Very central to lots of restaurants and shops

Value for money was as expected - I have placed a smile on this part of the review as I am happy with the price, not sure why this is coming up as a frown. Booking.com need to sort the review pages out!

Lovely boutique hotel with some nice amenities. our first day Vincent was a huge help. gave us great recommendations and offered slot of assistance. he was wonderful

we had a really wonderful 4 night stay unfortunately it was soured a little by one member of the staff. I requested a taxi and they ordered me a taxi. the taxi driver charged me triple the fare I should have paid. I mentioned it to the staff member at the front desk who ordered the taxi to ask why it would have been so high and was basically told I don’t know and sometimes that happens. he could have cared leases that he was promoting a service that rips off his client. beware when ordering a taxi from the hotel and question a charge if you feel it’s too high.

Amazing staff, really comfy beds, great breakfast, perfect shower, good location.

The pool in the spa might have been warmer.

Nice stay in Paris. Staff were great and the hotel had a nice art deco theme. Close to a lot of bars and restaurants.

Stylishly outfitted with modern furnishings. Rooms were spacious and felt luxurious. Great service from the hotel staff — they even have a website with curated recommendations for restaurants and activities in Paris. Complimentary tea service in the lobby was very good quality and it was very relaxing to sit in their quiet, sunny terrace while enjoying a madeleine and cup of coffee.

it’s not their fault but noise from the street does carry into the room quite loudly and wakes you up early in the morning

Great room, the staff were exceptionally helpful as all the reviews state. Good location. Well worth the stay, we were so happy with our choice. I left my scarf and the hotel arranged for it to be delivered back to me. Having read the reviews about this place, everyone is correct about how helpful the staff are. They really go above and beyond. The prestige room is the best room in my opinion.

The tiniest change would be the pool water could be a bit hotter. That is a minor detail that in no way changed our stay.

Loved loved loved the location, the decor, the staff, the breakfast, the peace and quiet for sleeping. It's really just perfect!

The only (very small) area I would suggest to improve is to brighten up the bathroom with more lighting. Trying to do make-up was difficult as it was very dark. Also the bathroom door bangs shut and even holding it it's hard to close it quietly.

We loved the location. It was on a quiet street but close to metro, restaurants and stores. We had an executive room which was spacious and comfortable. The second room for the kids was a Prestige room - it was a much smaller room compared to what I saw in the pictures when I made the reservation. I loved the tea service that is available from 11-6 pm.

Breakfast was overpriced -25 Euros Prestige room was too small for the price

I would like my previous comments of Saint Marc stay deleted. I have emailed and called Booking.com 4 or 5 times to get my comments deleted to no avail. I like Booking.com and have used your services quite a few times but I would really like my original comments on the Hotel Saint Marc deleted. Thank you. Al Peterson

Snacking area was very welcome after a hot day out and well stocked with fruit and pastries; welcoming staff who were thoughtful, helpful, friendly; lovely Art Deco style bathroom; location was great and Metro stations very nearby; lots of nice restaurants and cafes on Rue de St Marc

Given bottles of water each day of stay rather than just at the beginning of the stay; to have had more convenient time slots for pool and sauna though i understand that this is dependent on demand from other guests.
