Within close proximity to cafes and restaurants. Shop is 2 mins away. Very nice decor. Clean and tidy. Very quiet as well. Free coffee is a bonus as well as free cakes!

Bed wasn’t the best and pillows weren’t great. Woke up with horrible back pain everyday.

Lovely room with a great view from the balcony and spacious bathroom with great shower and L’Occtaine toiletries. Loved the location - close to plenty of sites in Paris and great buzzing scene in the evenings. The staff were incredibly helpful and when we arrived there were balloons in the room after telling the hotel we were in Paris to celebrate my 30th birthday which made it really special. Overall fantastic stay and would love to come back!

It was slightly noisy in at night - you could hear people moving around in the rooms above, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from an old property.

Lovely hotel. The building is tastefully decorated and our room was lovely and comfortable. The Shower was excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and coffee and cake is available For you on arrival which is a nice touch. Centrally located and a short stroll from the Metro

Outside is noisy due to the location of the hotel and the did keep us awake at night. We could hear people laughing and drinking until around 3am and around 7am the street cleaners took over and you could hear bin bottles being emptied but I don’t think any hotel in central Paris will be quiet! It was warm in the room but the air conditioning was switched off centrally so we needed to keep a window open which did increase the noise. But I wouldn’t mark the hotel down for this as they can’t do much about the location.

Our hotel was in a nice neighborhood near the Folies Bergeres theatre. Lots of small restaurants and 2 small supermarkets Monoprix and Franprix nearby. There are 2 metro stations close by Cadet and Grand Boulevards, Cadet is slightly closer and still has the 1900s art deco entrance. Our room was in the back (quieter) and on the small side. Still enough for a few nights. Good bathroom. The breakfast is very nice, plentiful as a varied continental breakfast. The croissants were delicious, and all the breads. The hot foods were mostly lukewarm at best, I think that there wasn't a heating unit under the pans. My husband commented on that. There is a sister hotel across the street Maxim Opera. It also seemed nice.

There wasn't much storage available. I left most of my things on the suitcase opened under the bed, like a big drawer.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! Beautiful hotel clean and comfortable throughout and amazing breakfast. Location is perfect quiet but close to everything. Staff were very nice and helpful especially Adnan and Mattias. We have been to Paris a few times now and this is the best hotel we have been to! Will definitely be returning. The shower was also amazing along with the bed being very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing trip! Would highly highly recommend.

There was nothing we did not like

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of food. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable (but a bit of an odd shape). Great location near two metro stations. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We were able to leave our cases at the hotel so we had an extra half a day to explore Paris before catching our train home. There were facilities for us to use to freshen up before collecting our cases and starting our journey home. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We travelled with my brother and sister in law. They booked a standard room and we booked a deluxe room, and so paid extra. We had a king sized bed which was great, but our room didn't seem as big as my brother's standard room and we had less storage for our clothes. I didn't raise at the time as it didn't matter that much, but not sure it was worth the extra money we paid.

The staff (in particular the male who greeted us on our arrival day - wish I got his name) was absolutely fantastic. It was our honeymoon and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Incredibly friendly, providing us with a list of restaraunts and helping us when needed. This was my 3rd time in France but my husbands 1st. It was the first time I stayed in this area. Initially, I was sceptical about the location as there are a few interesting people on the streets (especially walking from Gard De Nord) and I felt unsafe however shortly after we found it was just a short 5 minute walk to a really cool area with lots of amazing restaraunts, bars and night life. We walked everywhere from this hotel - visiting landmarks and cool suburbs. Thank you so much to the amazing staff who made us feel welcome.

We loved the fab location. Off a main street. Has that welcoming feeling. It's a quiet street considering it's near restaurants and theathers. Lovely hotel, calm ambience. Close to metro, super easy to navigate to places of interest on foot or metro. Gorgeous bathroom and worked well for the family. The ground floor ambience is relaxing. We really liked the retro/vintage vibe, and the kids enjoyed the swing😁. The staff are absolutely the gem of this place. Truly the best team across reception and breakfast. Professional and approachable manager. We almost missed our Louvre tour across town and thx to the reception team, we managed to get a taxi last minute who took us all the way to the meeting point. The coffee and cake at night, what a surprise bonus and appreciated after a long day of exploring Paris. It was our family's reflection time. Really was a wonderful stay. Would be helpful to have hooks on the wall in both sleeping areas as there's no standard closet/wardrobe. Challenging for a family of four with only a small space to hang/store clothes and travel necessities. The added hooks can be used to hang jackets/other clothing for ease of access. Another option is to move the coffee/desk set up to the main bed area near the window, or to the other room (divider in our room we stayed at makes it 2 sleeping areas with the sofa bed). This will provide added space to extend the existing open shelving and hanging closet.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and readily available to assist us to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean. It was a great location, central to transport and shops - very easy to get around.

There was one day where the cleaner had cleaned our room and broken something off the walls and didn't tell us. We came back to our room with a metal frame behind our luggage. The staff at reception were very understanding upon checking out when we notified them.

Ideal for 2/3 nights. The lobby and room were clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and friendly - made us feel at home :) We were welcomed with some mini macaroons and a message on our bed which was lovely and there is also complimentary Nespresso coffee and biscuits/cakes in the lobby throughout the day. The road is nice a quiet and the location is very central.

The only downside is the room is on the small side, the bed is pretty small and the room we got was right next to the elevator so could hear quite a bit in the evenings (nothing that kept us from sleeping).
