines allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. The staff were also really friendly and we had free coffee, tea and hot chocolate that we could help ourselves to any time of the day.

We didn’t have our bedding and towels changed but to be honest, it didn’t bother us all that much because we were only there for 4 nights.

On our arrival we were greeted by Guillaume. He was very friendly and gave us advice on local areas such as Metro and Supermarkets which were close to the Apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and having a laundry on site was an added bonus. We needed an extra night at the apartment due to a change in Flights and Guillaume did a fabulous job arranging the extra night for us. All of the staff were excellent and very helpful whenever we asked for assistance.

Would have been nice to have more English speaking channels but were happy with the two that were there.

The apartments were fantastic value for money, not particularly modern or elegant or charming but as a place to stay which was clean, tidy, had rudimentary cooking facilities and a fridge as well as a decent bathroom and with a modest balcony, they were second to none in central Paris, close to the metro and to endless charming restaurants and cafes and a decent walk, but a walk nevertheless to all the major sights of this beautiful city. There were supermarkets nearby and bakeries and so we did not opt for the breakfast but sitting on a boulevard within two minutes walk of this very quite apartment, drinking proper Parisian coffee and eating croissants and for the very reasonable price were paid was absolute gold. The private parking, although naturally expensive in central Paris, was easy to arrange and kept our car absolutely secure and off the street and away from some very zealous parking inspectors who would have cost us far more money than the private parking

As a value for money proposition, this was absolutely fantastic. It is not 5 star but it is clean, functional and reasonably priced and all of that in central Paris. There was nothing not to like about that.

*Very good location, for us within walking distance to the Seine river. *Size of the room. It was a large room by Parisian standards. Big bed. *the staff was very friendly. *Parking on site. *Quiet location.

*The rooms look more nice on the pictures. Rooms are very basic. Nothing on the wall, not cozy. *It was very hot in the room. The electric air con unit couldn't handle the heat.
