The beds were comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was really good value for money. The hotel was easy to get to and could travel in and around Paris very quickly with the metro. The views from our room were really nice and there was a lift which was good as we stayed on the top floor. We also had a balcony which was unexpected.

There was no hand soap in the room and a kettle would have been nice.

The room was perfectly clean, stuff polite and attentive, the room in which I've been is located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator. You can hear other people in the hotel, but it is a hotel, not a private building. It is the best value for money I've seen in Paris. The area doesn't look nice, but people in the hotel and shops nearby make it better.

Easy to find (a short walk from Stalingrad Metro station). Friendly welcome from the staff, English spoken. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable, bed and bedding was clean. Good storage space (wardrobe and shelves). Room was quiet, no noise from outside. Bathroom and shower clean and fully working. Continental breakfast for 12EUR pp was good. Overall, great value hotel, convienient for the metro, Gare du Nord and the city. A couple of good cheap places to eat nearby and a supermarket nearly opposite

Easy to check in. Warm welcome by Hakim at the reception. Clean and comfortable room and good breakfast. It is just a 2 mins wall from the metro station. Plus, good value for money.

It was very clean and smelled good. They refreshed the room every day. The central heating was awsome and it did the job. We had a wonderful view to Sacre Coeur. The metro station Stalingrad is a 3 minutes walk and you can go anywhere in Paris from there. The staff was very friendly and smiley. There is a backyard with tables for smoking. In the neighborhood there are many stores with fruits and everything else you need and many places to eat at a fair price.

Very modern and clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the first room we had - we stayed at this hotel twice - even had a view of the Sacre Core in the distance. The neighbourhood seemed a bit sketchy at first but we returned late on several occasions and never had any issues. The location is within walking distance of Mont Martre (30 mins) and the Centre Pompidou (45 minutes). It is very well connected with the Metro, too. Would definitely visit again! We could leave our luggage securely at the hotel all day on the day we left which was super convenient! All the staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Very clean, great location for the train, room was big enough for 2 adults and a large 16 year old, great value for money, breakfast was ok, would t have it again though, close enough to go out somewhere to eat at breakfast time, convenient for a coffee though. Haga on reception is absolutely lonely! Helpful, friendly, informative and very welcoming!! He gave us a few trip ideas and was very knowledgeable of the local area, he was such a nice guy!!!!

Very clean, efficient, and no-fuss hotel. Front desk staff were pleasant, and by Paris standards, room was very large and impressively quiet, despite facing the street. Great value for money at the last minute. If you are just looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, and functional for your stay in Paris, this hotel fits the bill. The location isn't great, but you should know this when you are booking it! Accessible by foot from Gare du Nord. If you are the type who doesn't mind a decent walk to get to the nicer areas of the city, and is also interested in seeing the 'other' side of Paris (i.e. the streets around Place du Stalingrad can feel a little rough at night, though not unsafe if you keep your wits about you), then this hotel is perfectly fine. A relatively short stroll to Montmartre / Sacre Coeur, and in the othr direction, it's 5 mins walk to Canal St Martin, which you can then follow all the way down to Republique / le Marais without a map (handy when you have had a few too many and your phone is out of battery!!!) All in all, if you have been to Paris before and are not particularly bothered if your hotel and its vicinity has that 'romantic/historic' feel, then I would recommend staying here. You would struggle to find better value for money across the whole city!

The area around the hotel is not the safest at night, but you choose for it when booking here. The hotel front door is only opened by the staff at all times, so no outsiders can get in.
