This was an excellent hotel for the price! It was clean, modern and had everything needed for a short stay in Paris. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and chatty in a way that made you feel welcome. The room was on the first floor (which is the second floor by the American tradition) and even though it faced the street, it was not loud. The location is quite nice, especially if you go towards the Marx Dormoy metro station (metro 12). There is a wonderful bakery there and tons of locals going about their business. The other station La Chapelle (metro 2) has a lot seedier vibe, but nothing out of the ordinary for any big city. We did not have to use air conditioning or heat, so I cannot speak to the efficacy of those. The window opens, in case that is as important as it is for me.

The bathroom design is imperfect to say the least which is a pity, as the room itself seem to be recently and tastefully decorated. But the floor in the ENTIRE bathroom does get wet, so be prepared to use all your towels to pet it dry. This might not be a problem on a very hot day, which was not the case when we were there, but in general - I don't know what the bathroom designer was thinking.

Third time staying here because I like this hotel so much. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are really nice, furnishing are in perfect condition and linen and towels are high quality. The atmosphere feels really peaceful despite being 2 minutes away from a metro station and 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Always spotlessly clean. Appreciate that they provide a kettle and hot drink options. When going out, you leave your key at the desk, which is staffed 24h, and pick it back up when you get back - I find this really convenient and a relief to not have to worry about misplacing a key when I'm out.

It's a small thing but in the rooms I've stayed only one side of the bed had access to the main lights, and had a usb charging port.

The room was modern and very clean. The A/C was working properly and the room was relatively cheaper than average hotels in Paris. Great for a short stay.

The location and surroundings of the hotel. Even though we looked for a place near Gare Du Nord, we realized it was not the best idea since the surrounding areas makes you feel like you've come to a North African city instead of Paris. It certainly did not feel safe hence we had to take Uber or Bolt most of the time.

The receptionist especially Fillipo was so lovely to engage with and on our first night he gave us so much advice. The room is so clean and the breakfast is excellent value for money. Hot food like eggs and chicken etc.. and in this quaint little cellar looking room in the basement. I cannot fault the hotel at all and conveniently located near two train lines.

The hotel is awesome and very safe. Just be careful alot of sketchy people linger around at night on the streets nearby. This will only apply to you if you feel like going for a walk nearby. If you are a female traveller make sure you catch a cab. Fillipo was kind enough to give us this advice. We opted to take taxis after the first night and it was great. Bolt is a great app and the fares are quite reasonable.

Overall nice property, multiple food/ coffee shops near. Close to train stations. Close to buses. If you are up to it a beautiful walk to the Arc/Eiffel Tower. The depth of the tub was awesome— great bath!

Just different— having to leave your key each time you leave the property. No food/eating in the room ( they do have somewhere for you to store your left overs)

I would recommend staying at this hotel ! The room was really nice , clean , quiet and comfortable and the staff were all so helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Location wise perfect with la Chappell metro station a 5 minute walk away and your only ever 1 change on the metro from anywhere really. €15 average for a taxi to Montmartre and the hotel are happy to arrange.

Nothing .. this hotel was fantastic.

We needed a hotel walking distance from Gare du Nord and with 24hr reception, as we were arriving late in the evening, so this was a good fit. It was also great to be so near to so many Indian restaurants! Very accessible and very friendly. One small thing we would recommend, the hotel needs a clearer sign outside, we could easily have walked past in the dark and not realized it was the Bellevue!

The staff were super friendly and informative, the decor was modern and looked recently refurbished, the bed was really comfortable, the shower was powerful and the mirror lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was amazing. Proximity to the metro and train station was very good. There was a lot of work going on around the hotel during our stay but the windows are new and the noise wasn't too disruptive.

The room was very small to the point where we couldn't open our suitcase fully. The bathroom floor became flooded during a shower so best not to leave anything on the floor, but they replenished all towels used for mopping up. A discrete mop would have been handy. Breakfast was nice, but a bit overpriced for what was offered. The location of the hotel is in a less desirable neighborhood (our fault for not doing our homework) which meant that there weren't many nice restaurants or places to have a glass of wine in the evening and was a little bit intimidating after dark.

Super clean room -- with ample space for a solo traveller. Plenty of storage options, comfy and large size bed as well as lovely wet-room style bathroom. Place seems to be under refurbishment at the time of visiting, meaning noise throughout the day and in early morning -- it is a shame this was not said prior to arrival. Slightly outdated decor

Lovely hotel with tons of personality, felt comfy and luxe being there. Spotlessly clean. Quality trimmings and bed linen. The staff were nice. My room window faced the back of the building and it was very quiet. Just a really nice place to be, generally. And the location is handy as it's a pretty short walk to Gare du Nord.

The hotel can't help this, but the streets around it are quite intimidating for a lone female traveller, lots of guys hanging around late at night in groups. Didn't have any issues at all, but also the walk to and from Gare du Nord didn't feel safe, I tried to stick close to other travellers and watch my back.
