Location in amazing, rooms are spacious

They don't answer the phone often when I call from my room

the rooms were super clean and newly renovated .. the bathrooms had shattef which was amazing my kids loved it. the location is amazing.

the staff at the reception were so rude and weren't sure about there work .. when we came in I showed them the booking reference I had and they insisted that we had only on room although it was clear in the reservation email that I had 3 rooms all paid for Only one of the staff members was super helpful with everything his name was Loe . another incident was while checking out there weren't able to check out all the rooms properly and I had to revise everything with them the lady had very poor simple math skills ..we had to call Leo again to save the day and every thing was done in minutes .. as for the parking make sure your car hight does not exceed 1.9 meter as you will not be able to find parking in Paris

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.We were given an upgrade and were greeted with a lovely room which someone had decorated for our Golden Wedding celebrations which I had mentioned.That was an example of how very thoughtful the staff were throughout ore stay.Location was brilliant and taxis were called more or less immediately.Hotel surroundings very luxurious and comfortable.

Food was disappointing.Breakfast was ordinary but staff were brilliant.We had a meal in the restaurant which was poor but expensive.Really the only big shortfall.

Breakfast is good although the variety has been the same for the whole week. It is always good to stay along the stretch of Champs Elysees. Paris Marriot's location is convenient. Staffs are courteous and friendly. Also good security as well.

There were no cotton buds provided in the toilet which is a common item to be provided. The quality and conditions of the bath towels and face towels could have been better! This does reflects the image of the hotel and the value we paid for. Need to improve for the better.

It’s the best location in Paris . The reception staff and the bell captains are all extremely friendly and helpful . House keeping is good and clean.Room size is great for Paris hotels

The rooms are outdated and needs renovation for this price point and the facilities are a bit rundown due to high demand but it’s not a bad experience in general the hotel will be on my shortlist for next trips to Paris

waiting for my 2 rooms for 3 hrs after checking time pass, they offer me cold drinks for my family but later charge me for that 80 euros plus force me to eat on the hotel restaurant make me spend another 280 euros JUST BECAUSE NEEDS TO WAIT FOR MY ROOMS

I was traveling with friends who reserved a balcony room facing Champs Elysees to view the parade on July 14. They were notified a month before the trip that their room was being renovated and would not be available to them. The reservation was made 7 months ago at a price that was no longer available. An unsuitable remedy was forwarded and my friends declined and were forced to make reservations at another property at a much higher price than what they would have paid 7 months ago. I would never made the reservation had I known that my friends would not be at the same hotel. Also, the furniture in the room was shabby, in need of replacement, as other Marriott properties I have stayed at in the last year was.

Location good. Breakfast. Very I expected JW Marriott room very old. No renovated. , I change and I need to paid extra for it. No restaurant at the hotel
