The staff on reception were really friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Check in was easy. The room was lovely and clean, with a walk in shower. There was Air con also. But my favourite part was the location. The hotel was close to a metro stop and gave you access to 2/3 main lines, including a direct line to most tourist spots and also to Gare Du Nord. At the same time the hotel was in a lovely neighbourhood that didnt have city vibes and was nice and quiet - so it was nice to head back there after a day of sight seeing in a very busy but amazing Paris

It is a wonderful location, very easy to go everywhere specially by metro (the station is very close and only one line at a time is enough to get you to the main touristic areas). The area is safe and nice, with markets, restaurants and drugstores nearby. The hotel is cosy and AC worked fine, though the room I stood in was really small, with no fridge. It was comfy though, and the shower was really good. A very polite and helpful employee attended to me from day one, though I don’t know how to spell his name (it’s pronounced “Midi”). As for the girls, most of the time they seem cold or not helpful, though I did not have any relevant issue to report on that. The cleaning team was always very polite. The breakfast is ok, though there aren’t many options. The only fruits were picked together with this syrup and no plant-based milk at all. In general, I liked the experience and would go back in another opportunity.

The location and the room was clean

The room is very small. For 2 persons, it's too small. The staff said that they will be there always but we needed to leave early in the morning, nobody was there. We needed to pay the City tax but we waited 15 minutes for them to come but nobody came so we needed to leave and then we were told that we did not pay and left like we could do anything else. We were missing the plane if we waited for them more

Safe area in Paris with good connection to the city centre, very comfy bed in my room, bathroom could be renovated a bit, but it was clean overall. I would like to say my thanks to the Vietnamese receptionist, who offered me a tea when i was working overnight.

I was terribly missing a (mini)fridge in my room. No possibility to store my foods, so i had to throw half of them away (what a waste).

Bathroom towels not changed every day. Upon request of the invoice for the stay, the staff bounced me back to Booking and Booking wrote to me that the hotel is supposed to issue the invoice and asked the hotel to issue the invoice: I'm still waiting for it

The area of the property was quiet and nice, located very close to metro and shops, around a big shopping centre as well. We even enjoyed a beer on the small terrace outside, it felt very nice because there wasn’t many people passing by and the hotel itself had a nice energy around it and felt really nice and relaxing.

That the drinks menu didn’t have many options and they weren’t serving drinks after 10pm.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, taking steps to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast had lots of choice and there was plenty of it, including left over baked goods and ice tea being available for the rest of the day. Bar area was bright and quiet, rooms very comfortable and clean. Lovely powerful shower with choice of rain shower or jet heads.

Mugs and a kettle in the room would have been lovely

- The size of the room, it was a bit small almost no space to open the luggage. - No fresh dinner in the Hotel only preserved foods are available. - Only French speaking TV Channels.

Lovely location right next to the metro. Staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Nearby restaurants were fabulous. Beds were very comfy and room was lovely

A bit jaded and in need of decorating, but this did not put us off as the good things well Outweighed this.
