This hotel was located in a very convenient area for being able to go out and explore Paris. Yet, the street where it was located was a very quiet and nice calm location. We enjoyed heading out each day and being able to walk to many different places of interest with this great location. The hotel room was larger than expected based on the typical expectation that hotel rooms in Paris are small. The entry way had a nice closet/wardrobe area. The bedroom was a nice size with French windows that opened onto the street. The noise from outside was never a problem. The bathroom was updated and provided enough space for us. The shower had great water pressure and great hot water!

The room we had was with the city street view (we actually thought we wanted the garden one), but after looking outside the window we liked it a lot-the other side of the street has very significant French style buildings and we liked looking at it from our French window. At the same time, the room was exceptionally clean and newly refurbished. We were happy (my partner calls me a hotel snob, so I normally have very high standards for service, cleanliness and price/value balance), and this hotel was exceptional. However, it is important to understand that it is obviously not Ritz, I would say it is a perfect option with great location (we loved the area)!

Breakfast is too basic

Area, relatively close to metros and Le Bonne Marche etc. Nicely furnished, and mostly refurbished. Bathrooms very nice and relatively spacious.

Small rooms, but quite normal in Parisian. Boutique hotels . Cleaned beautifully… however….bed was only tidied not made properly as I would expect every day, And linens were not changed during my 6 night stay. Also I have been severely bitten in the room ..li felt 3 bites and have others. And I had an insect spray with me.

The hotel was really clean and modern. Location was as good as you can get in Paris. It is soooo big that I feel it’s impossible to get a perfect location 😂 Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Room got cleaned everyday with new towels also. Had access to an iron and a good hair dryer. Nice mirrors for the girls like us who need it to get ready. Late check out time :) for reference - walked about 20 mins to the Eiffel Tower. 5 -7mins to the nearest met.

The window was broken in our room and we couldn’t touch it for the duration of our stay. Only felt welcomed by a couple of staff members. Others didn’t even greet or smile at the door when walking past- this goes a long way.

Would like to have known about the bathroom set up. room was lovely but bathroom was up a tight wooden spiral staircase. 22 steps up. Would have been fine if I was 25 years old but at 75 years it was a struggle.

Amazing location, walking distance from so many museums, shopping, brasseries. Good value for money just for that. Super comfortable bed. Very quiet bedroom. Newly refurbished and decorated with taste.

The smell of cigarettes smoked on the pavement outside the hotel living room seeps into the hotel living room. In the photos of the hotel there are tables and chairs in the courtyard but there were none in reality.

Excellent quality in well-thought-out details relating to comfort, sheets, mattress, air conditioning, and outstanding cleanliness. A totally dependable offering for a great location, good shower, and a great night’s sleep.

Perhaps somewhat lacking warmth in the decor and general atmosphere in the downstairs sitting area and reception. For such a really solid, clean, formal environment a bathmat would have been helpful especially as a consideration for families with children and older guests. It seems more of a business (man) oriented hotel rather than a family hotel.

Loved the Airconditioning!!!! I like my rooms really cold, and it didn't disappoint. It handled the heatwave beautifully. Very much LOVED the staff, specially Jeff who went above and beyond in assisting with everything. The whole hotel didn't look dated. It looked recently renovated and modern. The room was small, but not as tiny as i expected. Just right for 2 people. Loved the bath with the standup shower and fixtures that worked perfectly. It even had a magnifying mirror and hairdryer. Loved the very cozy bed and sheets with duvet. The bed didn't give me a backache like other beds. The room had spa slippers, USB A& USBC wall plugs, a table with small drawer, ample closet space, hot water kettle, and free instant coffee. We had a balcony where you could see the neighborhood. The elevator was a good size, not tiny like other hotels. All the staff spoke english very well. Again, special mention to Jeff. I sprained my ankle on our first day. He took it upon himself to call the surrounding pharmacies to look for a wheelchair for us to rent. He finally found one that had it available. He would have picked it up himself but the pharmacy required our IDs. During our stay, the staff didn't hesitate to give us ice to use for the sprain. Everyone knows how hard it is to get ice in europe. They always asked us how we were doing. The staff felt like family, not like a large hotel. Also, on our arrival, we arrived at 1AM and there were no open places nearby to get food. We were super starving. We want to thank Lotvi ( i hope the spelling is correct), for being kind enough to give us some croissants. He overheard us desperately looking for a place to eat. He went to a room and came out with a basket of croissants. We were so thankful. We cannot thank the hotel staff enough for making our stay memorable.

not too close to attractions, but not too far either. A good 6 - 10 minute walk to some spots. our room didn't have a view of the Eiffel tower, but at least it didn't have a view of a wall. We were on the 3rd floor and our balcony had a nice view of the neighborhood.

Me and my parents really enjoyed our stay. I booked a superior double room for my parents and we got a really big room with a small price difference, much bigger than what one can get in Paris.The beds are very comfy, bathroom is good and hotel is very clean. Very nice people working. I myself was upgraded to a standard room with garden view. Good experience, I will come back. And the location is also very good, central but quiet.

The room had a view over gardens which was spectacular. Being able to open the windows sit on the bed, or at the desk upstairs, and listen to the birds, church bells and children playing while looking at trees was so peaceful. The location is walking distance to museums and public transport. The room was a bit quirky with the bathroom and desk up a very tight circular staircase, but the serenity of the room was well worth it.
