Great location and the staff were really warm and welcoming. The balloons and macarons left for my partner’s birthday was a very thoughtful touch.

If I’m being honest, the hotel is a little tired, although not the main areas to be fair. Our room (505) needed some updating, for example, the toilet seat needed replacing as did the table etc. When we were there they were doing some refurbishments to other rooms which didn’t impact our stay in the slightest. Good to see they’re investing in the hotel.

Loved the interior! our room looked exactly like the pictures, with beautiful views of the Sacre Coeur. Bathroom was lovely, quality fittings and the l’Occitane toiletries were an unexpected treat. Great location for exploring this stunning city, lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Only very minor points that didn’t detract from our stay but a little extra storage for clothes would have been good.

- Central position: very close to several metro stations (about 10 min by foot - Gare Du Nord /station for the airport/ is far 15 minutes by foot) cafes, restaurants and markets - Room size bigger than Paris standards - Cleanliness and comfort - Helpful staff! Philippe, the best receptionist ever - It feels like home

- the lack of a frigo-bar inside the room - we had to ask for having clean towels because they hadn’t been changed for 2 days - unavailability of the balcony (it couldn’t be totally opened) - little water leak from the shower

Excellent location, we walked to Louvre. Very central location. We ate 3 times at Bistrot Victoires, their duck confit is very good, excellent value. Very good breakfast across the street. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk people in general are very friendly and the people that clean the room came in every day which is amazing.

If you open the windows you can hear people talk even at very high floor, the room is a bit small but it’s expected because of the location. We can’t think of anything else because we had a great week at this location.

The hotel is in a fab location. Staff were really friendly. We were upgraded which was great. A big room at the top of the hotel. The shower was in the bath and no option to hang the head whilst standing. Not ideal for 2 tall people but that’s the only slight negative. The bath itself was lovely and big. The hotel is in a really great location with lots of great eateries and bars very close. Also easy walking to all the main things we wanted to access. Definitely recommended and we would stay here again.

No option to hang up the shower head but this wasn’t a major issue for us. The rest of the room made up for it

The is a great hotel. The staff (receptionists) is lovely. Suleiman (spelling?) was very hospitable. The breakfast is good. The rooms are cozy. I knew the room is going to be small but it was comfortable. The location is fantastic as many restaurants are nearby and at the same time it is not noisy on the street the hotel is situated.

I need to make one comment. There shall not be dish washing by a person while the guests are eating/enjoying their food. When someone is washing the dishes during the breakfast hours it creates noise and kind of non-hotel atmosphere. I believe this can be done after guests leave the room.

Hotel was extremely well-located and a short metro or walk away from most key locations we were meant to visit. The staff was super friendly and kept our bags securely before we could check-in so we were able to walk around in peace. The room was designed well and the best hotel I've stayed in at Paris so far.

Not much. The room is small but I believe this is just expected of Paris anyway. I suppose you could say it is quite pricey too but again, this is Paris so nothing surprising.

We asked for a room with the view of the Sacre-Coeur and they made it happen. It was our last night of trip before we flew home and the service was amazing as soon as we walked through the door. Staff could not have been any more accomodating and helpful. Organised a taxi for the airport, gave us a dinner referral and just very welcoming! Beautiful room, stunning views, very comfortable bed and great coffee! We are booking in again when we return to Paris!

The staff! the staff! OMG people there are amazinf, friendly and veeeery supportive. the location of the place is in the middle of everywhere! the hotel gave us a guide to the closest places and how to go there.

bed cover was too heavy that it made me sweat we had one single luggage and it was hard to find a space in the room to put it. we managed at the end but it was hard to open the door wide 😁

We loved everything about this hotel. The attention of the staff was excepcional, which made our visit even better. The rooms were super clean, brand new, modern and confortable.

The only "negative" detail is that the rooms don't have MINI BAR, but the staff of the hotel gave us everything we asked or needed.
