I like how warm and functional my room was - I had everything I needed: a small kettle to make tea, wardrobe to unpack, black-out curtains to have good night sleep. It was quiet. Location is good, very easy to get anywhere you need even on foot. Also it was very easy to find and to got there when I arrived.

the room was certainly small, especially the shower. I'm a small person so it was no problem, but a bigger person would be uncomfortable in such a small shower. Also i didn't see any outlets or sockets, but there was a device with 2 outlets and USB ports, this device has a long wire so I could place it where I needed it but stumbled over the wire several times.

The location is really central, within a walking distance of many touristic spots and landmarks, really close to at least four metro stations and with many options of restaurants on the same street, some open until late hours, so it is really convenient. Rooms are simple, but comfortable and clean. The pastries served in the breakfast are also nice. But the best of the hotel is its staff, genuinely kind hearted people who will do their very best to help the costumers and accommodate different needs. I had a serious problem which forced me to delay my return home and I cannot thank them enough for all the support provided. For anyone, but in particular for women who are solo travellers, rest assured that this hotel will provide a safe environment in case something unexpected comes up.

What an amazing staff they have! I simply LOVED my staff, even with all the fuss from the olympics and the city so full, I managed to have a great experience with the hotel. I had an issue with my credid card and could not make the pre approval check in advance, and they were SO kind to hold the room for me until my arrival, managed to help me in every way they could. AMAZING STAFF! Im so happy I found this hotel and I will for sure stay there on my next trip to Paris. The location is great, the breakfast was held in a super cozy room and the options available suficient. There were so many restaurants in the area and the location was close to the Gare to Nord and also to the river. Simply loved it. Rooms were simply but spotless clean. Great bathroom

The hotel is located close to opera station, which is a big plus. Furthermore, there are several good restaurants near it (most of them are asian, but I do enjoy Japanese food a lot and it was great. The staff was (unexpectedly) very friendly and I enjoyed my stay (first time I can say that after going to Paris)

I felt like the air conditioner was colder than I'd have expected when turned on. However, I believe that it can be great during summer. Also, you can occasionally hear doors closing, but it did not disturb my sleep.

Very close to Gard de Nord from Eurostar. The staff were attentive and the rooms a decent size. When asked for extras they were provided swiftly. The continental breakfast was very good value at €12 prebooked or €14 if not. The dining area was very relaxing and looked very luxurious.

There was no air-conditioning so on an exceptionally warm day in April, the only way to cool the room was to open the windows at the front over a main road. Fortunately we had ear buds to sleep in. There wasn't a shower curtain, so constantly wary of making too much mess.

The hotel was quite giving what you expect. Room was clean and newly furnished. Staff were so friendly, cheerful , they helped in every subject we need. My friend visited first time in France and she was expecting snob and distanced people but the staff changed her mind. Location is very good and we felt safe as 2 women. It is close to Opera metro station and many good cafes all around. We didn’t use metro so much we walked all around the city easily.

Lovely hotel, brilliant location and the staff were great. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Definitely will recommend.

The entry and stairs area were unfortunate. I liked that the reception was up off the main street but with young children and no lift from the street, the trek up to the reception with luggage and a buggy was not ideal. Also the reception and stairs area with its multi-height marble steps, high open stairs and wide spindle railings on the staircase are not safe for young children.

Reception and house keeping staff were great. Reception staff were helpful and excellent.location is great, metro is near, many restaurants, farmacy, pathe cinema is nearby.

Friday and saturday there are parties outside of restaurants and music were loud till 00:30 difficult to sleep if you need to wake up early

By Paris standards the room was large enough. The location is very good! The staff were very friendly. I left my lugguage there after checkout and then when I retured later I was offered a place at the lobby to rest and freshen up (it was air conditioned which was great).

The room is very old. The door casing has partially come off and the door closing mechanism didn't work. The barthroom had an old "jacuzzi" bathtub which looked it was from the 70s. To be fair, the mattress was good and the room was clean - it just looked really old and dated.

Hôtel London is an oasis of calm in a very busy part of Paris. It is close to Opera Garnier, Galleries Lafayette and other popular sites in Paris. The breakfast is fine. There are many restaurant options close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are Metro stations nearby. The staff is always available.

The hotel has a long flight of steep stairs to enter the lobby and registration. The price reflects the location that is popular with tourists.
